We purchased our home in Colorado just a few weeks ago. Michael really helped us out and guided us smoothly through the whole process. We originally started looking on a whim to just see if we could do it. Then before we knew it we were set us very well for the purchase of a home. We were first time home buyers so it was a very scary process but Michael truly helped us, kept us informed, and eased any nerves we had. When we first ran numbers they were very reasonable and each time we ran them they kept getting more favorable. 100% recommend going with them and I would always recommend Michael and plan on using Michael in the future.

These guys were awesome from the beginning, especially our loan officer Michael. From day one he was incredibly informative including giving us information we hadn’t even thought about asking yet. Whenever we had questions or concerned we were never left hanging. It was always timely responses. We were always one step ahead of the game because of this and it made it far less stressful than most others experiences. I wouldn’t suggest anyone else.

Im a first time homebuyer and I honestly would not have been able to compete with other buyers without the help of MortgageOne, especially Bryce and Cristina. Because their process takes underwriting into account beforehand, theyre able to close much quicker than other mortgage lenders and big banks. This made my offer much stronger and was a big reason why the sellers went with our offer over others. The interest rates were very competitive with other lenders. I worked with Bryce Schetselaar who was incredibly knowledgable and explained everything to me when I had a lot of questions as a first time homebuyer. He made himself available at all hours and even called the sellers agent when we made our offer to help seal the deal. I have my house started a refinancing process which is in California while I’m in Hawaii. I never heard of Mortgage One before but I smoothly closed my refinance with them thru my initial loan officer who is Josh Deleon. Mortgage One was always there to remind me what paperworks i needed to sign and follow up. I finalized my closing in a month and just some weeks and made sure they got me the best and responsible notary manager for me to meetup during this Covid-19 pandemic.
