I contacted this office for help with setting up a corporation for a licensed physician to practice in CA. The initial response was immediate. However, after a brief introduction, I asked to subsequently speak with a lawyer. I called at least 5 times and talked to a person who said she had limited information about the company she was answering for yet I called the advertised number. I asked if she was a call center or answering service, and she only responded she had passed the calls on. The site is located in Woodland Hills according to the web. Somehow, I believe this to be an internet-only business. It would not be a problem if the model in place were more professional and responsive. We were searching for a law firm to have a relationship with, not just a person who asked for $1350 to process a three-day corporation and disappear. The reviews were so great, so we had such high hopes. The one star is for the initial conversation. Otherwise, I would have rated the experience as a zero. Be careful with whom you seek help, especially licensed medical providers. Its risky out there!

Super easy to work with. Its helpful to know before working with Sam what your goals are (I wasnt clear until after I onboarded and talked to his CPA referral). I had a lot of anxiety around which type of legal entity and tax structure I should do since I am just starting out and revenue didnt really warrant going S Corp route yet. I got cold feet even after purchasing, but Sam gave me a referral to a free consult for a CPA - who gave me more clarity on my situation and gave me the rationale and reassurance that S Corp is the way to go (for virtual healthcare practice), even if not enough revenue to make the tax saving side of S Corp election make sense. Its really nice Sam provides resources like that.After that box was checked, it was an ease to work with Sam for incorporating. They do the work quickly, and are always available to answer any additional questions. Apparently theres also a service to help you stay compliant with incorporation paperwork (takes a huge mental load off of me, I tried to look into it myself, but Sams total compliance package makes it a no-brainer). Ill be working with them again!

Poor Service, no follow through. Started my application for updated ITIN for my wife in March 2022, initially Sina Bonabi was both proactive and reactive. Fees are paid up front. Good interaction until all paperwork was submitted. I have had no feedback for over 1 year, no confirmation that paperwork was submitted and no response to repeated emails and voicemails (phone number was difficult to find, had to search for it on-line). I would post zero stars if this were an option.

This is the most disappointing and unprofessional law firm. There is zero accountability (I paid over 1k for a job that did not get completed), no consistency ( I was bounced around from 5-6 different employees) and complete lack of transparency!Before paying them, I received a dozen emails/junk adds talking about how highly rated they are - all of which MUST be fake? Because there is no way a law firm like this would have so many good reviews.After a zoom call where I agreed to pay them $1,297, they fell off the planet! No calls, no emails...the job that was guaranteed to be done in 3-4 weeks had not even been started after 5 weeks. During this time I tried to call a dozen times and the company is completely unreachable by phone. It wasnt until I sent pretty aggressive emails that the owner Sam reached out and offered to start the paperwork. He said he would expedite the process at no extra cost which is a joke because there was nothing expedited about the process!In addition, I never was connected with an accountant which was a part of the fees I paid. They also encouraged me to file for my corporation prior to my wedding and name change, assuring me that name changes are not a problem and can be done anytime...then when the time came they tried to charge me over $500 to amend my documents!I could go on, but you get the point. There are so many companies out there with actual, reliable employees - SKIP THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE SAM MOLLAEI!

They kept asking me to write a review, so here it is. Initially, I wasnt happy with their service as they wrote multiple information wrong when they filed for my s-corp. I had to pay extra money to my CPA to get it fixed. I didnt want to leave a bad review, but they keep writing me emails to leave one. In all honesty, you should probably look for another to take care of your needs. The person I worked with was very incompetent, didnt know how to fill out a form they gave me, and the response is always slow. Hope this helps

My wife and I worked directly with Sina the entire process to obtain an ITIN. The initial process from the beginning was very informative and response was very quick. I spoke with Sina on the phone the same day I inquired about obtaining an ITIN and he explained the whole process.
