I worked with Diane Mafris (?) through Moore’s Sewing and Vacuum Mission Veijo to purchase the Grace 16X and the Breeze frame. She is the most proficient and informative sales person I have EVER worked with. As a beginning quilter and after sharing information with her, she made suggestions that would fit within my budget. She was very responsive during several calls and texts. I decided to go to the Grace headquarters in West Jordan just to have a look at what I was interested in. On the way back home I left a text with Diane letting her know I was ready. Diane was very patient during the entire process! Diane is one of your best employees, Mr. Moore!

I’m very impressed with Moore’s! When my Miele vacuum broke down I took it in for repairs. I was served immediately and expertly. My vacuum came back as good as new! The cost was very reasonable. The employees that served me were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Moore’s.

I have purchased vacuums for my home, my office and for my daughter’s home, at Moore’s. They are so knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. I know I can trust them to service my vacuums too. I will always support a small businesses like Moore’s.

I recently purchased 8 sewing machines and 8 Koala chairs. I worked with Aaron who was very knowlegeable and helpful. I highly recommend Moores to anyone looking for sewing macines etc.

I ordered a Babylock Ballad from Moore’s last year. I spoke with Diane who was so friendly and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and online training was a 3 day/4 hour session. My machine was packaged very securely and in great shape. I was so pleased with my purchase that I bought a second Babylock Brilliant as my travel machine. Again Diane remembered me from our first conversation and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I could have brought from another “famous” quilt shop at the same price but was so happy with Moore’s, I ordered from them again! I’d be willing to order from them anytime.

I was having a problem with my 4 wheel large trolley sent as a bundle with my Babylock Triumph serger, one of the wheels had come off the trolley so sought a replacement wheel for it. Was sent Babylocks idea for a replacement wheel with no luck fitting trolley frame. I was contacted by Moores after sending pictures of my struggle and contacted by Moores I was to be sent a replacement trolley, I just paid shipping. Same wheel on trolley is on the Brother illuminaire xp3 trolley bag the Designio. A replacement wheel is available just not from Babylock or Brother as something they make so not genuine part. Moores helped me out so am really happy with outcome, now I can take my serger to class.

I had a good time at the Tech Sewing Extravaganza headed by George. It was fun seeing the newer models of embroidery machines. I even won a Baby Lock Zeal sewing machine. I am from Oregon, so I packed the box in my suitcase, wrapped by clothing around the box and shipped it in my luggage. Worked perfectly!

Great staff who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ive purchased multiple sewing/embroidery machines from them, and rely on Aarons guidance and expertise!! Hes the best!
