We were lucky to work with Hank Foo during our search process. As first time home buyers, there was a lot about the process that was new to us. Hank was extremely knowledgeable about the Bay Area housing market, and we leaned on him during our search. He was patient and organized, but what stands out is how Hank really listened to us about our housing needs and preferences, going out of his way to let us know when places that fit our requirements hit the market. In just under a month, Hank helped us find the perfect place - we love the hardwood floors and natural light! Additionally, he made the negotiations and paperwork a very smooth process. We felt as though we were in very good hands, and would definitely work with Hank again.

Michelle and her team are the best. No question. She was our realtor when we bought our first house, in San Francisco, and she took us every step of the way answering all my many questions, sending us tons of prospective houses to look at according to our interests, and she was recently our agent when we sold the same house.The Covid economy hit us hard, and we were crushed to sell our thought-to-be forever house. The sale though (unlike the buy) was a lot tougher, as we put up our house during July 2023 at the height of the high interest mortgage rates and only climbing higher to its peak in Oct 23 when it finally sold. We had some difficulties with our duplex neighbor, which could have potentially blown up the deal with the one buyer (pets, HOA rules, negotiations), but Michelle handled the negotiations like a champ!She was sensitive to my neighbors concerns, but also the buyers too, and she took the lead making the sale go through even at the price point we had first agreed to, and a little higher in fact. This last is amazing considering the economic circumstances of the time.She had advised us against going lower, when our house had been sitting on the stagnant market for so long and we had a low-balling potential making an offer. We would have lost 200k if we went with that low-ball first buyer. Michelle read the market accurately, had great gut feelings about what to do when, and her experience handling the most difficult of situations (I wont go into the details but it was a sale from heck) with everyone coming out happy and satisfied with the negotiations is truly amazing.If I ever buy property in San Francisco again, I will look at no one else. She was worth every penny of her very reasonable commission rate, and I am amazed at her hard work and agency for our behalf. I would give six starts if I could, and I dont usually gush in such reviews, which are my many.

We completely lucked out by working with Hank during our home purchase in 2021 - found him through Zillow! I had been looking for a home for a few years and Hank was the best real estate agent I came across. Hes from the East Bay so knows the area extremely well, super personable and extremely invested in helping you find a spot youll love. When I started looking into buying my first home (Alexa, what are capital gains taxes?), I found Mosaiks Liz through Redfin and Zillow on accident after a realtor my aunt knows didnt respond, which turned out to be lucky for me.Liz had my best interests at heart, asking the right questions that I didnt know needed to be asked. Shes an amazing communicator and human who was responsive to my text messages and emails (and phone calls), knowledgeable about the San Francisco homebuying scene, friendly, and warm, going out of her way to visit homes for me, take video and pictures, find different listings, and more. Ill never forget looking at a second floor unit with her and wondering, will people be able to see in from the street? So she took me outside and we walked around multiple sides and up a hill to determine that yes, people could definitely see into the living room from different angles on the hill.I would recommend Liz and Mosaik to anyone I know in San Francisco who is looking to buy a home!

