I was referred to Justin Johnson from my realtor and did I luck out!I had told my realtor that the current mortgage broker that I had engaged just passed me on and the dynamic was just not very personable. When I met Justin it intermediately felt like family. He took the time to get to know me and he took the time to really walk me through the process. I hadnt purchased a home in over a decade and of course things change. The fact that he was so personable and accessible I fondly began referring to him as Coach Johnson.With that, all I can say is if you have an opportunity to work with Justin, do not pass up the opportunity!

Justin and team are amazing! I definitely wasn’t an easy win, they worked very diligently with their lender and myself to make the deal happen! The team was very understanding of my unique situation and used their years of experience to pursue the right lenders/product to meet my needs. Justin had excellent communication and would answer/return my calls very quickly, fielding I’m sure what felt like a million questions. Justin is a miracle worker! He helped us when other people sais there was no hope. Justin workd tirelessly though the entire process to help us get our first home. He also made himself available to talk to us and answer ALL of our questions!! We felt heard and cared for!

I’ve worked with Justin on two loans (a re-Fi and a HEL) and he’s been great to work with. He’s very timely and made the process very smooth for us. He was also able to give us good advice and answer our questions to make sure we were making the right decisions for us. I will definitely work with Justin on future home loans! He’s also worked with my other family members who were happy about their experiences with him as well, so I would highly recommend him to others.

Justin helped me get my first home in West Sacramento. Through out the process he was informative, extremely thorough and attentive to my financial needs, thus making sure that I was getting the best deal possible. He was always available for any questions or concerns I had. He is good at numbers and never hesitated in running numbers for different loan types and he not only helped me choose the right one for my budget but also got the final approval in time with a lower closing cost. Justin Johnson is the best loan officer! He got us an amazing rate and does right by the client. We had a horrible experience with a different unethical company. We switched to Justin and he saved the deal. We are happy in our new home.
