Over the past 9 years I have had two other FUE hair transplants from other surgeons. My donor area had been utilized to the point where I didnt have a much for a third and final surgery. Dr. Yazdan was able to extract beard and scalp hair to give me a great amount of coverage. I was skeptical at first but I am amazed by the results. I have not had this much hair in 4 years and we are only at the 9 month mark. There are no scars in my beard section and I am ecstatic with the results. I would only refer Dr. Yazdan for hair transplant. He is the very best!

I have struggled with thin and sparse hair since my early teenage years, and I cannot express enough how much Dr. Yazdan has helped me!For the first time in years, I feel confident with my hair.I had tried countless treatments, shampoos, serums, and everything else out there with no noticeable success, and I used to rely on hair toppers and coverings. My entire family suffers from male pattern baldness, some going fully bald in their mid 20s. My hair has been thinning since I was in my 20s but through the use of minoxidil, I was able to slow the balding, but by 35, my hairline definitely did not look good. In deciding whether to do a hair transplant, I did A LOT of research, and eventually cut my list down to the 3 best hair transplant surgeons in Los Angeles and Orange Country. After meeting all 3, Dr. Yazdan was clearly the best option in terms of his experience, and his approach.I know hair transplants arent cheap, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny. The procedure was painless, the staff was excellent before, during and after the procedure. I LOVE my hair now! I have the hair line Ive always wanted, and would absolutely do it all over again. If youre losing your hair, this is THE place to go. Staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Yazdan is a god damn artist.My procedure went extraordinarily and the results have been incredible. If youre insecure about losing your hair, trust me, not only is a transplant (and other preventative treatments) worth it but this is THE guy to go to if you want to get one.

Dr. Yazdan is by far the best in the industry. If you’re considering going somewhere else or even worse, going to Turkey to have a procedure done, you’ll be truly disappointed. I can’t tell you what a blessing it is that I happened to come across Dr. Yazdan. Pictures don’t lie and the top picture Is from prior to my procedure at his office. The bottom picture is at my home with no fake lighting or hair fibers.. You be the judge.

Remember when you had a good hair day and faced the day with such confidence? Then, as your hair got thinner and thinner, a good hair day was a thing of the past. You spent the morning parting and reparting your hair, looking for that spot that showed the smallest divide. Well, help is on the way. I tell Dr. Yazdan my hair is great because I no longer have to think about it. I have even started getting compliments on my hair again. The overall experience of working with Dr. Yazdan & his team was such a pleasure from the very start. Hes one of the very few local surgeons, who would actually take the time to meet with you in person for consultation. Hes a no nonsense kind of guy, which is something I truly appreciate about him. He gives you the facts regarding the surgery, what to expect in terms of the outcome, and is happy to patiently answer any questions you may have. Theres absolutely no sales techniques and/or any pressure from him or his office for you to do the procedure. That decision is yours and yours only to make! Look up his educational videos on YouTube and youll realize he goes above & beyond to educate his patients, so they can decide whats right for them! The procedure itself was a breeze! Unlike many doctors, who are the last to show up at the office, on the day of the procedure, he was there right on time. In fact he was one of the very first few people to show up. He started by giving me a brief overview of what the day would look like, how long the procedure would approximately take, and checked in with me to ensure I didnt have any other questions before starting the surgery. Anesthesia & surgery itself were completely painless. Came home and experienced no pain, discomfort, and/or swelling. I was expecting some discomfort or swelling the next day, but there was none of it. Absolutely amazing! Everyone on both his front office and the surgical team is very nice & more than willing to help you with any questions you may have before, during, and after the surgery. Now, if youre looking for someone who takes pride in what he does & actually cares about the quality of his work, Dr. Yazdan is your guy!

Dr. Yazdan is a genius - the quite complex surgery of FUT/FUE combined and performed all the same day was from start to finish above excellence - going in for surgery that day was like stepping on a world class stage where a world class orchestra is playing a piece of Bach and nothing is left to improvisation - Never met him personalty before -until the day of surgery.I had chosen him after month of investigation following my instinct, which has never betrayed me. Saw and read about him and realized how knowledgeable an humble he is. i could go into details and tell you how confident He was - performing the most critical parts of the surgery - one for all - the suture of the scalp back together, after removing the strip, i thought he was still cutting the strip when instead the last of the stitches was about to be done and he said to me All done - could not believe it - he accomplished that with such a confidence and easiness that was surreal for me and i was fully aware the all time( besides local anesthesia all i took was half pill of painkiller at the beginning) - But he had already impressed me when at the very beginning, in front of his impeccable crew of assistants, he drew my new potential hair line and explain the trick he had done - a light asymmetry - completely undetectable- which I did not notice until he told me and do not notice now as baby hair are coming out ( just got surgery a week ago) well, that move saved him precious grafts very much needed to create density and take care of the crown - brilliant move as understand it now but yet cant see any difference - i knew then with no doubt that he is a genius in what he does and that i was going to have magical hands to give back to me a head full of hairs and after just a week - i see it coming ..yes!!!!!! ....am super happy how all went so crazy smoothly and i am very thankful !!

