I recently purchased elsewhere a set of Ping G425 irons. I realized during my very first round that I needed to add a 4-iron to my set, so I contacted Ping to see how I would go about buying one. The options they provided included Morton Golf, so I looked up Morton and made an online order. The process was easy and heres the cool part: I submitted my order on a Monday. I received shipment notification just one week later, and on just the eighth day after my order, I had my new Ping G425 4-iron in my hands, engraved with the same serial number as the rest of the irons in my set. That is crazy-fast service for a custom order! So, my Morton Golf experience was great, my order was completed quickly and the product received is perfect and exactly as ordered. I had a fantastic experience with Morton Golf Sales staff! They shipped my childs putter out quickly, but unfortunately UPS lost it in the mail. When I wrote to MGS that the package was never delivered, Jenny responded within minutes, kept in touch with me over the next few days, and ended up shipping me a replacement for free even though the mistake wasnt MGS fault. I will definitely order from them again—both for their efficiency and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a new Ping Vault 2.0 Dale Anser putter, and it showed up over a week sooner than I had expected due to a custom order. I accidentally ordered the wrong grip, twice, and they were very understanding and fixed the problem in no time, before Ping even started the build. Absolutely will be purchasing from them in the future. Easy to deal with, great service. Putter showed up in absolutely mint condition as well.

Although Morton Golf could not match the Ping replacement club requested, Jenny gave every effort with Ping to do so, then contacted me directly (yes, a real human!) and immediately issued a refund to my Pay Pal account. With the customer service business world being at an all time low, Morton Golf shines!

I have placed multiple orders with Mortons and the experience is excellent. Even when I did not get one of my orders exactly correct Jenny reached out to me and assured that what I wanted was what was ordered. Most companies would have just ordered the item and then tell you it sent you what you ordered. I will continue to use Morton for my golfing needs, Great company and Great personnel, thanks.

This is the first time I have ordered through Morton Golf Sales, and the experience has been great - great customer service, accurate order processing, and prompt delivery. Although my PING G400 replacement wedges took a little longer to fulfill, given the high demand for golf equipment right now, they actually arrived sooner than promised. I was so impressed overall that I have placed another order with Morton. I placed 2 separate orders for some Ping irons that were missing from my sets. Fortunately for me, there was a sale on my model so I was able to buy my brand new irons, shipped from Ping, for less than used ones on eBay! I spoke with Jennifer at one point and she was very helpful and their service was awesome. Very happy with my purchases from them!

I ordered an electric push cart motor and accessories. While there were some shipping issues related to covid etc., I received all materials in good shape and in a reasonable time frame. I attempted to purchase a pitch and putt bag through their web site. Within minutes, I was contacted by Jenny informing me that the color I had chosen was out of stock. Jenny informed me of my remaining options and was very upfront. Although I chose to refund my order (I will re-order when back in stock), I found a very pleasant experience with Jennys immediate outreach and information. She issued my refund immediately. I did not get the run around and I did not have to chat with a robot. Good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im disappointed that I dont have the bag yet; but I am looking forward to doing business with this store in the future! Thanks, Jenny!.... The Saga Continues...Received an email from Jenny informing me that they received one bag in their last delivery. I re-placed my order and was told that it was in the mail the same day! Got the bag.
