I really love this cute, little place. The service is always great and theyre never that busy. There is plenty of seating. The place is very clean and quiet. There are plenty of options on the menu and its very easy to read. Ive had their Classic Moo burger, beer battered fries, mozzarella sticks, and beer. Everything is good. The portions are good, too. Prices are very reasonable. There are also vegetarian options.

It was my first time here. As soon as I entered two young ladies greeted me and told me to pick a table. The place looked very clean and well take care of. It has a nice welcoming feeling. Within two minutes my server was at at the table taking my drink order. Lilliana was friendly, attentive by checked up on me a few times and refilled my drink. Great service.I ordered a Pastrami Moo with fries and a order of Moozzarella Sticks. The cheese sticks were good. The fries were excellent. The had a nice crispy flakey exterior but soft inside. The Burger was just alright. The bun looked like something sat on it. The patty was so over cooked it was dry. And the Moo Sauce was watery and hardly noticeable other than the pinkish puddle on the plate. The burger was big and it had a good amount of pastrami but it was cooked to Fast Food standards where looks dont matter and overcooked is expected.The burger probably deserves only 3⭐because while it was decent, getting a fast food burger for $18 is a bit rough. Ill leave it at a 4⭐for now and see if its better next time.

First time here so a new experience. Great burger and the fish and chips were good as well. Not much in the way of service but the order was accurate and came quickly. We noticed that a lot of their orders were take out so maybe they concentrate on that. All In all we would come back.

Burgers? Moo!Of course we have the usual drive throughs and the sit-ins in our area for fast food. But Moo Moo’s is, well, Moo Moo’s. If you’re looking for non-greasy, oh-so-fresh, exceptional burgers, do visit this place. Have been here a couple of times, and every time, I ask for the No Moo, their vegetarian option and it is simply scrumptious. The fam takes the meat options and they want to go back every time. There’s much thought (and avocado, and red onions, and more) that goes into their burgers. Last night’s order: the No-Moo, the Double Moo, and the Classic Moo. And beer battered fries!! We moo’ed with happiness.

The burgers are great, the atmosphere is chill, and the staff are super friendly. The sauce they use on their burgers is like Thousand island and really good. Its not too expensive. They have beer battered fries that are amazing also. Definitely a place to try if youre in the area, and I will be going back when I find myself in the area around lunch time for sure.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!😋 I ordered the Moo-na Lisa burger and requested medium rare with an over medium egg and it was! 🤯 REAL onion rings made from REAL onion rings..😳 The pastrami moo burger, mozzarella sticks & regular fries were also delicious.. The manager who was also our server was great and this is a great cozy sit down restaurant if you want to eat it there.. Visited here on a Saturday afternoon and there was only one other table of people. Our party of four ordered many different items. The onion rings were perfect dipped in ranch. The beer battered fries were something different! BBQ burger was my far the best item we ordered. Fish and chips and chicken sandwich were good but nothing special. These are some of the best burgers my husband and I have had! Seriously, so impressed with the food. Service was fantastic. Carlos served us and he was awesome. So friendly and helpful in making recommendations.And the garlic fries are fantastic. That garlic sauce they serve on them made them over the top good. We had the pumpkin pie shakes that made our meal complete. 10 out 10, definitely recommend!!

My family and I stopped in for lunch. The waitress was very kind and attentive and the restaurant was clean. We ordered two different burgers and a grilled cheese. For the price of these speciality burgers I felt very let down. The food was tasty, but for the prices I feel you would be best to go elsewhere.

In all honesty, this place is good, buy it does not compare at all to what it used to be. I used to come here often with my mom, and I came here recently after a long time and was kind of disappointed. Food was still good, but it is a lower quality bun, thinner patty, less fries on the side. Its your typical shrinkflation just like every where else in California. Approaching 20 dollars for a burger and fries which is so good, but as I said in comparison its very disappointing. New customers will probably still love it however.

My visit here today was great the food was delicious and prompt. Came in with a friend and we got some burgers. It was on a Tuesday at 6:30ish and the service was fine. Nice staff. But the burger was this puck of like chewy overcooked beef. Me and my friend both agreed the burger was pretty gross. I’ve had them before and I don’t know what happened that night but i definitely regretted eating there and considering it was a 20 dollar meal I definitely regret spending the money and coming here.Responding to you,It wasn’t how the burger was cooked, it was the meat itself that had a weird texture and tasted not right. Like it had a school lunch flavor and I’ve had great experiences in the past here so I was curious why it was different this time. Also kind of strange to attack the customer for leaving a review. I get this is your business but my food tasted not good and like a frozen patty I could have bought at Safeway for 5$. It didn’t taste like that before. Mother’s Day!!!!! Your manager today 5/12/24 about 430 pm., was very rude on the phone. My order for $124.00 was missing a classic burger. So my son called and he was rude and yelling blaming doordash. He literally said it’s DoorDash who messed up the delivery. So on the background me and my visitors heard everything how rude and unapologetic this Manager! This is not the first time my order got messed up. For sure I will never go to MooMoos!!!

