Disorganized staff. When a pizza is done it is brought out & put in a cozy and the guy goes back to the kitchen, even though you are standing there waiting for it. When the other guy gets off the phone taking orders, he may see you waiting and open each cozy to see if your pizza came out.At Sierra Madre Pizza Company they are much more organized so when your pizza comes out it goes right to you. Their pizza is better tasting too.

I absolutely love Monrovia Pizza Co. Ive been coming here since high school. I love the people who work here theyre always so welcoming and friendly. Their food is so good for such a good price too and they NEVER are stingey when it comes to toppings on your pizza! I love their pasta too i always get their spaghetti and meatballs hands down my favorite. Oscar helped us out today and he was so friendly and helpful and well be back here 1000%.

I ordered the company special and a build my own and I have to say these are prob one of the worst pizzas Ive had in my life. Toppings were close to tasting raw (that uncooked, no char veggie look if you know what I mean--coulda kept it in the oven for at least 5-10 more minutes), cheese was bland, and the sauce is lacking in flavor and quantity. Pizzas look like they were broiled and not baked. Dave Portnoy would rate these lower than Blaze Pizza. I gave two stars because the crust is somewhat decent and at least they give a lot of toppings.

Walked in at 2 pm on a Monday. Sign in the window was on, flashing “open”. 4 people inside. One watching tv, one on the phone (not talking), one just walking around and one working some dough. I was the only customer in there. Stood there and waited for 5 minutes. Nobody greeted me. No one even looked at me. They might be the best pizza ever (according to some of the reviews I read) c but I guess I will never know. Will never try them again.

I come here all the time for my wings and pizza and always say please NOT KRISPY on my wings, another words please dont burn them. I Iitterly say this everytime I place my order and they tell me oh they dont come that way.....and yet this is what I get.Nothing irritates me more then spending almost 8 dollars on 6 pieces of wings and seeing this when I open the box.

Way better customer service than Baldwin Park Pizza Co. I had gone there for years as it was closest to my house but after covid hit they really went down on customer service and even called us liarsabout putting in an order because someone didnt put the order in we had to go back to call logs to prove to them we were not wrong and they didnt even offer to make the order just said basically oh well . Now we drive to Monrovia because the customer service is always on point and they never mess up our order.

I was invited out for a NEW YEARS EVE video viewing gathering, friends invited me to enjoy pizza and salad and the new GLASS ONION on Prime. It was as fun of a ride as its predecessor KNIVES OUT . This was the very first time I left my house to gather with friends in their home. Being immunocompromised due to my stage 2 condition it felt like the old days of meeting with friends for delicious eats and merriment. Great pizza and salad! Greater jovial gathering in the midst of a torrential storm outside banging the windows and doors. Thumbs up all the way around!

Was fine for days and then i ate this pizza and the next morning i woke up with strep throat, terrible cough, stomach issues, i threw up. i had body aches and chills. and couldn’t sleep through the night. my friend ate everything except for the ranch which i ate. and she was completely fine meaning someone probably spit in the ranch tubes transmitting all there germs into me. i’ve been sick for a week now. whoever did that was disgusting and should lose there job.

MONROVIA PIZZA COMPANY! Just the name alone says it all to those that have made the pizza discovery of a life time! We discovered this one-of-a-kind angelic pizza establishment in 1995. (Did I put enough toppings on that:-)) seriously, no other pizza will suffice one youve experienced this place! These folks have found the Pizza niche and have been serving it up for the past 27 years. But, Houston, we have a slight problem! My friend, the pizza chef that was working today. If you dont cut that pizza all the way through,, well, you can ruin a perfectly good pizza social. Please, remember, your handling royalty. Take your time, cut the dam pizza all the way through. 🙏

Ordered a two pizzas for pickup. I had never tried this place before and was very excited based on the reviews. Three employees on duty. One cashier, one unknown, and one making pizzas. Food is always delish! Pizzas great, subs are great, what else can u ask for. Only reason for 4 stars is the customer service is not so great. Sometimes the workers are even rude and seem annoyed to help you out. But Angie the delivery driver is always super awesome and always gives great service. Much appreciated. Customers do notice these things and it is something this place has to improve on.

The pizza is not the same since the new owners took over. The taste of the pepperonis and cheese was awful. It tasted like it was spoiled. The people that worked there were very nice but the pizza is awful. Not sure if they changed the ingredients at all of the Pizza Company restaurants but I’m sure they did.

It was ok. The front desk girl couldve been a little friendlier. The pizza itself was pretty good. Lots of everything on my Company Special! Sauce is very tasty. Possibly better than Baldwin Park Pizza Co, they seem to be holding back on ingredients recently. But price wise, on the high end in my opinion. But maybe thats why the toppings where piled on, so I guess it balances out.

This place quotes 90 minutes to deliver your pizza and still manages to be late every time. I gave up on this place when I tried ordering a pizza 40 minutes before they closed, and no one would pick up. When I finally got through, the person on the other end rudely exclaimed, WERE CLOSED! Apparently their hours for delivery are different than their pick up hours. Well then why are the delivery hours not posted anywhere especially since a great deal of their business is made through delivery? I suggest anywhere else, even the big chains over this place. They will never get my business again.

We ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery New Years Eve. We received only 2 after about a 90 minute wait. The manager treated us like we were lying but finally said it would be delivered asap. No delivery ever happened. When we called today the female manager kept saying, it wasnt me, I didnt do it and said the manager who worked last night would call us back when he came in at 3:00. She couldnt even offer to make it right. An hour later, still no phone call. They lack customer service skills, for sure. They have shorted us on orders in the past but we let it go. Their sandwiches are good but I personally will not order from them again.

Pizza is good but I got a lasagna that after two bites it tasted bad, it was sour or something, I was afraid to eat the rest out of fear of getting sick. I tried to call and couldnt get through because no one answers the phone (was there literally 20 minutes ago and they are still open) and the voice mail box is full! The pizza was never delivered after 1:15 minutes I called and asked where my pizza was I kept being put on hold so I would hang up and call back, they inform me my pizza is on its way it’s being delivered after other orders !! So to clarify my pizza is sitting in the delivery guys car by the time I get it the pizza is going to be luke warm! Honestly they don’t even try to make you feel better as a frustrated customer, I explained to the girl I was not going to pay for a delivery charge especially because my pizza is sitting somewhere in a car before other deliveries keep in mind I already waited 1 hour and 10 minutes!!! The courtesy would of been to waive the delivery charge I think I would of been better off picking it up on my own! If you have never had good pizza before, their pizza is ok. That explains the reviews.Go to Petrillos pizza in San Gabriel, have any pizza they make and you wont go here anymore.This place knows how to make a fluffy crust with no toppings or sauce around the whole half outside edge. So in reality you are eating bread.Anyone that thinks this place has very good pizza is just missing what good pizza is.
