Been here a few times. Location cant be beat. Walkable to Rodeo and businesses. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is very quiet. Bar is cute. Havent used the pool. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating of requests. Thank you for being awesome see you soon!

Hubby and I just stayed three nights in a king suite and really enjoyed it. Our rooms were clean and spacious and very modern. Best of all was the lively bar with Bob Dean, an entertaining bartender (youll make his day if you ask for a rusty nail); we really enjoyed chatting with other guests (and some locals) at the bar and at breakfast. The Mosaic is easy walking distance to Rodeo Drive and lots of great restaurants. It is on a very quiet residential street and we enjoyed being able to open the windows .Ive given only 4 stars for service because we reported that the TV in our living room had garbled sound after our first night, but no repair was made during the next two days of our stay. That was the only problem we encountered during our otherwise delightful stay.We will certainly return here whenever we visit LA.

This is a bit of a mixed review…while there were some great pros of staying here, there were a few cons as well.Best feature: Location! The hotel is a quick walk to Rodeo Drive and other lovely parts of Beverly Hills. My husband and I went all over LA during our trip and this hotel was centrally located to so many places. The area around it also feels very safe and we felt comfortable moseying around the area.Worst feature: The smell inside the hotel, and our room. I understand the building is quite old, but the musty smell was almost unbearable the first night we got in. We got used to it after that, but I didn’t realize just how bad it was until we came home. All our luggage, clothing, and items smelled like the hotel - in some cases, even after putting clothes through a laundry cycle! It was miraculous I didn’t have an allergy attack - but I wouldn’t risk it again.Other pros: Everyone working at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. Room was cleaned extremely well every day. Parking was convenient.Other cons: While our rooms were well-cleaned, we consistently were only given 1 washcloth, and kept having to call down to the desk to have another sent up. The rooms are also portrayed larger online, but not terribly laid out.

Very cute and clean hotel. Our room was very clean and super cute. My only issue was the paper thin walls. Could hear neighbors as if they were in our room. If cleanliness and updated rooms are important, this checks the box. If noise is an issue, look elsewhere.

BAD BAD BAD! Never again and I don’t recommend this hotel! The room smell so bad, no towels in the room when my husband call to get towels the guy say I’m sorry and I will “try” to give you TOWELS!!! Come on!!! Ridiculous. We arrived at 1am and no towels in the room! They need to do something to clean the room properly and check everything is in order before the guests arrived! Don’t visit this place!

To be clear, I didnt stay here due to my flight being cancelled, but I did want to provide a review of their service. Due to torrential downpour and winds, I was grounded at JFK unable to make my trip to LA in time. I literally called 1 hour prior to my check-in time from the tarmac to let them know I wasnt going to make it. Vincenzo who took my call was super accomodative and allowed me to cancel penalty free. Any business that is going to be understanding of extenuating circumstances is defintely going to win me over a customer. Ill be staying here on my next trip to LA.

For me the staff were amazing very inviting, but for the price of the hotel I was expecting so much more. My room was on the fourth floor and it smelled musty and moldy. The room is very basic nothing for phenomenal. Very basic a bed, TV, and a small refrigerator that’s in the closet.

The room smelled like dog. The lock box to hold your valuables didn’t work my Rolex watch was stolen and l’m still waiting on a call from the insurance company on my Rolex watch. The room service food wasn’t the best and the no service button on the door didn’t work. My daughter & I had a fabulous stay at this Gem of a hotel!!!!! Staff were professional & friendly! We sooooooooo love Bob Dean our favorite bartender/ server…he is truly an asset to the hotel!!! Location is superb, so close to all the places you want to see & do!!!!! Room was very comfortable & slept well!!! Loved the coffee in the morning & food is great at the restaurant as well! We had an amazing week stay at The Mosaic! The hotel is clean, always smells great, and the staff are very friendly. This boutique-style hotel is in the prime location and is actually affordable in terms of Beverly Hills. Even the pool area is kept very nice! Highly highly recommend! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

I really enjoyed my stay here for the second time. I received excellent service by Lily and team. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is perfect, super quiet and quaint and a short 5-10 min walk to Rodeo Drive and all the popular restaurants/hot spots of Beverly Hills.