Yes, they have wine and beer!By far the best menu item are the beer-battered fries! Especially in their ranch dipping sauce. It’s cardiac arrest must order. We upgraded to these on the fish and chips.Worst menu item was the chili in the chili cheese fries. Holy beans!! That’s all the chili was made of. No thanks! These came w standard fries.Everything else was decent. Burger tasted like a flame-grilled burger (although thin patty) and the fish and tarter sauce tasted right. Mozzarella sticks were nice and hot.

The sassy server guy needs to go. He spoke in with a rude tone and gave condescending looks and kept trying to walk away when I wanted to order. Was he upset that I wanted food to go instead of dining in? Other than that the atmosphere looked great & photos of the food looked good. I felt disrespected and walked out without ordering anything. Not sure Ill be back now.

Excellent burgers with a nice variety of flavors. The patties are well seasoned with each bite having full flavor. Well cooked to be juicy, but not soggy.I even got one lettuce wrapped and was impressed with the crisp lettuce and Fries are always crispy even for a thicker cut.Kids liked the Mac and Cheese too because they add extra cheese.Dessert brownie sundae was really flavorful!

The burger was a cheep cut of meat, fibrous, not seasoned. Asked for a side of pulled pork, recieved three small chunks of actual meat and a few more chunks of just fat, cost 4$. Beer battered frys are great, nice crunch. Ham and cheese melt was also good. Total price wasnt really worth it in my opinion. Glad I went once though.

I have 2 MAJOR co.plai to about this place! 1. Theyre too far away from my home and 2. I wanted to keep eating g their delicious food, but I was too full!! All jokes aside, we found this place when we came in to town for soccer. We were sat quickly and brought so.e waters. The staff were all extremely attentive and friendly! I ordered the Monterey Moo and it did not disappoint! I liked that they automatically give you ranch with your fries! Also ordered the little mint shake and it was the perfect size! Super cute place! My experience at Moo Moos was a pleasant one. There was a short wait on a Friday evening. A waiter was with us right away. We ordered several different sides and burgers. All the fried dishes were crispy and fresh, how they should have been. :) We did wait a long time for our burgers but since they were busy it was understandable. Good sized portions. Tried three times as a local, great service, worst food ever. My wife’s burger had a pickle with a bite out of it, my french dip had two thin slices of meat. I’d give a negative review if I could. Spoke to the manager, he kept talking over me, wasn’t worth the conversation. Don’t eat here…{edit} I just noticed the owners response, which indicated I wasn’t reasonable. I called to let the restaurant know about the issue, Ramsi first explained it was the food to you driver until I explained we picked up the meal directly from the restaurant. His tone changed, kept raised his voice talking over me saying there is no way that happened. I’m confused to why all of the other pickles were cut, this was the only “broken pickle” happens to look exactly like a bite has been taken out. I didn’t ask for a refund or a new meal, just called to let them know there is an issue. There wasn’t a comment on the two pieces of meat for the French dip, the picture speaks for itself.Last time I visited I ordered our food and waited. A meal went out on a food to you menu and the kitchen started yelling and swearing at each other the wrong order went out, they sent the order with a customer in the store so two wrong orders sent.Not professional, did not try to make it right, I wouldn’t eat here again, I think the public should know.

I had a wonderful lunch here today! The restaurant is clean and casually comfortable. I was greeted promptly by a friendly server working hard to fill several takeout orders. She did that quickly and efficiently and then seated me with an apology for the brief wait. I ordered a club sandwich and onion rings, which arrived quickly. Both were fresh and delicious. The server checked on me several times. I thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and Moo Moos and will be back soon.

Visited this place on a Saturday at 5pm. Not too busy but steady. The server was helpful and friendly. The food portions were good but the prices were a little high compared to other similar burger joints. I had the mushroom burger and garlic fries and they were tasty and filling. This is my first review of a restaurant before I even leave. This place has been amazing. I came in about half an hour ago, one of the first of a tidal wave of hungry people attending an event at the nearby Bayside Adventure Church. I was about the only customer when I arrived but it was soon totally filled. And I think there was just one server.She has remained cool, calm and collected. The manager jumped right in and got to work, and he also pulled a young busser from dishwashing to start serving. Somehow, the manager managed to wrangle up 2-3 other servers within 10-12 minutes. Everyone went to work, none of the staff complained about anything and from my spot at the counter, it looks like they have a restaurant full of customers totally satisfied.My meal was prepared quickly and tasted great. It was the Double Moo, fries and a salad.I’m from out of town and would definitely return the next time I am in the area.

Beer battered onion rings and fries, chicken strips & corn dog (that was on par with any carnival style corndog) and their burgers and chicken sandwiches are all better than youll find anywhere else in a 20 mile radius.Highly recommend. Went in a few minutes before my pick up time and my order had been prepared and sitting there for at least 25 minutes or so. So my only criticism is that they need to get their online order pick up times fixed. It was way over padded. But I will be back. Nice place: clean, shady, and terrific burger and fries, even if a bit cold and soggy. Get one nice and hot, with beer batter fries, and great shakes and I am in heaven. Bravo, Moo Moo.

