From the initial encounter i was very impressed with the staff and the office. Extremely kind and pleasant. The care i received today for a cleaning was top notch. Very high quality and new machines. I dont know why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. Highly recommend this dentist!

Very nice staff. They are pleasant and responsive, they offered you drinks and small snack. They make you very comfortable. when Dr. Potts orders a treatment they come in and show you the financials or the treatment plan in a fast and responsible way very confident and they are pleasant. Dr. Potts is a very good dentist gives good advice and does excellent work. The dental hygienist are very pleasant and nice. Also, they offer good tips for good dental hygiene and do a good job cleaning your teeth.. Also, it is easy to schedule appointments. They have lots of openings and available hours.

Went in today nervous as one could be. When I opened the door the cleanliness, aroma in the air, calming welcoming smile behind the desk made me feel better. I had a cleaning with Tess.She was amazing. She understood that I was scared and was very kind and gentle. I really appreciated that. I had an exam with Dr. Potts he went into detail of what I needed. I did not feel like I was in a snarky cars salesmen situation like I have in previous offices. He was truthful and gave me the breakdown of what the priority was. Then I met with the office manager Lourdes who again was not out to take my money. She was calm and very willing to explain what coverages I had and what needed to be done first as well. I had a great experience and I recommend this office to everyone. On my way out scheduled my teens for their cleanings as well. We found a new DENTAL OFFICE YAY!!!

I literally ended up at Moorpark Center for Dentistry by accident, and stayed. Ill refer my friends and family without hesitation.I had a dental emergency on fathers day, Dr. Potts opened the office for me, examined the issue (was ok to wait a day), and made a plan. He cleared up time the next day, and got me back to functional with a temporary cap. I was also leaving for a trip in a week, and he again fit me in to get the permanent in before I left.Ive since continued treatment, and worked with the rest of the staff (front office, cleaning, etc). Everyone has been great, and no complaints from me. I especially appreciate that they are on time for appointments, do good work, and I dont feel them pressuring me to do unnecessary procedures. Office is really clean and well maintained, and they explain costs well. I even experienced them asking me if I wanted to delay a procedure until new year as I had hit the annual cap on my insurance, so they were watching out for my financial interests.

Perfect all around. Best dental office that I have ever been too. Dr Potts and his staff were amazing. My only regret, I didnt go sooner! Highly recommend.

Love this office! The staff’s super nice and seem very knowledgeable. They gave me a welcome gift bag and a tour of their beautiful facility. They offer many beverages including wine and beer and many other items to make going to the dentist more comfortable. I highly recommend and even referred Dr Potts to my mother who has had terrible dentists in the past

My appointments are always on time. Every staff member is very organized and friendly. They welcome you and offer you a drink when you arrive, let you choose your tv channel and use all the newest methods for cleanings. They are quick and efficient and will always provide transparency in pricing before moving ahead on service without pressure. Highly recommend.

The first time you walk into Dr. Potts office you realize that this will be a different dental experience. Waterfalls cascade down the walls and plush chairs surround the waiting room. The entire environment has a spa like atmosphere. The people around you are drinking wine, tea, and gourmet coffee. What is going on here I thought? The drinks are just part of the VIP menu, which also includes lip balms and essential oils. The wine and beer is for those who need liquid courage. The staff, dental hygienists, and doctors, are some of the nicest people youll meet. They do everything they can to make you comfortable, explain any and all dental procedures and make you want to come back as you sit in your vibrating dental massage chair having your teeth cleaned.

This has to be one of most awesome Dentistry Offices Ive ever been in. From the moment you step in the amazing staff make you feel at home and at ease. The Doctors are amazing as well they really explain things in details. I love this place...Going to Dentist just got easier and fun...