What was my motivation for getting this procedure done? I only needed one, the fact that I was balding and it was ruining my confidence on a daily basis. That if of course, until I met Dr. Yazdan. Being in my early 40s I definitely did not consider myself old just yet, but my receding hair line told a completely different story. So one day I was at the dentist and I made a comment about how my balding was bothersome, and I was told about Dr. Amir Yazdan and his work as a hair transplant surgeon. Now I had previously tried many other things to try and help my hair, shampoos, special diets, nothing was working. I knew surgery was an option, but I never truly started considering it until that day. Immediately after I went home, I started doing my research. I looked up several different doctors, made appointments, and looked at all the pictures of their results. One of the doctors I made an appointment with was Dr. Yazdan. When I got to his office it was clean, the staff was polite, and one of his previous hair transplant clients was in the waiting room. We struck up conversation while I waited, and not only was a so impressed with his results (he showed me a before picture), but he did nothing but sing the praises of Dr. Yazdan. So, I was looking forward to meeting the guy myself. During our initial consult, Dr. Yazdan was grade A! He answered all my questions before I even got to ask them, and told me everything I needed to know. Seeing his great portfolio, and his results in real life, helped encourage me to go forward with the procedure and I booked my appointment for surgery. Dr. Yazdan and his staff kept in touch with me leading up to my procedure, and following it. The surgery itself was lengthily though not as painful as I had anticipated. The doctor used a local numbing cream so I was able to stay awake during and even work a little in between. He had a team of several other people that were aiding him with everything, but the doctor stayed in the room the entire time and was very engaging. It has been over a year now since my hair transplant, I received about 2,500 grafts (and I know this to be accurate because the doctor had a counting device that showed me every time a graft was retrieved), and I honestly cannot remember the last time I looked and felt this great. I look younger, I feel much happier, and I have a full set of hair. Dr. Yazdan was the only option for me, and he was the best decision!

I am very disappointed with the work Dr. Yazdan did for me. My hair line is very crooked. I told him when he was drawing it, and he didn’t listen. He seemed to be out of it. I just recently got a new one, and they fixed his work. The recent Dr. also told me that he didn’t believe Dr. Yazdan gave me the 1500 grafts I was quoted. I feel like I wasted a lot of money going here. I found him because there are blogs that say he is one of the top surgeons in the world. My advice: look into the person who is posting those. He appears to be an employee of the clinic. He is posting the same stuff all over the internet.

Dr. Yazdan is awesome! One of the most down to Earth doctors I have ever met. Everything went really great with my hair transplant surgery. His staff was kind and engaging. If anyone has researched hair transplants, you know that the procedure can be somewhat lengthly. His staff along with himself had me engaged in conversation and they helped pass the time. They even provided me with lunch and constant refreshments! Customer service at its finest! Dr. Yazdan concurred with me throughout the surgery, we picked my hairline together, he made sure I was satisfied and got exactly what I wanted. When I came the next day for my follow up I could already see what a difference my new hair line is going to make! The procedure went great, my hair is growing out in places it hasnt grown out of in years! Hooray!

I was referred to Dr. Yazdan by a good friend of mine who had his hair done a year ago. He had the strip method and has no scar, so I went to him for a consult. I was really impressed by how much time he spent with me and thorough he was in his consult. He explained the procedure very well and made me feel very comfortable. He was honest about how many grafts I could get and let me know that if I have a problem with my scar he would even do a scar revision for me if I needed it. I had my procedure done 2 months ago and I am so happy with my results. It looks so natural, and even though he said I wont see the full results until a year from now, I can already see where everything is growing and I am very happy. I would recommend Dr. Amir Yazdan to anyone interested in a hair transplant surgery!

