I have been looking for a new doctor, as mine went concierge, and I think Ive found her. The office staff was friendly, as was Dr. Fatima. The nurse who took my blood did an amazing job; Ive had trouble with medical professionals finding my veins since I was a child so have a little anxiety when it comes to that. I did not feel rushed during my checkup and felt comfortable sharing my concerns with Dr. Fatima. She gave me appropriate referrals and will call me in 2 weeks to go over my lab results.I hope to have a long doctor-patient relationship with her.

Great doctor. How a doctor should and must be. Patient care is excellent. Calls even in a weekend if she feels it’s urgent. Address prescription needs immediately. Best part, she spend time with patients. I dont feel I am pressed to leave right away :) Thank you doc. Great job.

She is a really good and kind doctor. She is very informative and listens to your concerns. Speaking with her made me feel comfortable and like I was speaking with a family member. Unfortunately, I had to switch her as my primary care doctor to go to the only specialist that took my insurance for a surgery I really needed and she wasnt in his medical group! 😭 She is a true gem! I recently starting seeing Dr. Fatima, and she has been very kind. She has also been very concise in giving information in a timely manner. Moving forward, I would encourage Dr. Fatima to lend a little more time to each patient, as I know asking questions about health related problems can be time consuming, especially when there lends any explanation.I understand Dr. Fatima has many patients and strives to respect each one’s time, I think it would just be an additional benefit for each session to feel less rushed so patients feel complete care and consideration.

This has to be the laziest Doctor ever! All she does is refer you to someone else. That would be ok, if she actually helps you getting an appointment. You try to get one yourself, at least 2 months wait, even if its urgent. I never had this problem in SF, where Im flying today to see my Doc. of over 20 years, since healthcare in LA is impossible to get a caring Doctor. Almost 10 years in Socal and zero luck. Apparently my expectations are too high!

First time going with Dr. Fatima and it was great, she is so kind, understanding and answered all my questions. I came in with concerns about some health issues I have been experiencing and she walked me through the process of what needs to be done to find out what is going on. The staff was friendly as well. Before I entered Dr. Fatimas Office, I was very pleased that my temperature was checked before entry. The reception was bright and clean. The medical assistants were friendly, knowledgeable carrying out the preliminary procedures before I met with Dr. Fatima. I was anxious to see the doctor, due to my visit at the emergency room, and what they said. Dr. Fatima, already knowing the lab test results. I explained how I felt, asked questions about the heart problems that the emergency room doctor raised. Dr. Fatima examined me, including a heart test that apparently showed the problems with my heart. Dr. Fatima very calmly explained to me what she thought about the problem. I was very impressed that she consulted with my Cardiologists Office and a treat plan was developed. I was familiar with the medication that she prescribed, it made me feel a lot more comfortable than when I first entered the office. My brother is on the same medication, and he is all about his house doing a lot of things that he had done before. As I sit here this morning, I feel much better than I have felt in the last few days. To sum it up, my visit and meeting with Dr. Fatima was very settling, I felt good when I left the office, and I feel much better today. My mucus problem must have also been considered because last night, I had little disturbance with sleep. Thanks again, Dr. Fatima for your kind and very knowledgeable treatment that you have provided to me, over the years.

Dr. Fatima is an excellent physician and is my primary doctor for annual physicals and my go-to for general medical support. She is extremely thorough, never leaving room for any doubts. Dr. Fatima is very wise and thorough. She is my favorite doctor and I trust her. I just would like it if she took a little more time with patients because I always feel rushed. I miss the days when doctors and staff would walk in with a file so they remember past history. I know some info. is not always entered on the portal and questions arent responded to on the portal. I know paper files are now digital, but at least they should have a tablet with them when they come into the room so its easier to check on things when questions are asked. I often have to remind them of things Ive already had done.

It has been years since I’ve had a checkup of any kind, so with that said, my experience was exceptional. Dr. Fatima and her entire staff were friendly and warm. They didn’t make me feel nervous or anxious in the slightest. The only downside was that I had to fill out an extensive amount of paperwork. I thought in this day and age, every medical office or hospital does it electronically via iPad or another device. So for a new patient, you may have to go earlier than your appointment (20 - 30 minutes earlier). Also, parking is not validated, so be aware of that as well. Other than that, I really like this office and the entire staff.

