Awesome! Our garage door stopped working on Friday morning, and was fixed first thing Monday morning. Gilbert came out, on time, and explained the issue with me. Sig and his crew were amazing. We are so glad we chose them for the showpiece of our home. They were so accommodating start to finish. We had to reschedule them a couple times, and delayed submitting the payment due to construction loan issues, yet they never gave us any issues. They came precisely when we needed them, and did a flawless install. They needed no guidance whatsoever for the install even though we have a somewhat intricate electrical wiring schematic. This garage door is the most beautiful door I have ever seen. His guidance to install a side mount was a game changer! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Sig!

A torsion spring on my garage door failed and I needed to have it replaced. I called several local businesses but only one company answered the phone. Sig, the owner, answered while at a lake on his family vacation, and was happy to help. We immediately set up an appointment and a day or so later his brother showed up to take care of the repair.His brother courtesy called me early and we met up at my house before the scheduled time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair.Both torsion springs were replaced rather quickly. And I am very happy with the repair.If you are in the Gilroy/San Martin/Morgan Hill area, dont hesitate to call them for any Garage Door Repairs.(Same review given on Yelp.)

I want to recommend this company (Morgan Hill Garage Doors) starting with response time from office staff quick. They send person out to take a look fast take measurements and tell you the price quickly. Then give you quick dates available for install. The day of install arrives and they’re punctual. Chris and assistant arrived they are very respectful and get right to removing and installing the new garage door fast and efficient very professional. I would highly recommend these pros. This review is long overdue. Sig was a pleasure to work with. He was patient as we made our selections and never pressured us to make a decision. As we chipped away with our decision making, he answered all of our questions and provided pics of samples to help us decide. We selected Morgan Hill Garage door company in June of 2021. We reviewed and signed the drawings. The 4 doors were ordered. When the doors arrived in July I got pretty sick with Covid. Sig was very understanding. In August I returned from the hospital and Sig and I were trying to schedule an install date. The painter we selected to stain the doors had to have emergency heart surgery. To make a very long story short, Sig was very understanding never pushing us to move forward. He waited for everyone to be healthy. They delivered the doors and arrived as scheduled and finished in a very timely manner. We completed the project in early October 2021. Its been 8 months and we have not had any issues. This is clearly the choice to make for garage doors.

A broken spring left my only 2 cars trapped in garage on a Sat morning.Morgan Hill Garage Door is normally closed on weekends. In spite of this, the family business arranged for service to rescue me for the weekend. After my call, they had a volunteer tech Chris arrive in 1 hour and have 2 springs replaced and me back up in one hour. Additionally, all my rollers, hinges were lubricated, and hinge alignment and door balance were completed. This is what I call a great company taking care of their customers. They have completed work on three or four homes for us in Morgan Hill and they’ve always done excellent work! Sig always goes above and beyond the norm and so does his team of specialists. Dylan just replaced both garage door springs for us this morning and I called and spoke to Sig only yesterday. Also, the repairman Rob was great to work with, and even did some extra tightening of screws and supports that really needed it. Came home late this past Sunday to find out my garage door wouldn’t open. As it turned out one of my torsion spring on the garage door has snapped. Having used Morgan Hill Garage Door Company in the past, I went to the website and inquired (via text) about getting both springs replaced.My expectations were to get a call in the morning and have it the door service later on during that week. However, within 10 minutes on the late Sunday night, I received a text back with a reasonable quote and an opening to have serviced the next day.Within 15 hours, before noon the next day, a service crew of two was at my house and replace the springs within 20 minutes. Not only that, but they lubed all the joints and tightened all the brackets bolts. My garage door was again up and running.Needless to say, I was quite pleased with this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

2) Just used Morgan Hill Garage Door Company again (9/2023). This time to replace an opener on my house in Salinas. Excellent service for every step of the process. From first contact, to a quick response on a Sunday with clear estimates, to scheduling, to install. 1) I have used Morgan Hill Garage Door Company two times in the past (2021) and both times were exceptional service! First time, they coached me over the phone to troubleshoot the problem and it worked out great. The second time, I sent them over to my dads place to fix his broken remotes. At 93 years old, my dad doesnt need any more problems, so, knew I could count on this company. They schedule the visit two days later and my dad was extremely happy with their service, and he is a hard guy to please!

They returned to fix a problem after installing a new garage door opener. They were there for maybe 15 minutes as I was sent a text upon arrival and departure. This was work done for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. The owner took time to call me to let me know it’s fixed but if it happens again it will cost 175 to fix. It’s not the fact that it will cost but it’s like he was irritated he couldn’t charge this time. I didn’t feel his comment was necessary. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism in my opinion Treat your customers as you wish to be treated. Regardless of his comment (inaccurate comments below as appt was rescheduled). I prefer to do business with companies that value their customers and our seniors too. If problem happens again I will do business elsewhere. I wish them the best in their business.

We have used Morgan Hill Garage Door Companys service twice in the past year and are very satisfied with their service. The appointment making with Sig was easy and quick. The latest issue with our garage door was that it would not close intermittently for more than 1 year and lately we had to manually overwrite in order to get it close. MHGDCs technician was very experienced and found the problem in no time (it was at a place we have never thought of) and saved us from replacing the garage door sensor. I would use their service again.

Great customer service from start to finish! I think all my neighbors are going to want a new garage door when they see mine! I had a thin piece of metal they called a door. But now I will stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. And I now have battery back up so if the power goes out I can still access my garage. Garage door would close but then reopen. Daniel observed the sensor light would blink and go out. He inspected the wiring and determined it had been stapled too tightly when it was installed (by Home Depot) a couple years earlier, and over time the wire covering worn through and the copper was touching the metal staple creating interference and causing the sensor to malfunction. He fixed the wiring and the issue was resolved. Great troubleshooting !

Our spring broke on our garage door and we were given a quote of $2300 just to fix the spring by another company (Precision). We figured a new garage door would be a better solution if we were going to pay that much anyways.We reached out to a referred company, Morgan Hill Garage Door Company, for a new door. The estimator came out the very next day (free of charge for a quote. Other company was $65). As he was measuring, he said he was able to fix the spring and we didn’t need a new door. Honesty! My advice is save yourself major headaches and take your business elsewhere ... this company does not care about customer satisfaction. We didnt call you back out to to fix the motor; you came back to change the panel since it was the wrong color. 2. the motor works fine and was working before the garage doors were replaced 3. when the job estimate was provided, we never discussed replacing the motor because there is nothing wrong with the motor 4. Yes you mentioned that you could not reconnect to our existing motor but you said we could do it ourselves which we did. The motor does open and shut the doors - you just have to hold down the button so the assumption is the problem is with the sensors? 5. You then walked away from the job saying sorry there is nothing we can do to help you because its against the law rather than suggesting possible solutions (we can refer you to this company who can help you with the problem, you can replace the sensors yourself, we can replace the motor for $x). This unfortunate ending could easily have been avoided but once again you have proven my point - no interest in my satisfaction with your work. Very unprofessional.

Every time I open my garage I thank Morgan Hill Garage Door for installing a new garage door motor and track for me. The previous owners, who installed the garage door, installed it incorrectly. It left a black track on my garage door. Morgan Hill garage lowered the track so that it no longer hit my garage door and my garage door opens so quietly now you can hardly hear it. I have two remotes now when I only had one and I can use my phone to tell whether my door is open or closed. The installer was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and went right to work to install the equipment. He set up an appointment next day and was very prompt.My garage door spring broke but it was time for a new motor and insulted door.He explained the options and costs. It was easy to choose and order.
