I cant say enough good things about this place. The doctors are thorough, they explain everything and are always very nice. The same thing goes for the office staff as well. Always very nice, efficient, and they go out of their way to help you. Thank you Sandra for being so patient, and the entire office for helping me with my vision needs, you guys are the best!

So far my experience has been relatively negative.I made my first appointment easily enough, the staff was friendly and the assessment quick and painless. I was informed I should make a follow up appointment to select a frame for the reading glasses I had been prescribed.Making that appointment proved somewhat difficult it took almost two weeks to schedule what amounted to a 5 minute this is the frame Id like, these are the lens modifications (anti glare, etc). I do have a busy work schedule, but I felt as though that short of an appointment could have been fit in sooner.After this had been done, it took approximately five weeks before the reading glasses would arrive. I was told they didnt pass quality assurance a number of times which lead to the delays. Now that theyre here, it appears as though they may be too weak. I was told the doctor could reassess and adjust, but Im honestly not looking forward to what might amount to another two months process before receiving a new pair.Im certain my experience isnt typical of every patient and that my situation may have just been an unlucky result of unique circumstances creating a perfect storm, but regardless that was my experience.

I’ve been going to Modern Eyewear for almost four years, and from shopping for new glasses, to finding out that my broken sunglasses were still under manufacturer warranty because an ME employee (I’m not sure of the woman’s name who helped me today—Jasmine maybe?…) thought to check, I always feel welcomed, there is always and atmosphere of positivity conveyed by the staff and Dr., and I’m always apprised of roughly how long appointments will take or when my glasses are ready or why I’m being screened for certain conditions. MEO is a great place for eye care.

Had a great at Modern Eyewear Optometry this afternoon. Was warmly greeted by reception upon arrival, and after virtually no wait I was in the capable hands of the optician, Sandra. She was wonderful and made the eye exams an absolute breeze. Met with the patient Dr. Dominguez who answered all my questions and even laughed at my jokes. He calmly explained my results and gave me wonderful options, it was a low pressure pleasurable experience overall! I seemly tried on tons of frames and the optician Sandra was a joy to work with, telling me all my options and helping me find the perfect frame within my budget. I highly recommend this practice, they are all fantastic.

I recommend Dr Dominguez and the Modern Eyewear Team looking for an excellent experience from start to finish. They use the most advanced instruments for the examinations. The Staff is well trained and courteous. They offer the best frames and lenses. The office is spotlessly clean, organized, and efficient. Definitely “best in class”.

I have been coming to Modern Eyewear for many years now. I switched from another optometrist, because I had a bad experience numerous times with their office. All of Modern Eyewear’s staff Is amazing, they are extremely nice and very helpful with everything from Insurance to fitting your glasses to your face. I have had appointments with both doctors Dominguez, Cheryl and Charles. Both doctors are very nice, very personable and definitely put you at ease during your eye exams. They are very knowledgeable and explain answers to any questions that you have very thoroughly. The office is always very clean and the equipment they use is top-notch and very up-to-date. I highly recommend this optometry office. Well, maybe I shouldn’t because if I do, then it’s going to be harder for me to get an appointment!

Everyone was super nice. They were very organized in what they were doing. Doctor was nice and took his time to make sure I was good with everything. I’m extremely happy with their service.

Best optometry practice I have ever been to. I just had a procedure done earlier in the month and modern was recommended by my ophthalmologist and I’m glad they did. I had to drive a few hours to see them and it was well worth my drive

This was the first time visiting Modern Eyewear Optometry and they definitely get 5 Stars. I went in for a contact visit. The office was very well staffed. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Their equipment was top of the line and the office was very clean and organized. I had the opportunity to meet Dr Cheryll Anderson today who was awesome! Dr Anderson took plenty of time to answered all my questions/concerns. Very professional!!!I highly recommend Modern Eyewear Optometry for anyone looking for this type of experience in your optometrist and staff!!!PS They even took my medicare!!!ThanksChris

I am beyond impressed with this place. Was completely done within an hour. Very friendly front staff, and the doctor was amazing! I felt like I learned more at this visit than i had from any previous eye appointments at other facilities. Booked my next annual appointment with them already 😎