Ordered the BBQ Moo burger and they put no BBQ sauce on it (or such a tiny amount that it made no difference). Tried to eat it and it was so dry I felt like I was going to choke. Customer service is far below par. Had to make multiple requests for condiments that were ordered with my meal, and still had to go up to the counter to get it. Other customers were walking out because their order hadnt been taken. Plates that belonged to other tables were delivered to ours. Server was completely oblivious to the need for refills. This wasnt when the shop was busy either. 1230 on a Saturday and they dont have their act together.

Edit: I was told by the employee the manager said I needed to repurchase my burger to get one without meat.The food is good. I have had some bad experiences with them getting my orders extremely wrong (meat instead of veggie alternative) and i had to repurchase my food to get what I had ordered originally. It is not unusual for them to add vegetables Ive asked to be withheld and Im fine picking those off but when it comes to bigger mistakes I feel like they need to fix it. My experience was great before I walked in the door, they are able to substitute everything! I only eat chicken and turkey as a protein so this was somewhere I really wanted to try!Then as soon as I walked in the door, the lady behind the country greeted us with a smile I could see through a mask! You ever get that manager who tries to falsely explain things and winds up compounding the original complaint into something much greater? And then tells you ‘he’s busy’ and tries to squirm out of the encounter when the lies get repeated back to him? Apparently I was looking at an old menu with old prices (!!), paid for it, and then compared receipt with what menu was stating- about 5 bucks less with meal and shake - and was given the run-around about whether fries are charged, child’s shake vs adult, he fiddled around the computer some. I was the one who discovered in another menu the correct prices, and adult shake price was correct (really a dollar more). Tried to tell me that the original price was what the kid’s shake used to be (??). And very little set-admittance that what he said was basically false and kept trying to tell me that I was misunderstanding things. Unbelievable. If anything you honor the price that your business listed things and not throw the old menu in the trash in front of the customer as if nothing happened. Better Burger Places are out there.Stopped in today with my daughter to give Moo Moos a try. We havent been missing much.We came in and were seated quickly but then had to sit around for quite a long time before anyone bothered to come by to take our order. I say bothered to come by because the restaurant wasnt busy. I had enough time to read their extensive menu of burgers and sandwiches thrice.After ordering we then got to wait another good amount of time for them to cook and deliver the food. Worst restaurant in Rocklin.A few weeks ago, we placed our order online so that we could pick our food up to take home. The online ordering system was good - easy to order and make changes to the standard menu. I picked up our order and although it wasnt ready when promised, the server helping us was great. Nice. Friendly.When I got our food home, one of the burgers wasnt made correctly. I double checked my receipt and it clearly said no ranch. But both sides of the burger were coated in ranch.No big deal. Mistakes happen. Except when you order from Moo Moos. I called the store and ended up speaking to the same server who gave me my food - he remembered me. He apologized for the mistake but when I asked for a refund or a replacement, he told me I needed to speak to the manager. Okay fine. This is where it goes downhill. The manager of the restaurant accused me of lying - that Id he couldnt see the burger, it wasnt true. I volunteered to take a picture of the burger and send it to him but he basically told me that if I wanted a refund, I needed to contact DoorDash.Ummm- I didnt order through DoorDash. I ordered through their website.As it turns out their website is managed by DoorDash. All I ever wanted was either my money for that burger refunded or the offer of getting a replacement. He was not willing to do either. The manager was very combative and rude to me. I explained to him that I understood mistakes happened, that I wasnt lying, and I had my copy of the receipt which shows that I ordered it correctly. But I did not order through DoorDash and that I came in to pick up my food and that even his server remembered me and my order. I explained to him if he wasnt willing to either replace my food or refund my money for the mistake, he would leave me no choice to leave bad reviews online as I had no other recourse. He became even more upset and told me that he would not refund my money and that I needed to contact DoorDash ... which is absolutely ridiculous.I did contact DoorDash and they also found this to be a ridiculous situation. They do offer a service for restaurants to use their online ordering system for pick up but the money did not come through DoorDash. They cannot refund my money. But they did offer to contact him on my behalf.Within one hour, I received a phone call from the manager at moo moos apologizing to me and promising to refund my money. It has now been three weeks and I still have not been refunded and I will never again recommend this business. Truth be told, this restaurant has failed the previous three times I have been there - with either poor service in the restaurant or cold food.Stay far away from their overpriced burgers, Kraft macaroni and cheese, and under done chicken sandwiches. If you want to spend $14 on a burger, there are plenty of other places in Rocklin that will do a much better job than moo moos Burger barn.

It was pretty good, but a little underwhelming. It could have been an off day for them, and they were training new people. I would tell you to go make up your own mind, but be warned that it can get a bit pricy for what you get.

The vanilla ice cream is really good. Its a diner similar to Mels. Burgers are good. Lots to choose from. They also have sanwhiches. It is not a fast food joint.

Generally a good burger, though I think the end product can be inconsistent, sometimes its worth the cost, sometimes it isnt. I do think its a bit pricey, but the portions are good.

Do not order the classic burger. The hamburger meat is terrible. I realize moo moo relates to retired dairy cow meat but....sizzler uses retired dairy cow meat and it sure doesnt taste like this burger. Yuk!
