This urgent care is really great. Made a reservation online for a very last minute Saturday morning visit. Check in was so easy and was seen at the time of my appointment.. Very nice staff, MD was informative and efficient. My prescription was ready before I even got back into Salinas! Feels great to know theirs is a good option for my family when we are in town if we need to be seen for an illness or injury.

I had such an easy and straightforward experience. The communication was excellent and timely and I was impressed with the level of care! I even was able to call back days later with a question and received an answer and new prescription from the doctor within an hour. Such an easy and refreshing urgent care experience!

I actually prefer going to see your doctors than my daughters pediatrician.. the late appt time was convenient and my wait time was not long at all. My doctor was really great w my daughter. I actually really like all of the montage doctors that we have seen.

The facility is very clean and welcoming. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. When we went, from start finish, I was there for less than an hour.

I went to Mogo urgent care on the recommendation of my primary care physician to have earwax removed from my left ear, which was interfering with my hearing. I walked in with no appointment, waited 15 minutes, and had a quick and efficient washing out of my ear. I was very satisfied with their prompt attention. I will not hesitate to visit again if the need arises.

The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciated the time they took in caring for me during my visit. I appreciated their kindness so much that I actually went home and told my family how well I was treated. Thank you MoGo, Monterey!!

Terrific visit! Maybe helped because they were not busy, but very fast and friendly help by everyone. Excellent care & healing plan. First time I tried them, now my go to!Update: I went back 2 more times when they were very busy, and I was impressed how quickly they moved through the workload. I loved that I could wait more comfortably in my car and they called me when time to go in. They have always given treatments that make sense to me that show they care about a quick healing for me. Also when I went in with my wife, I love the “all of the above” approach to be sure she felt as comfortable as possible thru her healing. They don’t skimp on things to try to help you feel better.

Another update, I just realized out of every time I went here, I never even spoke to an actual doctor. That explains so much.I would say 5 stars, except one doctor is not friendly or welcoming in the slightest, and kind of acts as though youre bothering her by being there. Everybody else, start to finish, is amazing. Theyre all incredibly, friendly, helpful, and listen rather than rushing through, with the exception of the one doctor. The other unfortunate thing about going here is, and I assume these are orders from the top, but they do not believe in treating pain, no matter how extreme or debilitating it may be. I havent been able to sleep in 5 days because of severe back pain, and their answer is anti inflammatory meds that they and I both know wont do anything for extreme pain. To see a facility across the board be pro allowing patients to suffer, just for the sake of not going through the procedures they have to in order to prescribe certain meds is kinda of pathetic. Pro patient suffrage should never be the goal of a medical facility, not ever.I lowered it to one star because I recieved an unempathetic check up call, during which excuses were made as to why they allow patients to suffer in debilitating pain when such simple medications can help.I believe they intentionally make patients who are in pain suffer by not providing them proper medication for financial reasons. They know youll be back the next day, possibly the day after that, all the while suffering in life altering pain. The extra / unnecessary visits have a profound impact on their income. They also know, if they let you suffer long enough, youll eventually wind up at the hospital, which just happens to be who owns and operates montage health, once again, increasing their profit ten fold.Chomp has always had a poor reputation for billing discrepancies, and for squeezing every dime they can out of patients in our community,Update: for some strange reason, after my experience, the Mrs took my daughter there three times, with chest congestion, coughing up green and yellow chunky stuff, a sinus pressure headache, and an ear ache, and they gave her an inhaler for asthma, which she doesnt have. The third time she was in tears from all the pain, and they finally gave her antibiotics, and she was back to herself 24 hours later. They really need to hire am actual Doctor, and take a course on bed side manner.

First off, what a fantastic place and great people all around. I went there as a walk in for a really bad ear infection and within a hour I was on my way. Nothing but respect and kindness from them. Icing on the cake for me was the fact that while you’re waiting they offer a warm blanket, tea or hot chocolate. Highly recommended them. Only urgent care place that’s open 7 days a week.

Wonderful, competent, and thorough. A far cry from what it was a few years ago. Saved me time and money to go to MoGo Urgent Care rather than the emergency room.