One star doesn’t do this place justice. First off - don’t be fooled by the pictures they have on their site. The “deluxe” double bed room we booked is the size of a postage stamp (same goes for the pool). The room they gave us isn’t even inside the hotel - it’s outdoors over the parking structure and we were blessed with rain the whole time we stayed here. All the other rooms that were outdoors had a mat outside the room for wet feet but ours did not and it shows as the carpet inside the door is wet and moldy (and has been this way for some time clearly). The rooms stinks of mold and mildew and after one night we all woke up stuffed up and miserable (leave the room for awhile to get some fresh air certainly helped). This is likely due not only to the wet carpet at the entry but because the bathroom has no ventilation (you can see mold in the shower too).I will say our room had an amazing view - of the garbage bins in the alley. I kid you not - I think they saw a family of 4 visiting from MN who booked via a third party website and said let’s give them the absolute worst room we had.Save your money and go stay elsewhere. Maybe we were fooled by the pictures or maybe we just aren’t their normal clientele. I’m sure the $600+ per night rooms were great - we only paid $450 so I guess you get what you paid for (a $40 “resort” fee for their tiny pool and workout room included).And to top it all off we asked for an extra blanket and pillows (traveling with a family of 4). Couldn’t get more than a sheet the first night and finally one extra pillow the second night. They said they were low on inventory which is crazy for the prices they charge and for the fact that the place can’t be more than half full (a big suite next to us is vacant right now). Couldn’t grab a pillow or blanket from there? This hardly is a 4 star hotel to me. They should be bending over backwards to help their customers (they texted about our stay and we responded with these issues and they simply said they were sorry - no remedies offered). They seem more interested in maintaining the illusion they are helpful than actually being helpful (Case in point - they reply to every review with the same canned answers but don’t appear to offer any attempt at fixing the issues that persist)

Rooms are nice, but would not recommend staying here. Was charged $100 for overnight parking + hotel fees. I had asked the staff Is it okay to park here? they did not mention any fee associated with the lot, and then another $50 for hotel fees is outrageous after spending close to $280 on a single night at the hotel. What goes into the hotel fee? Isnt that part of why you should choose to stay at a hotel vs. an AirBnb is to avoid service fee charges like that? Overall, poor staff & experience.

Excellent location with a beautiful pool area. We stayed in the sister hotel (Maison 140) around the corner, but thankfully, we were allowed to use the facilities at Mosaic. It appears that the staff (who are great) work at both locations. The pool was fantastic. On Thursday evening they had a brilliant acoustic musician playing by the pool which was really special. We met one of the owners in the pool and he was very friendly and kind. He heard that some fellow guests we met around the pool were on their honeymoon and he kindly arranged a complimentary bottle of bubbly for them. The location of the hotel is fantastic. A very short walk from Rodeo Drive with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel and the sister hotel (Maison 140).

Worst hotel ever!!!! 100% do not recommend. The worst service ever! First of all when we arrived they put us in a room smaller than what we paid in the rooftop, we went out to dinner and when we got back our room was full of bugs inside and out. We went to complain they did not seem to care at all and find any solutions they said if we would want to stay in the room full of bugs, then they couldn’t move us because their were not any rooms, they did not want to go for our baggage’s either, also they said they could move us to another hotel with only one bed witch I would have to leave my kids this hotel is supposed to be 4 stars and the hotel they wanted us to move is 3 stars. Next they also offered we could move hotels but they would not pay it when it is 10 in the night and I have little kids that need to sleep. (Expedia had to solve the problem because the hotel just gave us a room with one bed and it had a cockroach). Please do not stay in this hotel you will have horrible service and also please do not support people like this.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The rooms are filthy!There is food that previous hotel guests spilled and it’s dried into the carpet with chunks and stains all over. The towels had yellow stains on them.I had to open all the windows to get rid of the smell.The do not disturb sign was on and the staff entered my room and threw away my shopping bags that I need to put my items back into.The wall have water damage. The hallways are stained and has uneven floors, I’m assuming because of water damage.Do not stay here!