Well I’m at my 9 month post op. I actually live in Las Vegas where Dr. Yazdan did my surgery. I want to start off by saying that I DID my research. I actually spent about a year thinking of the best scenario geographically while finding the best doctor. The thing that I really liked about going with Modena is that most doctors told me they do multiple surgeries a day and they fly in “ techs “. I wasn’t comfortable with people with no Dr. training doing my hair. I spoke with Dr. yazdan over the phone and he was very straight forward and honest about everything. I felt comfortable going with him because he really just seemed to know what he was doing and not a sales guy. I was concerned about having a bulby type look on my graft but when Dr. Yazdan explained he uses the smallest 0.8mm ( I think ) by Law and he actually developed the tool he uses I knew he was legit! I did 2k grafts and it took about 7 hours. Dr. Yazdan performed my entire surgical removal and his assistant was amazing. It wasn’t painful I’d say about the same pain as getting a tattoo. After surgery I did and have been doing everything the Dr. instructed and I must say I am very impressed. There is no doubt I’d honestly say 99% of my grafts are growing beautifully and looking darker and more natural than my original hairs. The precision of the grafts are unreal. I also had concerns and seemed to be freaking out after my surgery about grafts falling out and would like to answer a question you might have. Pretty much every graft I had implanted fell out but it looked as though the actual graft had fallen out because there was tiny shaved hairs with skin around them. These actually looked like grafts but don’t be alarmed as it was jut dead skin over the hair that is supposed to fall out due to shock. Within 3-4 months I started noticing growth. It wasn’t very significant and I’ll be honest I was a lil concerned but didn’t panic as it was explained it could take up to 14 months. Every month after month 5 has just gotten thicker and thicker and I started growing it on month 8. Also my front hairs grew way faster than my back ( crown). Overall I am very satisfied and know I made the right choice. This guy is definitely the way to go!

Probably the best doctor I have been to! I went to a good amount of consults before I decided what doctor was the right fit for my Hair Transplant surgery, and Dr. Yazdan was the right choice. At one of the offices I went to, I didnt even meet with the doctor prior to surgery, I got to speak with a sales rep...I laughed and walked out. I had a great consult with Dr. Yazdan when we first met, while he took his time with me and together we decided on what surgical means of fixing my problem was best. He listened to me and all my concerns. Everything went just as smoothly on the surgery day! Dr. Yazdan talked to me during the procedure, explained to me what was going on and how everything was going. I got to see the room where the other members of his team dealt with my graphs under their microscopes, and he even let me see a close up of some grafts. My hairline is looking awesome and full! I first heard about this doctor in the news when he saved a kids life. Coincidentally, I was looking for a hair transplant surgeon and I really thought it was a sign. I immediately looked him up online and came across youtube videos of his work and I was very impressed. I scheduled a consultation with him shortly after. Meeting with the doctor, I knew that he was very skilled and well trained in his work. He promised me meticulous and detailed work and that was exactly what I got. He really took his time in my surgery. I got to see his accompanying staff cut my grafts. He had me feel like an active member of my surgery by discussing every concern and decision with me. Though the surgery was very long, since I have seen great results. I got hair grafts in both my widows peak and crown area. I love my results and I am so glad I picked Dr. Yazdan.

After interviewing several hair restoration specialists in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles, the decision to go with Dr. Yazden was easy to make. He has the experience and the expertise that you want to look for when trying to improve on your looks without worrying about whether or not you have made the wrong decision. It was especially comforting to know that one of his specialties is repairing bad restorations performed by other less experienced doctors. I did an FUE surgery with Dr. Yazdan last November and I am so happy with my results. I had a lot of thinking from the top of my head to the crown. My husband and I met with Dr. Yazdan regarding the hair loss he had been experiencing for the last 4 years. He have a strong family history of balding (dad, uncles, brothers) and wanted to do something about it before he started to lose a considerable amount of hair. He was particularly worried about the receding hairline on the sides of my head which he tried to cover by brushing by hair forward. During the consultation with the doctor, he did a computer scalp exam and discussed his hair loss with us. The doctor was so knowledgeable and professional and well rounded. He discussed with us the different types of hair restoration surgery and discussed the newer FUE method in which there is no real scar with very minimal downtime. Because he didnt need a lot of grafts, the FUE method was perfect for him. He underwent the procedure in November 2012 and the procedure was FANTASTIC. There was so much staff present during the procedure and Dr. Yazdan stated this was important to minimize surgery time and to minimize the length of time the hair follicles remained outside of the tissue. He received approx 1,350 grafts (about 3,000 hairs) and the procedure took about 7 hours. I was amazed that he had no downtime, and returned to work the next day, and it was almost not noticeable that he had a procedure done. Now almost 1 year after the procedure, the transplanted hairs have grown out and we are both REALLY happy with the results. I never expected that he could get such great results and have his hair back the way it was years ago. Unbelievable. Since my procedure he has had about 7 follow up appointments with Dr. Yazdan and his professionalism, staff, and work has been SO GREAT. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

The transplant procedure was managed professionally and all steps were undertaken thoughtfully and elegantly.
