I had meetings with 3 other attorneys prior to selecting David to create my family’s Trust. David impressed me from the beginning with his Estate Planning knowledge, especially being able to explain the options for us to make the appropriate decisions for my family. His online videos were helpful in reinforcing our knowledge. He and his staff where so professional, accountable, and reliable in responding to all questions via phone, email and zoom calls. They all are so friendly and dedicated. He guided us through the key steps we would need to perform with our financial institutions at the completion of the project. He was also so helpful with questions I had associated with my parents Trust after the passing of my father, including performing Trustee changes. Their services do not end after document signing . He and his staff continue to be available for any questions we have. I am so pleased with decision in selecting the Morris Law Group. They took ownership and put my mind at ease. We highly recommend.

I used the services of David R. Morris Attorney and Counselor at Law, in November of 2017, for updating my mothers trust. I had many questions regarding the legal aspects of her finances, for her care and the best way to proceed to secure her investments. Our first first meeting, David was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to ensure I had the understanding and answers to every question. A new trust was drafted, with everything he had told me, included in the documentation. In the final letter, he stated that I could call anytime I had questions or needed help with anything to do with the trust, including an office visit, if needed, after my mother passed, to address the steps to take regarding the trust. My mother passed in 2021 and everything went smoothly using the trust that David had set up for our family.I highly recommend David for legal services, especially trusts.

My husband and I recently worked with Dave Morris to create a Trust for our family. I appreciated watching his videos before our first meeting so I could familiarize myself with the legal terms and general process of creating a Trust. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable in his field of work and explained everything so well to us. My favorite part about working with Dave is that this will be continuous relationship moving forward to keep our Trust up to date- we can call or email at any time to add our amendments. I feel so peaceful knowing that our home, assets, and children will be well cared for in our Trust. I would highly recommend Morris Law Group to everyone. :)

My husband and I used David Morris Law to set up our trust recently. I feel so much better knowing that we have This set up. He made this process very clear and went through every part of the trust so that we had a complete understanding of all the elements. Additionally, knowing we can contact him at any time with any issues we have relating to our trust gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Estate Planning? Look no further! My Husband and I found Morris Law Group through David Morris educational videos on family trusts. After watching the videos many of our qestions were answered and the process was much more clear. David Morris is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and concise. Our trust was completed to our satisfaction in a very timely manner. We were assured that should we require any changes to our trust or if we have any questions in the future Morris Law Group would gladly assist.

We went to Dave Morris for a Family Trust. At our first complimentary consultation, I was armed with my own research and loads of questions. Dave answered them all fully and patiently. When it came time to review the final document, Dave went through it page by page and answered further questions to our complete satisfaction. He has made himself available for questions by phone or email. I recommend him highly.

Dont normally post google reviews but saw the prior 1-star and had to share our experience. We used David for both our family trust and for business contracts. Hes been great, accurate and when he doesnt know something he tells us. Also knows when to recommend another specialist. Will continue to use....

I would never go to this attorney. He misrepresented me in my family case back in 2010 . We are currently in divorce proceedings in 2016.I am from a different country and I used to speak minimal English those days . I was married to my spouse back in my home country in 2010.In 2010 i ended up coming to USA and my spouse forced me to enter into Premarital agreement.( Agreement before marriage but I was married earlier to the same person)I was not aware as to how this PMA works as i was just 5 days new to the country.David Morris represented me in my Pre Marital Agreement in 2010, I never met David personally nor by telephone, did not hire him, no written / verbal contract . He was hired by my husband and was communicating about the case to my spouse (Legally he cannot communicate with spouse ). All decisions were made by David and my spouse.Everything was new to me as in India we do not have PMA.After the PMA was set up to sign by my spouse and David Morris, my spouse takes me to David Morris office and forces me to sign the PMA .That was the first day and the last day I met David Morris and I told him I was previously married to my spouse ( the same person in India) .David Morris instead of stopping or guiding me in the right path.Also he never even advised how the Premarital agreement works ; nor guided me in any ways.I ended up signing the PMA. I had signed for no alimony, zero money in case of divorce, and etc .David Morris never even stopped or advised anything at that time.We ended up divorcing in 2016 . I approach David Morris in his office, to do the right justice to me as he was the only person who knew about my marriage back home .His assistant over the phone calls me and threatens not to approach their office for anything. It all has to be done legally.Finally David was called for deposition.David in his deposition said he advised me not to sign the Premarital Agreement but I went ahead and signed . He also said he stopped me not to sign the Premarital Agreement; but I went ahead and signed it. He says he tossed written Agreement between us . He doesnt have any details of our meetings as his computer shut down years back.He is an attorney and is smart in answering questions.I lost 2 millions in my case (PMA)just for this one lie ... by David Morris .He said I knew what I was signing and He REPRESENTED me .I lost my case for his misrepresentation and his lie.He could have fixed it saying I did not advise her any .At the end of the day David has to save his license, his work. He lied 🤥God bless him for his lie.
