This review might be really helpful to new customers. I bought my refurbished iMac over 4 years ago. It is still running strong! I have used it for my small business. I (carefully) take it with me on the road to trade shows to show off some photos and videos of our fishing adventures. It has never faulted me once. I am now looking to purchase a Macbook for my travels and I am sure they will hook me up with a great deal.

I dont get the other reviews saying this store is shady. Ive leased 3 times from them and Moe and the staff is always great. Not over priced as some has said, and not rude either. Moe even price matched for me and saved me money. Ill keep doing business with them, they are straight up and im very happy with the service.

READ READ READ ALL THE REVIEWS.THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS SCAM STORE!Online sales and in store value is over priced.After asking about their drone series, that are very over marked beyond retail.I was met with no responses and had to send several messages in order to get a response about military discounts.After a very short and rude response from moe. He gave an ill faded response blaming it on the host company the item belonged to.This store is shady and bent on taking advantage of its customers.They will come up with any excuse and response to seems like theyre not in the wrong, just read ALL the reviews!DespicableAvoid at ALL cost.

Great Customer Experience all around. Traveled all the way from Montclair just to obtain an Iphone but walked out with a nice MacBook Air as well as the gentleman assisting me called the finance company and was able to increase the limit to make it happen. I was under no sales pressure at all. He educated me on the differences between the models, allowed me to make a decision based on the facts I obtained from his answers. My apologies I do not recall the name of the man who assisted me. Thank you Mojo Computers and I will return to purchase an Imac once I am done paying off this purchase.

Ive also bought a brand new iMac and e bike for my wife, she loves them both. Gaming tower for my 15 year old, nice components and great set up. Good deals. Fair. 100 days same as cash! I wanted to take the time to give this place some street credit and say this place is legit.My second time coming here because I couldn’t find the lens or video equipment needed in time for a shoot online(B&H, over priced on amazing, adaroma) and local stores like Sammy’s and Best Buy.First time I came here I got my canon RF 28-70mm which was super hard to find anywhere.Today I got an Atmos Ninja V plus which also was hard to find, I showed them the same product price online at B&H and they beat it no questions. Didn’t even ask for proof of online competition pricing.Thanks guys.

One of the very few places opened on a Sunday .Store - Pretty cool little shop that offers multiple services.Services - They do repairs here and have a decent stock on cameras, computer stuff and others.Service - The employees here are very nice, they actually take the time to go over products and provide you with information.Prices - Everything is pretty much sold at Retail value and they promote financing.Overall good experience.

Note: Responding to owners response, this review is absolutely for the correct store. In summary if you lease an ipad that retails for $799.99 they will add a markup to that MSRP you will be leasing that same ipad at the cash price of $999. At best buy you would lease that iPad at $799.99 no markup hence the two stars.In terms of selection and prices they can be competitive, what my review focuses on is the fact that they heavily advertise leasing options which can be a good thing if you pay them within 90 days as I have done. My reason for two stars is that they will markup the device by $200 or so dollars. Best Buy offers progressive leasing and they do not add on top of the device price. If you use their leasing look at the paperwork if they markup the device walk out.

80% of their business is done through “hard sales” strategies and techniques that go right to the borderline of ethical, and then the other 20% of the business shamelessly steps right over that ethical line.I know it’s long review- if u Take anything away from it, it should be… don’t give these guys your business. Go someone else…. There’s plenty of competitors to value their customers and understand the power and providing a quality service or productwho values their customers values their customerIf you call, they will always say they have whatever you want in stock just to get you down to the store, and once you’re there… what do you know? it’s not there, but they never let you see what their inventory- keep it all behind the counter, so of course they are going to try, and move stuff that’s harder to get rid of first…. Like the first MacBook Pro I took home had a little tiny blown out pixels on screen. Subtle subtle but definitely noticeable when you have a black background on start up. Luckily I made it all the way back there within their 24 hour exchange policy- no return or refund ever by the way… yup.They also are doing something with these reviews on Google because just stand in the store for five minutes and you’ll see a solid 50% storm out in a rage because they just got burntSo if it’s your only option, and you have to for whatever reason buy something from them. You know the exact model, condition, and price that you consider fair before walking in the door. I think once they find out that’s all you’ll except somehow magically want to get pulled from the back or found somewhere. That’s my advice