Stay here! I did, with my two teenage kids, in a King Suite that was just perfect for us. Its a great little boutique hotel in a perfect location offering a great pool area and a super-friendly staff: Tucker at the front desk was super-helpful, along with Stan at the bar. Its nice when the hotel is small enough to get to know the staff, and it made the big city feel really friendly. Parking is really easy too, they have a lot just around the corner by their sister hotel, Maison 140. A great choice and wed definitely stay here again.

I stayed here two nights during Thanksgiving week and can confirm the overly negative reviews in Google are not accurate. I think someone is review bombing them. Read the reviews in TripAdvisor, I found them to be much more accurate.Hotel is a boutique in a very good location but not on a loud street. Not very busy when I stayed which was nice and quiet. No doorman. Lobby is nondescript but the hallways and rooms are modern, clean, and nice. Bathrooms and rooms are normal size, definately bigger than standard rooms. at the Beverly Hilton. Service was fine (except for missing doorman/bell clerk), Overall I found thr staff to be helpful and friendly. Didnt try the food but I noticed there is a lively bar crowd on some nights comprised of locals and a very friendly bartender.I would definately stay here again and might even switch my loyalty over from the Beverly Hilton where I usually stay.

My email to the hotel hours before check-in requesting an early check-in was ignored. The room smells like toxic chemicals, which I only expect in lower quality motels. The gentleman who checked me in at the front desk acts like it’s an inconvenience to do his job, has the personality of a wet dish rag, extremely unfriendly, gave me absolutely no orientation on the hotel. I used to work front desk at high-end hotels in it’s not that hard to make guests feel welcome. The bedsheets are so heavily starched that my skin is itching… again something I don’t expect in a hotel of the standard. That would be more typical of a motel quality. I was sent a welcome text with hotel info four hours after I checked in. There are no robes in the room, and when I phoned for one, I was sent a robe that looks like it was just purchased at a second hand store, I wouldn’t even put this on my body. There is almost nothing vegan on the menu and the restaurant closes around 9:30 PM despite the welcome text that I got that says the restaurant was open 24 hours a day.

This use to be my favorite hotel in Beverly Hills. I have stayed numerous times but this stay was horrible. I understand COVID has changed things but the rooms had a horrible smell, filthy carpet, furniture and lighting falling apart, bedding stained and torn and the hall ways were lined with dirty dishes that were there day and night causing a disgusting smell in the halls as well. I asked to change rooms (which is such an inconvenience) only to find similar issues with the next room. I checked out and went to another hotel the next day. I called to speak to the General Manger- Drew Berry on 3 different occasions. He never returned my calls. I hate writing bad reviews but this hotel has deteriorated to the point of no return. At least they could clean it. It needs a major renovation but they could clean the carpets, figure out the smell that other people have written about make sure the halls are clean. Do not stay at this hotel until you check out a room for yourself.

What can I say about this wonderful hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed in October 2016 and it was a great experience. We were greeted when we pulled in our taxi and told we had been upgraded (for free) to a suite. I have no idea why, but I was so happy. The hotel was so clean and crisp, there is marble all over (floors, tables) . There is an outdoor pool and very cozy space with a fire pit. We went there every night. The suite was super spacious, furniture, pillows very comfortable, bathroom had separate rainfall shower. It was walking distance from Rodeo drive, walking distance from our rental car company . More importantly, the price is right. I highly recommend this hotel, will go again

It was a pleasure from beginning to end. The hotel and the rooms were beautiful. All the staff we encountered were professional and polite. The poolside is cozy. This hotel was a perfect midpoint to the different places we planned to visit. We visited Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Monica and downtown LA. The hotels location made these places a much shorter drive on a day to day basis.