We bought our first home with Michelle and her team. Michelle was extremely patient and did a fantastic job of explaining the whole process to us. She even went through the disclosures in detail for the properties we were interested in and told us what we should be paying attention to. This saved us a ton of time during the search process. When it came to making offers, she and her team (shout out to Lori!) created detailed comp reports to help us get a handle on what the market was doing and time our purchase precisely. She handled all the paperwork for us, reminded us when we needed to review and sign off on things and kept us informed about what was going on behind the scenes. The fact that she was on top of everything and very prompt in her communication took so much of the stress away for us. After we got into contract, she helped us with getting a general contractors inspection in short notice when everybody else I called was booked out weeks in advance. She also got us a great homeowners insurance quote (compared to what I was finding online) through another one of her professional contacts. And lastly, even after we moved into our new place, shes been helping us with finding reasonably priced handymen and contractors for the work we want to get done. Michelle and her team are very experienced, competent and really do care for their clients best interests. Id definitely buy or sell with them again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing experience working with Christian. Christian is extremely professional, diligent and genuinely kind at the same time. We really wanted to find the house of our dreams without any time or emotional pressure so it was important for us to find someone we were comfortable communicating with and trustworthy at the same time. Christian was just the right person and we are so lucky to have found him.We’re first-time homebuyers and Christian was super helpful in walking us through the competitive San Francisco housing market. He knew exactly what to expect from the sellers and how other buyers would behave. Christian is deeply knowledgeable on every corner of SF neighborhoods. He also has a great relationship with a ton of listing agents and their selling patterns, which came in very handy for us in strategizing our bids. At every open house, he was never shy to ask the tough questions that were important for us. He also transparently pointed out the downsides of the houses we toured together, which we absolutely appreciated.We had a specific neighborhood we liked with a fixed budget. There were times when we felt like we were “lowballing” the seller when putting in offers. Christian was direct and realistic with the expectation setting by letting us know that our bids may not be the winning bid but at the same time respected our decisions to try our luck.He’s flexible and prompt in communication. We could email, call and text him anytime and he responded in minutes for urgent matters and within an hour even for non-urgent matters.We can’t recommend Christian enough. In fact, we’ve already been recommending him to our friends and coworkers interested in home buying. We were able to buy our dream home within our budget thanks to his hard work and unbeatable market knowledge. Home buying can be a pretty stressful experience, especially during the crazy housing market in the middle of 2021. Michelle took much of the stress out of that and let us focus on finding the home that fit our needs and budget, and was very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process.We initially had concerns that Michelle, being a top producer, would not be able to give us as much attention as wed want. Fortunately that turned out to be not the case. For many weekends in a row, Michelle drove to the east bay to accompany us visit each of a few dozens of homes. We were rather selective (read: picky) and had a limited budget, but not once did we sense any bit of pushiness or rush from Michelle; on the contrary, she help planned out itineraries of open houses and let us shop at a relaxed pace, pointing out anything we may want to pay special consideration to as buyers.One thing we appreciate most about Michelle is how she goes above and beyond to help us. We had originally written down a price that is too high for our current home, but she suggested lowering it, despite her commission being based on the final sale price. Thanks to that we saved a good chunk of money!All in all, Michelle is just a nice person and pleasant to work with. This was my first home buying experience so I didnt know what to expect. The whole process was new and I felt over my head at times. I asked around for ideas on who to use as a realtor and naturally I got tons of referrals.I decided to just do some research on all the realtors and when I looked people up, Michelles name kept coming up despite her not being on my list. We cannot recommend Saudra enough! We met her when looking for apartments in SF on very short notice and she helped facilitate our lease signing within literally a couple days. She did this while working throughout the weekend (from Friday to Sunday) and also while coordinating with the landlord in a European time zone, as he lives outside of the country. We absolutely had to move out of our old apartment and without Saudra, we quite literally would not have had another apartment to move into!Saudra also helped coordinate our move in (as the building had many particular requirements). She has always been extremely quick to respond and goes above and beyond in trying to be helpful, whether its in answering questions or providing additional information or just general updates if she does not have the answer immediately.She has always been super friendly and approachable, which made the whole process of renting our apartment a breeze. We used Mosaik for a purchase in SF during the pandemic. Origianlly, we matched with them online but were quickly taken in by the attention and quality of work. We werent super sure at first with the market and the space, and wanted some time and more information to make the decision. Liz, our agent, was extremely accommodating and helpful.Buying an house is a huge decision for anybody and who you work with end up to be very important while navigating this huge decision with so many legal ins and outs. Our agent was constantly available and attentive and helped us with whatever needed to be done. She worked with our schedule to book all the places we wanted to see, even ones that were not listed. Joseph helped us buy our first home in 2015. When it came time to find a new home, going back to him to help with the sale and new purchase was a no-brainer.
