My husband surprised me with a Brother Dream Creator XE. It is a beautiful machine. We purchased the service plan and just renewed the plan. I have the machine serviced annually, but can bring it in for service anytime needed. As for the TEAM at Moore’s, they are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend them to everyone! Love the store and their awesome friendly knowledgeable staff! They make you feel like you are family. The manager is always available to help with questions or suggestions to help you with your sewing machine. Nancy was very helpful leading me to multiple choices of bobbins for my particular machine. Every team member at the Temecula location is so knowledgeable and helpful! I visited the store while on vacation to look at a Scan n Cut machine. I had visited many other sewing machines, stores and brother dealers to try to get a demo of this machine, and to ask questions about it. Every other Brother dealer did not have anybody on the floor to answer any questions about the machine.But as soon as I mentioned it at the Moore store, they knew exactly what machine they had it out to show me a demo and they knew everything about it and all of the features. They also offer classes for this machine. I was so impressed. I bought the machine while on vacation and they shipped it to me with their free shipping offer.I will be visiting their store every time we vacation in CA in the future.

I went in asked if they fixed seeing machines and Joshua started working on it right away. He was very nice and I guess it was an easy fix so did not charge me and also let me know correct needles to buy and gave me a cheat sheet for them. I was impressed with the place. I will definitely be back.

Great experience coming here! I have an older machine that I had not used in a few years and wasn’t sure if it needed any repair. Keith was so kind and immediately assisted me as soon as I walked in. He took time to look at my machine and helped me to understand it better since it’s been a few years since I have done any sewing. It was such a great experience and since there wasn’t really anything wrong with it, there was no charge. I really appreciate that Keith sat with me, cleared some dust from my machine and explained to me a lot of features I did not even know I had. This is a really nice place and if anything happens to my machine in the future, I will be taking it here for repairs without hesitation. Highly recommend!

OMGosh! Am I having a senior moment, or is my Brother sewing machine stuck in reverse? I took my machine into Moores, in Temecula, and immediately, Joshua got inside the machine, tinkering with for a few minutes, put it back together and tested it. Yep! The fabric is going the right direction. I was NOT having a senior moment (so relieved!). And best of all, No Charge! I definitely will take my machine into Joshua at Moores in the future. Im even thinking about some advance classes in the future. I asked question and sewing hints. He answered my questions. As a teenager, I did alot of sewing, but in my senior days, not so much. But with Moores & Joshua nearby, I definitely will be doing more sewing. Thank you Joshua!!!

Was there this past Saturday.. all I needed was a sewing machine foot and I had to wait 39 minutes just to check out. While J was waiting I had to listen to a sales associate fawn over two ladies. He did not even acknowledge me! An older woman told me that some would be with me shortly then 20 minutes later a guy comes rushing up to the counter to check me out.. never asked me about the foot I was buying.. never really acknowledged me.. just checked me out and took my card. Way poor customer service .. and why were you in a quilt run when you gave 15 bolts of pathetic fabric? Will not be back… and will not go to any other locations…ridiculous.

There is a serious disconnect between the store front and the online ordering process. I ordered my machine online and chose the pick-up option. I was given no further instructions. Assuming I could pick up any time, I drove to the storefront the next day excited to claim my machine. When I arrived the salesman had no idea why I was there and did not have the order. When I showed my receipt he explained that they dont have any machines and Id have to go home and await instructions from the online store. My machine arrived at my home a few days later. That was a wasted morning and a frustrating wait to see what happens with my expensive purchase! What does the storefront do exactly?

I recently purchased a used Brother Innov-is 4000D that needed to be serviced and Moores Sewing & Vacuum - Temecula was the place that came to mind first. I had been in the store a few months prior but this was the first time I was having a service done. Their time frame was 4-5 weeks and to my surprise the 4 weeks flew by and they technically finished sooner than I expected in the week. After running a handful of designs on my machine over the weekend I began getting an error and a rats nest of thread in my bobbin case. I called them a couple days later to see if they could take a look since it was just serviced. In the same day Sam, the technician got the problem solved and explained to me what was wrong.The customer service has been awesome at this location! I even recently purchased a Brother Scan-n-Cut machine from here and the women at the front counter were so wonderful helping me decide to purchase it and how it can really enhance my quilting and applique skills. If you have any sewing machine needs or questions this is the place to go!

While cleaning my shampooer, the top wouldn’t close and had issues so I brought it in to Moore’s. At first, I was told they don’t normally fix shampooers but I told them my situation and Josh helped me out, even though he had the same issue I had at first but he was able to fix it. I’m really happy with the service he provided and helped me in a financial situation without knowing it. He was able to get fix in a good time matter which is always a bonus. Thank you Josh.