I did not stay here. But a friend of mine when she comes in from New York on business stays here all the time. They are very lovely to her because she is a repeat customer. I would say that the pool is minuscule. The outside patio area is also very small and could use an update. The restaurant is revolting. The menu is very small and pretty darn tasteless. We stayed here last month in a suite from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome, Salman was fabulous and the champers on arrival is a real treat. The room was clean and a good size, bathroom a bit snug but clean. The breakfast staff were great too and the bar is worth visiting great happy hour plates. The front desk also helped us with car hire we had inquired across the road the guys at Mosaic found us a much more discounted deal with their local knowledge. The staff do really make this hotel very nice and helpful.

The room was very, very nice. It wasnt too hot or cold and my room had a nice view of the pool/sitting area below. The staff was very nice and helpful, and they did their best to make our stay as fun and pleasant as possible. The only negative was that our room was terribly smelly. It was an incredible sour smell, thankfully I already had room spray with my stuff, but it was a reoccurring smell it seems.

This place is a hotel of mixed feelings. The valet first scratched the bottom of our car door, honestly not a big deal for me, however in more expensive cars... this could be a problem (The curve is very high, especially in lower cars, so door will scrape the curve). The walls, ceilings, floors are very thin. You can hear everything, from the people walking above, people doing stuff next door 😐, and conversations. Rooms are very clean and hotel is nicely furnished. I’m not done though so keep reading. After reserving our room, a month before hand there was apparently a leak in our room so they were doing some fixing. We alerted the downstairs staff who apparently had no clue that they were fixing a room and offered us a different room. However, we paid for a suite and only offered us a regular room which is pretty outrageous. We told them we would be back until later, so we used the other room to store our luggage then when we came back, and got our original room. I don’t recommend staying here however for the price, its kinda the best.

Great location and near Rodeo Drive! Close to work too. Spent my anniversary here and I must say how beautiful the decor is in here. Room was comfy, clean and quiet. Pool was great. The gentleman that checked us in I think his name was Joshua, was so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and toured the famous spots where Pretty Woman was filmed. This hotel is close to everything, Venice beach,The Stars Walk of Fame and Sunset Drive.Even checked out Las Palmas Hotel at the fire escape location from the movie and the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Beautiful memories made here!

Great location Close to shops and restaurants. The Room rate was very reasonable for this area. The pool area was nice but the pool itself was rather small. The rooms were decorated Nicely. They seemed a little bit understaffed. But everyone who worked there was very friendly and accommodating. We had Room service for dinner and were not very happy with the food. ZERO. My sister and I booked 3 nights at this hotel on South Spaulding. It was absolutely disgusting. Checked in at the typical office “desk” (junk on floor) when you enter and went immediately to check out room. No one offered to assist with our luggage. (In our 70s) The hotel appeared very worn, old, and not to have not been updated in 50 years. (The outside appearance was nice)The smell was sickening and literally intolerable. I went back to the check-in and said it would be impossible to stay in the room. They sent me to another room on a different floor. SAME conditions. I returned to the check-in and told them the room was the same and asked for my money back. I was told they would but it would take 10 days! My sister and I immediately began searching for another hotel and left. No one offered to help get a taxi or Uber.

We chose this hotel to stay just to save a bit money but we have regretted and didnt have a great experience. The bathroom is weird, no matter how you try, the water is everywhere. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. At night, when someone arrived to the next room or the room upstair, we could clearly hear their steps and the door closing. Staff are nice but we are not sure they have someone know how to cook in the kitchen rather than just heating up prepared food. Seriously, oatmeal is the easiest thing on earth that cant go wrong but they did screw up my meal. And the breakfast burrito looked like a wrap. The only plus is its location in Beverly Hills which is nice and not too far from Rodeo Drive.

