Bobby was so great to work with. He was always very responsive and always on the ball with our claim. My husband was in an accident with a city employee and as soon as we contacted Bobby through a family friend we had a meeting set up within 24 hours. They were both great although we mainly dealt with Bobby only and when he was getting the run around from the other party he went to bat for us. I will always refer Montanez Yu as we had a great experience for a not so great accident! Thanks again!

I went with Jay’s firm because he was the first one to call me back after I left about 5 messages for lawyers. I liked that he called me back personally and sat on the phone to help me before I even hired him. The case just finished up and I know I’m recommending all my family and friends to him he is just so easy to work with.

Got in a car accident and I got a bunch of letters and calls from the other guys insurance company and I didnt know what to do. My buddy told me to just use a lawyer. Ive never hired one before but I called Jay on my buddys recommendation and after a 30 minute phone call I didnt have to worry about the accident again. Jay told me exactly what had to be done, what problems I could expect, and even gave me a timeline of what could happen and when.The most noticeable thing was that whenever I needed to talk to Jay all I had to do was email or text him and he got back to me within hours -- weekends and all. I dont have experience with other law firms but this still surprises me and I really like the fact I can talk to my lawyer directly and without delay. Very satisfied.