Lying to your customers is not a good way to run a business! I was looking for something for my Camera and found it on Amazon. I bought my Camera from MoJo and wanted to help out the local Small Biz guys–not Amazon, so I called them and asked if they had the same kit and how much it was. The guy on the phone said they had it and they could give it to me at the same price that Amazon had it for. So I drove over (20 min). When I got there the manager said the best he could do is $170 + Tax. So I said no thank you and walked out. Why not just be honest on the phone? Why waste an hour of my day. I was a repeat customer! I bought a $2000 camera from them! I was thinking of buying an $800 lens from them! I get it, it’s hard to compete with Amazon. But 30% higher price than Amazon? And lying to me on the phone to get me in the store. FAIL. Never going in there again! The prices are not competitive!

This is the place you want to get your electronics from. Great prices, great customer service, they treat you like family here. I came in to buy a laptop and had such a wonderful experience with Tony and Mike! They answered all my questions and made sure when I left I was satisfied. My computer works wonderfully and if I ever need tech support I can call them to speak to someone sort of like AppleCare but better! They have a free 6 month warranty if anything happens and also an insurance plan for 2/3 years depending which you choose for a GREAT price and it includes accidents and broken screens. I will probably never buy my electronics from anywhere else!

Dont let the location of this place scare you. The outside of the store seems like its in a shady part of town, but the guys that work here really do give you a good deal on what you need. Acima Credit was easy to apply for and use, was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. If paid off in 90 days its interest free, think I paid $50 to take it home that day. Camera and lenses were paid off and I wouldnt hesitate to buy my next camera here again!

Fantastic service! I found these guys through Facebook and I am so glad I did! I was looking for a new camera and saw their offer for payment plans which is great since Im a college student (photography major)! I went in as soon as they opened and got a 6d Mark ii and a 18-135 mm lens. However, I didnt know that full-frame cameras cannot use the same lenses as cropped frame cameras. When I went back in, they willingly exchanged the lens for a 24-105 mm lens and updated my finance plan without me having to make another down payment! Definitely check these guys out, they will work with you!

Unfortunately I let saw dust get into my computer at my shop and fried the mother board a year later. So when I came back I talked to Mike again and he gave me a hell of a price on a nice retina MacBook Pro. Ive purchased many Apple/Mac products in the past and have been a long time Macbook user. My 2008 macbook was finally 11 years old and the day came where I really needed to upgrade urgently due to a new camera I was using for my photography side business. Money is a little tighter than normal right now so I looked elsewhere from purchasing from the Apple store $$$. Im very knowledgeable when it comes to computers and Apple/Mac products specifically. I did hours and hours of research on the model I wanted and all the specifics on hardware options. I came across Mojo computers and was skeptical at first, but after reading many reviews I decided to give them a chance and check them out. Im super glad I did! Viewing the store from the outside and walking in it is definitely a different experience than buying from the Apple store, however they have a great selection of used and new cameras and Apple computers, phones, etc. Everyone seemed very friendly and Mike helped me the most. I was still a little skeptical buying a new macbook not from the Apple store, but Mike answered every one of my questions truthfully and I got a good vibe from him. He is definitely a salesman, but also a seemingly good genuine guy that has been in this business a long time and is very knowledgeable about these products. I think some of the negative reviews are simply just people that had bad luck with used products that could have happened if they bought the same used products anywhere.Long story short... I got the brand new top of the line 2019 macbook pro for an amazing price better than the apple store. It is the real deal brand new macbook in original sealed unopened packaging and I registered it and even have the option to add Apple Care as well. Its been working flawlessly now for a week or so doing heavy photo and video editing. Mike even helped me out with an extra usb accessory I realized I needed afterwards and he let me pay with two forms of payment to make it easier for me. I also am recovering from a broken leg and he helped carry the new laptop out to the car for me.I wouldnt hesitate to buy another new Mac from them again and save some money. My advice is just ask questions and do your research and understand the risks if you are buying a used computer anywhere. Thanks Mike!