The smell was unbearable — like a morgue and dentist’s office all wrapped up into one horribly piercing smell. Both my friend and I got nauseous as soon as we got to the room. I also got a headache.I had booked 3 nights but could not bear it and checked out after a few hours. Maybe this was just the 4th floor where my room was…They didn’t question it at all when I told them about it, didn’t seem surprised. They assisted me with the checkout and reversed the charges, which was nice.

This place was great and the the customer service was outstanding (other than JOSH). My friend and I stayed here for a few days (Weds-Sat) to relax after surgery and the overnight staff was amazing! They helped out as much as possible and were very informative about the surrounding area.The only issue I encountered with this place is JOSH. I called a few mins ago to inquire about charges on my card. I was simply trying to understand why my card was charged. Once Josh is explained why the card was charged, I stated that I was unaware of the resort fees because my friend booked the room. I wasn’t even trying to get the fees removed, but in a very childish way, Josh stated that “maybe your friend should read before booking,” and hung up the phone. I’m still giving the hotel 5 stars because it was clean/COVID-friendly and the rest of the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, but I would rather not deal with Josh if I return.Someone should speak to JOSH about tact and quality customer service.Thanks!

So disappointed with my stay in Beverly Hills at the Mosaic Hotel customer service here with the night staff was unacceptable when dealing with my guest who was drunk off of their “complimentary drinks”, then the hotel was to get mad at us while we threw up outside of the property in the smoking section and they told us we were being too loud to the guest above us when I had already asked prior about upgrading to a larger or different room where we wouldn’t bother guests as much. Disappointed this is the type of establishment is in Beverly Hills. The Rooms are also very basic and not to up to date as they could be with outlits & proper lighting. They have curtains for decor that cannot be used to block out sunlight. What is the purpose of that?

Creaky floorboards above us and it felt like you could hear every step, cough, conversation and toilet flush in the building. Recommend earplugs or a white noise machine if you choose to stay here.

Not only did the waiter claim it was seasoning, the chef came out and claimed the food was fresh with an argumentative attitude!! Terrible! Stay away from room 206. Seems like when someone uses the restroom, you hear the flushing very loudly and you will hardly get any sleep. Also, we were told our room would be ready by 3pm and it wasn’t. Call beforehand to ensure your room will be ready when you check in, especially when traveling with a child. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

It’s HORRIBLE Hotel that i ever had in my life. They charged $42 for valet parking and i have to park by myself and when I asked for people valet my car and they said valet is off at 11:00pm. Customers services are very welcome with the front-desk always keep her eyes on her computer and cell phone call she haven’t know that we walked in and i saw her seated on her chair with one feet on the chair and one feet on floor like home. I never ever had bad experiences like this in luxury hotel like this before and i better book hotel 6 for more better services. Mosiac Hotel was more than I expected. I was having a procedure done across the street and it was in the perfect location. It was clean, modern, and the staff was very nice.I had originally booked a king room with one bed through Expedia, but later found out my husband and I would need to sleep in separate beds due to the procedure (knowing what I know now, I would highly suggest booking directly through the hotels website because they are able to navigate the reservation much more smoothly-- and they had a discount). When I called the day of check-in to see about the change, all the double rooms were occupied. Dayon, the wonderful front desk employee, was very accommodating. He went above and beyond our expectations and was able to secure a room where both my husband and I would be comfortable for the few days of our stay. He even checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied. A HUGE thank you to Dayon. It made all the difference. Mosiac will be my hotel of choice for future stays, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the LA area.

I called them once - she was so nice on the phone and said she will check that, but nothing happened afterward. I dont recommend it first, they wont be held responsible for damage to your car and it doesnt have covered parking and anyone can enter and cause damage. Thank God, I was only there one night and nothing happened. The room is very big, thats fine, but you can only see walls through the windows and The cleanliness is not very good. The bathroom had a long line of grazing along the banks which is disgusting. You have to put a towel on it to stand up and bathe. The location is terrible to walk. All the streets do not have crossings and it is a complete nightmare to be able to cross.
