I have had several interactions with the support team both for very small needs and larger more design oriented needs. . . each time the team has been knowledge, timely, and professional.
This is Kal with Capital K Contractors, Weve been working with Mopro for few months now, they have been doing good job so far, Nick is a good designer and great communicator, he keeps me updated all the time, We did not rank to the first position on the first page yet but there is I would say a good improvement so far, weve asked then to design 3 more websites for us and if they keep up the good work wed ask them to build a website for every service we offer.
Not good. The migration is clearly communicated and led to unplanned downtime. Social media posts contain grammatical errors and have used the wrong phone number and even the incorrect URL address, which MoPro hosts! Page load speeds are slow, and meta tags contain errors. I will be unsubscribing from their service very soon. Overall, I would not recommend

For the most part I have been fairly satisfied with Mopro. I have, however, repeatedly asked for help with being able to update my blog and events calendar and have not gotten any response. It is also irritating that you submit a request for changes and they send an email and close out the request before you can review OR comment on the update you requested. So if they did NOT complete what you asked, did it wrong or you don’t like it, you must go out in an entire new request to fix it! That is ridiculous to me. I have recently been approached about switching over to a new company for 1/2 the price, at this point I have turned it down however if things don’t get better soon I may decide to change.

Built a great website, but continue to add fees and do not perform. I was being charged for SEO, but barely got one or two customers through my website every month. Definitely not worth it. Id rather have a poor website and great SEO driving customers than a great website with no customers.
I started with Mopro about three months ago. I didnt know what to expect. The professional experience I received from Mopro was second to non. My assistant Tina is a very smart and fast working when it comes to her clients. The sells team is very knowledgeable about their products. When I started to get multiple contracts thru different resources, I decided to discontinue Mopro until I figured out, the really good contracts I obtained was through Mopro. So I quickly, re-established my account with Mopro and I am very pleased with my decision for making Mopro my marketing team.
Will you just charged my bank account for a monthly bill and then you told me a couple days later that my site is down. So I’m confused. I also need some Technical Support to update my website if it ever goes up again since you don’t have a brick and mortar that I can come sit at the desk with you guys anymore.
I was one of the first clients. Ive experienced their growing pains and their eagerness to improve. My service has gotten so much better and they are growing in leaps and bounds. Very disappointed with the lack of follow through when I asked for website samples and even though the rep promised to send them, never did.FOLLOWING WEEK: I received a link today from the rep but it was A DIFFERENT COMPANY. Not Mo Pro. I figured they must Farm out their web building work. But it didnt even have any website samples. I dont believe Mo Pro is for real. I had a hunch they were not for real when they said SEO was dead. Not even close. Search Engine optimization is necessary for businesses to be found on the internet.In response to your response, you are a sleazy operator and should be reported to the BBB. This is a dysfunctional business model and STAY AWAY! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!MO-PRO IS DEAD, NOT SEO.
I was disappointed that Mopro let my certificate expire on my website which made a bunch of customers unable to access and pay. They did fix it within 2 hrs after I notified them.I will stay with them for now unless the site is disabled again
BUYER BEWARE!1. Our facebook page was suspended as soon as Mopro took over. The last post shown was review they reposted, they did not know how to properly navigate social media in our industry2. Not even half the deliverable were complete after a month, the money was a waste3. The content is extremely generic and poor quality. We wouldnt even want it associated with us. A few of the graphics didnt even have the correct company name on it - it had our brand name prior to us rebranding Im not sure where they even got this from.4. Promised a refund and we have been chasing for it for weeks now. Unfortunately, we will be submitting a dispute with our bank on Monday to fight for our money backFriendly advice from someone that has wasted a lot of money on marketing companies, look for someone else. This was the biggest waste of time, money, and effort.

I guess I was first bothered because I asked the sales rep, Ralph to PLEASE look at our existing website before we talk so he knew what we currently had and we’re working with along with who we are and what our business is. He didn’t do it but he read his sales script well because I agreed and told him to not charge us until he verifies with me it is ok first. No problem he said and after hanging up, he text me all these Review websites and NOT good! I sent ole Ralph a text back and said DO NOT charge me! Hopefully he doesn’t but we’ll see.Just beware, do your homework first.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Use anyone but them to build your site. After initial site build there has been zero support with no contact from anyone despite requesting on their help site more than 5 times to be contacted and given a support person to talk to. Zero contact with a live person. Have to request help through the web site and hope it gets finished, which it hasnt by the way. No control to make changes yourself to update items as was promised when signing the original contract

Customer Support for e-Commerce is HORRIBLE!! No return communication, no update on tasks, IF they attempt to make the requested fixes, they end up creating another problem for us. These issues have been going on for months - it is not a recent one-off. Do not use MoPro if you will ever need support for an website!

Service is slow and poor. The administrative functions do not work properly then you have to wait on service for something you should be able to fix yourself. Parts of our website have disappeared even though no one ever even went into edit the website which put us down for business.

It is not easy to get updates posted tot he website. You are on hold for a long time to speak to someone. You can email them a request but you must keep checking the website and sending them reminder emails to get things posted.

I have been instructed to email all of my changes and I have many, as it is a revamp. The time and steps that I need to do to communicate my ideas is frustrating and time consuming. A simple few 30 minute conversations will suffice, I believe to complete the revamp and express my ideas clearly. Whatever happened to direct live communication with a person? Frustrated current customer. Other than that, yall are ok for a website host service. Doesnt feel like a true partnership to me. By the way,, I sent an email expressing the request for consultation and I didnt receive a reply. I did receive another text asking for a review. So. Hopefully this gets answered. LM

2024-05-24 20:07:20I have tried to cancel my service with MoPro since October 2023 and I have yet been able to do that. I triedthrough their website with no response. I have tried through e-mail with no response. I cant get them on the phone because I cannot spend 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone as I am an Office Manager. 2023-12-29 16:11:12I think the idea is there. But were missing the mark. Social media posts have gotten gag worthy and too cheesy for the level of customer Im targeting.Website hosting is fine, but I cant say my website has gotten as much traffic as before.Best feature Mopro has for me has been collecting reviews and getting them streamlined to my google profile.

2024-02-15 05:17:43I spoke to a guy named Ralph today he had no empathy for my situation as I explaine Im in real financial hardship and how I need some help he hung the phone up on me. What a horrible company to deal with, there is no customer service at all with someone who does that to an individual who is in hardship my store is new I just need help. I will never hire this company after this experience, im 54 and discouraged with this unhelpful world. My store is ichit.store I really need some help.

2023-12-08 14:34:33Over promise, under deliver, typical. Was a client of theirs for several years. They Were charging me more than $100 per month but barely bringing me one customer a month. Ive done better building my own website for the first time. After 2 months Ive generated more traffic and client orders directly booked through my website doing this for the first time. I dont see any reason to trust or pay them.