Moores not only has an extremely capable staff, but also have spectacular customer service skills with their helpful attitude, friendly demeanor, and bright smiles! He is super knowledgeable about the multi-needle embroidery machines, and actually listens to your concerns and questions and answers them instead of just giving excuses or trying to hard sell you on products. I bought a Babylock Vesta which I completely love! I first saw it at Sewing Machines Plus and they were out of stock for a few months. I started looking on the web to see if any other stores had it, and that’s how I found Moore’s. I bought my Juki TL-2020 PE almost a month ago from Moores. I live in Oregon but I saw it advertised online. The price was very fair and I couldnt find this machine anywhere here in Oregon. The machine arrived very promptly and I love the machine. My only problem is that the bobbin winder on it wont work. I will take it into Portland next Monday and hopefully they can repair it for me. I consider this a manufacturing problem, and not the fault of Moores.

I was working on a quilting project and needed a sewing machine that could do minor lettering. I found Moore’s Sewing and Vaccum in Temecula. I purchased a Babylock Verve Sewing and Embroidery machine. The service was excellent….all my questions were answered, I received it very fast ( I live on the same side of the country…but I got it in two days) and when I got it, of course as you would expect from Babylock…it was excellent! With any new skill…It took a day to learn the embroider element as this was new to me. The end result, I am very, very happy with this purchase and with Moore’s Sewing and Vacuum in Temecula. Love, love, love my new Brother Sewing/Embroidery/Quilting Machine with self-threader. Havent bought a machine for 25 years. I took my time going in asking tons of questions until it was obvious which machine to buy. Looking to make a business of sewing for others. Also, I bought a Victory Baby Lock Serger. I have never had one before. Wow, what a speedster it is! Thinking of trading up to the Triumph Baby Lock self- threader. My eyes are not what they use to be and neither are machines. Do not go here it is way overpriced a maint is $350 dollars !!! I had a machine that had an error code very simple fix I called brother and they sent me to Redlands Sewing even without the warranty it still would have been 50$ dollars. When trouble shooting my machine here at Moore’s the lady had no idea how to even use my machine which was the similar to the ones on display. You would think if your a authorized seller of brother but don’t do warranty work 🤔🤔. STAY AWAY. They also said if I have an issue and they fix it there work is guaranteed for 3 months that’s it. If your machine is less than a year old call brother or just call Redlands Sewing it’s far but it’s worth it.

The store manager knows nothing about embroidery or the issues that arise with an embroidery machine. I was told my machine was built to do substandard embroidery and that brother makes my machine to be disposable. I didn’t realize a $400 machine can be disposable. I felt like the moment I walked in there, their only interest was to sell me stuff and get me to finance a machine, as suggested by the service manager. I left here in turmoil and defeated, thinking I had to get rid of my machine because that’s what the store manager told me to do. In search for a second opinion, I found a shop with an incredibly knowledgeable person, the owner Aileen of Temecula Valley Sewing Center. She told me NOT TO GET RID OF MY MACHINE, like suggested at Moore’s, made a suggestion and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Now my embroidery comes out beautifully. I will NEVER go to Moore’s again, what a waste of my time and money!!!

I purchased a Miele canister vacuum cleaner for my wife a few months ago. She absolutely loves it! She said, Its terrific! The staff was wonderful too. The sales woman, I believe her name was Dorothy, went into the back room and came back with a gentleman to talk to us. He described the pros and cons for different vacuum cleaner brands in the market and explained their respective repair issues. On his recommendation we purchased the Miele canister vacuum. He was right. My wife told me it takes half the time to vacuum the house. Mieles vacuum is light weight and the floor tool easily rotates under furniture, beds, chairs, etc. By the way we are beloved dog owners and she sheds quite a bit. In conclusion we strongly recommend purchasing a vacuum cleaner from the Moores Sew and Vac Center located on Ynez Road in Temecula, CA. Thank you so much!

I understand that we have to be cautious because of the COVID19, but having customers pickup merchandise from the floor is not acceptable. First of all the floor is the dirtiest surface, also, is humiliating just throw items on the floor for customers to pick it up. A little table outside of the door to place merchandise should be very easy to do.

Walked in to Moore’s a friendly voice greeted me then a young man approached me asked me and asked how he could helpNot being well versed in sewing lingoI described the foot for a brothers sewing machine that I needed we went to the wall and looked did not have one in stock so we went to check the other store locations to see if they had one another gentleman came from the back with one in his hand and they saved my day thank you very much you guys have a good day bye