Super disappointed after reading all of the good reviews. I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Fatima two days ago but they called me about 20 minutes before my appointment to let me know the doctor couldnt see me. I was already halfway to their office. We rescheduled and I saw Dr. Fatima yesterday for my first appointment as a new patient. After the examination she told me to wait in the room. Someone came and took my picture and then said Id be taken back for some blood work, theyd come and get me. 30 minutes went by, and I finally went up to the front desk to see if they had forgotten about me. The woman who had taken my picture said I was next in line for blood work so I went and sat in the waiting area. It occurred to me that my insurance might not cover blood work in the office as I usually have that done at a lab, so I went and told the other woman behind the desk this. She said I wasnt getting blood work. I expressed my confusion and Dr. Fatima leaned out of her office to ask what I was talking about, said since this wasnt my physical I didnt need blood work and the first woman must have been confused but did I want blood work? And I said look, Ive been waiting for half an hour and I have to go to work, I just need to know what Im doing so I can go. They handed me a referral and said I could go. I called back later and left a message to inquire about a prescription that hadnt been called in and about another referral. Today I received two separate letters in the mail telling me they would no longer provide me care. Both letters claimed to have enclosed a medical request form for me to send back to have my records forwarded. The whole situation was poorly handled. Guess Im on the hunt for a new doctor again. Better communication needed among staff here, clearly.

Honestly, my wife and I are both clients of this office and dr Fatima has impressed both with her care. She is concerned, helpful, comforting, does not try to jump straight any harsh conclusions and has not been one to over-medicate. Quite simply, without Dr. Fatimas presence, intervention and insistence, I would have colon cancer and heart trouble and assorted gastrointestinal problems ranging from gastritis to ulcers AND NOT EVEN KNOW IT. My wife coaxed me to switch doctors after my prior doctor told me my heart was fine and that I didnt need to do a colonoscopy, much less an endoscopy despite symptoms to the contrary. Extremely messed up phone system. Ive been trying to get in contact with the office for a few days now. When I call the # on your google page Ive experienced a mixture of strange prompts.1st Call: Press 1 if youre a patient -> please leave a message *immediately disconnected from call*2nd Call: Press 1 if youre a patient ->Press 1 for English -> Please leave a detailed message and tell us what hospital or practice you work at (tried to leave voice msg and was disconnected AGAIN)3rd Call finally just went straight to a person who asked me to hold.Not sure whats going on with your system but thought you should know.Finally changing PCPs. This place is either poorly run or theyve just taken on too many patients to properly care for people, either way Ive been in extreme pain for months and unable to get any real substantial help. Doctor asks no questions and makes almost no suggestions, all the tests I got, I had to make happen. Even though I expressed how much pain Im in and how Im unable to work, I couldnt get any real help. First I was referred to a doctor with horrible reputations, then to ones who couldnt see me, then to others that were booked up so long my recommendation expired. I even got one recommendation sent back saying my condition was stable so my request to see the specialist was denied. The entire reason Im LOOKING for a specialist is because my condition is worsening and currently so bad I cannot work. Ive been strung on and on for months with NO appointment and this last referral wasnt sent to me at all...because they forgot. Again. The medical system is hard enough without having a doctor who cant advocate for you. The phone system is also STILL messed up and its impossible to call the office back whenever you miss a call. Appointments are late by hours without contact or apology. I even had a skype appointment were I was discussing some very personal things and another nurse just popped into the screen, no introduction, which was uncomfortable and odd. The doctor was nice enough, but the only time I got even a little help was when I broke down crying and frustrated on a skype call.

I do really love Dr. Fatima as a doctor but over the last year Ive been overwhelmed by the offices switch to focus on aesthetic procedures. Last time I went in for an appointment I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Fatima had taken over the whole office (previously shared with another doctor). As I waited for my appointment I noticed half a dozen posters in the waiting room for aesthetic procedures (Botox, laser hair / spot removal, etc). It made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I was just there to see my PCP, not for a medi-spa experience. I understand these types of procedures are extremely lucrative in this city but I feel that its inappropriate to market them in a regular doctors office. The final straw was the email I received today for a Botox promo (see photo). Not only do I feel its wrong for a PCP to market this kind of stuff, it also raises other questions on who theyre sending this to and why. Are they sending this to patients in their early 20s (Im only 26!)? Are they sending this to their female patients only? Either way, I was extremely disappointed to see it in my inbox. Ill be switching to another PCP.

My doctor let me down.She broke HIPPA policy constantly by giving my relatives access to my private records even allowing them to leave with prescriptions, make appointments, and charge my insurance without proper authorization. Its not personally her fault, but the office manager needs to train her staff. The office manager was very agressive and was extremely defensive instead of agreeing to make sure to authorize with me before any actions are taken revolving around my private personal health being a legal adult. Its stressful and I wish I didnt have to write this review but this absolutely ruined my day.