These guys took care of me like a family member. Ive never purchased a MacBook Pro outside of Apple before. While scouring for a Mac Book Pro on Craigslists, Mojo Computers came up on the results. I did my own search and looked up their reputation on Yelp and noticed all the great reviews they got. I decided to stop by today and look at their inventory of Macbook Pros, and they have a great selection at great prices. I got a great deal, and the staff and the owners were very polite and courteous towards me and made sure that if I ever had any issue to bring it back and they would fix it. They take customer service seriously and thats something I can be proud to stand by. Well first of all...they make it seem like youre getting such a great deal. When in reality they are selling you used older model macbooks for more than they are worth. Not only that, if you are financing they make you go through a company called Crest Financial which they make auto debit mandatory. I payed my bill off within the allotted time and not only did they take out more money out of my account which in turn caused me to overdraft, they also made me send them my bank statement to prove that the amount was taken out and I had to wait a few days for the money to be returned back to my account and could not deposit my work check. The last payment I made was online and they said because I did not call them to tell them I made the payment the autodebited more than the amount that was owed....WHY WOULD I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO TELL THEM I MADE THE PAYMENT ONLINE??? I am pretty furious at this point. Plus I got a 2013 Model Macbook for the price that I could have gotten a brand new 2015 model. Never will I go here or recommend this place. Got a Mac Note Book Pro 15-inch model Fourth-generation dual-core Intel Core i5 they put some extra programs on it I requested at no extra cost to me. Service was very good I paid $1000 that other places charge $1,800 to $2,000 for you do get what you pay for. My advice is spend more on a newer Mac modelolder models that are cheaper are not the best way to use the money pay a little more and get something that will last longer and work better. Too bad I cant express ZERO STARS! WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY! They are extremely helpful, and baiting you with their smiles. They will say anything to get you to take some merchandise out of the store. If you do, they have a contract term stating that once you sign on the dotted line that you waive your right to a reasonable rescission period. That term is buried in their electronic contract, and you cant see it until you get home. Ill have to seek legal remedies because they have a partner in the con, Time Payments. I intend to ask the court for punitive, and exemplary damages against these two scammers. Anyway, I left their substandard merchandise in the store, took pictures, and wrote a letter of rescission. Two months later, Im still getting calls from Time Payments finance company stating the owner failed to rescind the contract, and refuses to return the funds. And, they still have their pre-owned damages inventory. I never expected or asked for a rent to own contract/lease where I would never be the owner of the equipment (another unconscionable term). Time Payment was more than happy to back up Leo stating...well, the waiver is in the electronic contract. Over the life of the contract, I would have paid $8500 for merchandise worth less than $2000. Sadly, well be litigating the issue, and refuse to lose a reasonable objection or argument. Yes, litigation is in our future. Ill keep you posted. BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE of the conman operation. They truly have lost their MOJO, maybe in TIME theyll learn to treat their customer the way they want to be treated.

Because of my previous positive experience bringing my nephews laptop, I decided to bring in my own laptop (Dell Inspiron 15R).They were able to identify viruses and issues neither Norton Utilities (provided by COMCAST) or McAfee (provided by COX) could do. They also reloaded Windows 7.Now it just sings!There were issues with missing files, but when I called they offered to help me compare their backup on their server with the files on my laptop to recover those files.Who does that?!?Be aware that you need to make sure you have all the passwords and activation keys ready in case you need to reinstall software.Im frantically searching for my MS Office activation key now, but I forgot about that before I gave them my laptop.Again, great customer service.

WASTE OF MONEY!!! DONT RECOMMEND!!!Laptop wasnt not repaired as they said it was. Still having the same problems, when I called they put me on hold for 5 minutes no response. Waste of money and now need to go elsewhere.
