They should really rethink the parking lot layout and flow, with Costco, Home Depot, and multiple fast food restaurants, it is a nightmare navigating in and out of the lot with single lane traffic and people walking / crossing all over the place

This place is nice. Theres a decent amount of parking and a good selection of stores and restaurants. The main draw would be the Costco and their gas station as the traffic tends to bottleneck on that side of the marketplace. There are only 2 entrances on either end and can sometimes get clogged.

Went to the new Costco and I liked it. They have the new burger and pastor salad, also the new frozen yogurt. I love the 🍔, I recommend it. The food court is outside, but at least it has a roof, though the tables seem too crowded. Everything inside is organized, you just have to get familiar where everything is. 👍

The only good thing is the food but you cant even buy any food outside if your not a member. Thats the catch. Dont waste your time or money with this place. Its a rip off.

This is a fairly new shopping place. Looking forward to more shops opening up. The bad part of this shopping place is the parking lot and the traffic it generates. Thank goodness I live close enough to walk and dont have to deal with the traffic mess. But the pedestrian layout sucks too. Not enough sidewalk to connect from Costco to home depot. Very poor layout of the place.

Love this shopping center! I hate the traffic but that only proves a point as to how awesome this shopping center is. On one end you have Costco and right next to it is the home depot. On the other end of those two locations you have MOD Pizza, a Starbucks, Buffalo Wild wings, a Chick Fil A, and In-N- Out and coming soon is a Hawaiian BBQ location. They even have a guitar center. I mean its a perfect location for a quick dine.

Ive avoided it since they opened fearing the crowds but I went in there to grab some chick-fil-a...idk how many entrances there are to this place but it seems to be 1 maybe 2? If you dont follow the road thats on the outermost edge of the lot youll get jammed up in the costco gas lot where theres not 1 but 2 gas tankers unloading, the stop signs are lawless zones as people there seem to be in a mad dash of some sort, very much compressed feeling

Stores are good but the streets are poorly designed. You have Chick-fil-A and In N Out on one end causing traffic because of ppl trying to make a left turn on a one lane street. Then theres costco on the other end of the street with tons of cars causing heavy traffic while coming in and out because the gas station was put along the main street.The stores are good choices but the street was literally not designed for such large number of cars.

Has a bit of everything here in terms of getting a bite to eat or something for your home at home depot. I love getting my gas here at the costco along with grabbing a pizza there. But if thats not what you had in mind there are plenty of other food choices especially with an in-n-out or even some Asian take-out or even some Greek cuisine. The individual stores are great but the people who plan this development tried to do too much with what land they have. Do not know how planning dept approved the design. Entry and exit leaves alot to be desired. They just do not have enough room for cars coming and going. It has a Costco and it already generates enough traffic. Then you add the gas stations, then a home depot and a IN and Out plus others.. Great shops but there is always traffic jams. Plan to go on non peak times to avoid problems especially for the gas station. It also does not seem to be pedestrian friendly. It is far from anything.

We go to Costco there not only for the groceries but the Costco hot dog with a soda for $1.50 you find me some place in Los Angeles that sells you a footlong with onions mustard and a large soda for under $5 and Ill eat my shorts this place is great $2 pieces of pizza which is about a third of the size of a pizza from Pizza hut Little Caesars or any other pizza parlor in that greater Los Angeles area ice cream hamburgers and I get my favorite creamer in bulk stop why you wont be disappointed

Went here to have duplicate keys made. Stopped by the key counter and no one was there, so i looked to my right and made eye contact with an employee. That employee came right over and asked if he could be of help and i said yes i need 3 keys made. He made my keys, asked if i needed anything else. He spoke to my 3yr old grand daughter who was being shy. Then asked her if she wanted a balloon and she said yes, she gave him a big smile and was very happy as we walked out. Also i was pleased at the price of the keys, less expense than those automated machines. I like this store, it is always clean, in order, big isles and you can always find help when you need it.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a water heater. I requested help from 2 different helpers. They answered Sure, ok and turned around to face away from me. From then on I was completely ignored and I could see they were standing there doing absolutely nothing. I was patient 5 to 10 minutes. I got no help or even recognition that I was there so I left. The developer of this area did not do a good job planning for all the people and cars high profile businesses bring! Putting a Chick-fil-a next to an In-n-Out is a perfect storm of traffic! Add a Starbucks, Wild wings, Homedepot and top it off with a Costco and the result is a traffic nightmare. I love the stores in the shopping center but getting to them in not worth the wait.

You can’t put a business sharing the same parking lot of a Costo unless you don’t care and let the people figure it out which is what happens here. Parking is a nightmare and they are still building more business. Home Depot’s parking is way too small. Then to top it off the one lane in and out of this shopping center makes getting out of here very time consuming. On a Sunday expect 20 minues just to leave the lot.Then there are electric vehicle designated parking but nobody is out there enforcing this and when everybody is fighting for parking. These parking spots are filled from everything from trucks to anything.

Went to the Guitar Center here.Accessing GC was terrible the last 3 times as there is freeway construction taking place on the 60 Westbound so you have to exit one off-ramp before or 2 ramps after!!! But as always, once you get there, customer service is par excellence! Helpful assistance and with COVID 19 a threat, theyll bring the item to your car and place it inside your trunk, so you dont even need to get out the car.

How can you go wrong with a place that has an in and out, chick filet, Costco, home depot, Moz pizza and a Starbucks? You can start by not giving traffic any thought. Traffic in this center can get pretty bad, but if you dont mind dealing with it, this place is pretty awesome. Parking for home Depot is a little small and may get more crowded as more stores open.

It is very much needed because this Costco has a gas station.I wish they would be build more parking space. Only 247 lots, are you serious? Costco has moved over here from Montebello plus they have a gas station to boot. Home Depot is here along with Chic-Fil-A, Guitar Store and In and Out Burgers. A Pizza place is going to open soon too.

Marketplace? All I saw was home Depot, and So if you want to do a fiberglass project, you can buy the screening and the epoxy.. but dont buy the 15 min epoxy thats is in the same spot as the fiberglass screen. Going to where the clear coat paints are. You will find a perfect west systems type epoxy, by the 32oz or the gallon for $64 (thats cheaper than amazon and eBay) and it dries Crystal clear..

As soon as you enter the street that takes you around this area it begins to get crowded. There isnt a single day where there isnt any traffic and its ridiculous. Some drivers dont know how to pay attention and let others go first to keep the flow going. But hey, cant expect much from people these days...
