Where do you start when trying to describe not just a great professional, but a great person! I began working with Shishana a couple years before retirement and selling our home. I initially found Shishana from Google because we were previously renting our home. She had a relationship with a very good local management company which we used for the better part of a year while we waited for the home values to increase. Shishana kept the relationship with us and was always responsive even before officially working to sell the home. Once our lease was up Shishana worked at coordinating the repairs and renos being done and finding the appropriate vendors to make it all happen in a timely manner. Since we were out of state while this all happened she was there for every step in the process to ensure its completion. Due to a quick relocation out of state, I had to leave with several open items for Shishanna to deal with. She managed the plumber repairs as a water drain pipe developed a leak in the garage wall. We used BRAD BRENKUS from Mogul Real Estate in July. HIGLY RECOMMEND HIM!!By chance, I used Zillow to find a realtor and they connected me with Brad. Brad called me within minutes of Zillow notifying me.
