2023-08-26 10:07:52I got my Jeep Sahara serviced at their new building. Chris was there to accommodate me. He told me to wait in the waiting area.While he’ll pull up the needed papers before they’ll start servicing my Jeep.The waiting area was so relaxing.He even offers free drinks while waiting.Such a friendly guy!He makes sure that they’ll have everything done within 2 hours.He constantly updates me on what needs to be replaced while I’m there and explains everything down to my tires.He explained every detail of what should be a top priority and what to expect in my next service.I had a good experience!Thank you again, Guys!See you again at my next service!

2024-03-09 20:39:10Chris was super friendly, personable, and a great person to have greet people in the front. He constantly checked in with me about what the status of my car was. This was the first time anyone at any dealership had actually kept me updated on what part of the service they were at. The fact that the entire service took a while didnt bother me because Chris really went above and beyond.

2024-03-15 06:54:06Got charged $244.14 for a single synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Deeply disappointed by the Morgan Hill dealerships outrageous pricing tactics. In case you are wondering, beware that they are not a participating location to Mopars prepaid essential care oil change package, leaving you with no choice but to pay over 4x what other Dodge owners would usually pay for their regular maintenance costs.To add insult to injury, my experience is actually two times worse than what I described above as I had trusted the dealership with both my Dodge vehicles on the same day for this routine maintenance task. A wiser approach would have been to test the waters with one car first to make sure everything goes as expected, however I had (incorrectly) trusted a previous excellent experience with Service Advisor Chris to be a predictor of the experience I would get from such a basic maintenance task. Tough and expensive lesson for me to learn on blindly trusting the Morgan Hill dealerships honesty on pricing based on the kindness/helpfulness of a single employee.To those enforcing this predatory pricing: what a way to treat your most loyal customers! Shame on you & please do better.In the meantime, Id recommend any folks who do not want to get scammed on a sunny Saturday morning to stay clear of this place.

2024-05-14 18:29:21Definitely not a good experience.I went to the service entrance. There were pickup trucks parked in both lanes. Waited behind one assuming that someone from service would come out to greet me. After waiting for ten minutes, I finally went in. Service Advisors were sitting at their desks not bothering to come out to the car unlike what most other dealerships do.I gave my 2023 Compass for oil change and some minor warranty work. I made sure that the advisor wrote them all down. Left the car overnight so they could attend to all items. Next day, only oil change and tire rotations were done. Service advisor told me that my appointment was only for oil change and that I would have to bring the car back if I want more things done. Why did I then leave the car overnight, and why did he not tell me before?One of the issues in my car is that the headlights dont come on when wipers are turned on. They are supposed to. Two service advisors, the manager on the service floor, and a lady sales person, all argued with me that there was no such thing. They gave me some some non-sensical reasons including that they are not supposed to come on. I showed them in google search that I was right. Still no acknowledgment.Then one of service advisors tells me that they could run diagnostics on the car but that I would have to pay $250 for diagnostics service. That didnt make any sense as the car has only 11K miles and is under warranty. Chrysler should take care of it.I called other dealerships. One in Newark and one on Capitol Expressway, both told me that the head lights are supposed to come on when wipers are turned on. I made appointment with one of them.This was the first time we tried the Morgan Hill dealership service. Very disappointed that the service advisors arent knowledgeable about features. They had to call sales lady for help. Even she didnt know about the head lights and the wipers.

2024-04-12 16:52:39The service team (Isidro) went the extra mile. I made an appointment for warranty check on my Promaster media console to learn that it may take 2-3 days for electrical debugging when I arrived. Since I am mid-trip, I can’t leave the van. Isidro (my very nice and helpful service guy) offered to do what he can by pulling logs from the van. Not only did he find an existing recall, but that there is something off with the center console; both of which can wait til after my trip. My anxieties were eliminated because he went above what I expected, for free.

2023-04-18 18:04:57Just did a 90k service here plus windshield replacement. It was my first visit. There is definitely a different atmosphere here than the SJ and Fremont dealers that I have visited in the past. It is very friendly and they seem like a tighter close knit team. It is a small place so the front office tends to be an active and busy spot with a lot going on but they are moving to a bigger facility soon. My service coordinator was Chris. He was extremely friendly and helpful and was very responsive if I texted or called him for a status update. He even sent me a picture of Ruby on the lift. I liked the fact that I was able to book an appointment online for a few days out. The SJ and Fremont dealers were giving me dates that were weeks out. I can definitely recommend this business and it would be my intention to use them for my Rubicons going forward.

2023-05-05 02:48:27I got my Jeep Wrangler serviced at this place twice after purchasing the car from the associated dealership and both times i was very happy with the service. The advisor Chris is very friendly and explained details on timing well. Both times i waited at their facility which offers free coffee and snacks. A good place for keeping your car in good shape.

2023-10-31 18:47:12I had a warning light come on in my vehicle and made an appointment, receptionist is very friendly (Hard to find Good Customer Service), had to reschedule, no issues there, still friendly. Came in with my vehicle, Chris my service advisor was detailed, helpful and patience. They gave me a ride in their shuttle ( A beautiful Grand Wagoneer ) and the wait time for pick up was short and my vehicle was ready to go. I will recommend this dealership to friend and family for their service.
