Patrick and his partner Eddie have been awesome! I was ready to purchase a new vehicle and they made the process simple with no hassle. They’re the reason I drove all the way from San Diego to purchase my new vehicle. I was very closed off as I didn’t have trust in care salesmen and afraid of getting taken advantage of, but these guys are the real deal! Thank you, I love my new vehicle!

They did an excellent job. They took my car before my appointment. Offered to take me home and my car was ready before the estimated time. All around a great experience. All staff was super friendly. Will definitely be returning for my next maintenance service.

Very unhappy with the tech that tried to change windshield wipers brought the vehicle after service was complete said that the windshield wipers were wrong sent me in to get the correct windshield wipers something he should have done left my vehicle running while i was inside trying to correct the size of the windshield wipers which wasnt a fast solution as the man in the counter would not refund the blades until he had the bag in which the blade came in. That should not be something the customer should have to deal with because we are not the ones changing the wipers. While all this is happening my car is running wasting gas why do you leave someone car running if you as the tech knows there is a problem. Over all bad experience.

When I went to this dealer the first time i had a really bad experience with the service department, but when I went back to buy a car from them Sergio help me out to get that truck that I always want it. He was really nice! And helpful. If you but a car from moss bros, ask for sergio hes the best

Moss Bros Honda has to be by far one of the worst dealerships when it comes to customer service. Do NOT get your car serviced here or try to set up an appointment. I was called to schedule an appointment for my rear window tinting, which came free with the purchase of my new vehicle. When I tried to call back and schedule this service, I was told the woman who does the scheduling was unavailable and she would give me a call back. I have reached out 4 different times and this person has yet to work any day that I have called and I have yet to get a return phone call. It is apparent that this dealership does not care about their clients. I technically PAID for this service to be done on my car and after over a month it still has yet to be done.

I had a great experience. I had gone to other dealers to try and make a deal before coming to Moss Bros Honda and none of the other dealers were interested in taking my business with my budget restrictions. Moss Bros did hear me out and really did work out a deal for me and my husband. All of the members involved in this process showed they were in it for us and not the money. I was really happy about that. I was very pleased with Paul and Wendy as they started the process with us and stuck with us to the very end. Will 100% recommend and be coming back for future purchases.
