My cats had knocked my laptop off the table and, being lazy, I continued to use it until it structurally was inoperable. I took it into Ben and asked if it was terminal. He said, no, he could fix it. He called me within a couple hours to let me know he had located the parts he needed and to give me an estimate of the repair cost. That was one week ago. I picked it up today and it is like a new computer. Ben replaced the parts that needed to be replaced, cleaned it up physically and internally. It is fast again and looks like brand new. This is the second time I have visited Ben to ask for his help. He is honest, thorough and I highly recommend him no matter what the problem, Im sure he can fix it.

I showed up out of the blue to MT Computers with my homemade computer from 2004 that had been repaired at 3 other places and then limped along for a year or so again afterwards.Ben found redundancies and broken parts and repaired it in three days.He came in on Saturday which is by appointment only. Showed up early.He carried everything out to my car for me.He charged me less than he should have.It works better than it has since it was a year or two old and I didn’t have to fund new parts.

Ben has bailed me out of some of my stupid moves before and now I have a new one. The latest one is signing up with LifeLock which has been purchased by Norton. BIG MISTAKE. So another bad move that Im sure Ben will fix within a twinkle of his eye.

Had to take the computer back since he didnt fix the issue I told him about. Charged me more to continue fixing the same problem. Said he would clone my hard drive to a faster one. I had to reload everything but wi dows myself, and the problem is STILL not fixed.at this rate I could have completely replaced the computer with a while new one with newer parts. SAVE YOURSELF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, you will get better answers in less time researching online or just replacing your computer.

Cool little shop, guy there seemed nice. I just stopped in to see if they had parts, and they had a nice assortment of stuff Id normally wait for UPS to deliver. Good to know!

I had a problem with my computer. I called them at Modern Tech Computers and they said come in and we will fix it. I went in and in 2 min flat they diagnosed my problem and fixed it. My video card fan had siezed and it was shutting down my monitor and my computer. They didnt make me wait to fix it because I told them I was desperate to have it working. SO, he fixed it immediately. I was so thankful. They are family owned and operated and very nice people. Thanks again for your help. I am very greatful.

Ben can fix it! And you can trust his recommendations. I am SO glad I let him install a solid state HDD in my desktop. Wow! Now it is FAST!!!

Owner tries to tell me dozens of Microsoft Technical bulletins are incorrect by treating me like an idiot. His only solution is reformat the computer and buy a new $220 license from Microsoft. Current OEM pricing is $135.99, eBay price is $40 for the same software.Predatory pricing, arrogance and inaccurate information led me to post this review for others.

Excellent service. Always can help you out in a jam. Got my system up & back running in three hours. My shop was shut down without Ben.
