2024-06-02 08:22:29Great selection of relatively modern furniture. Lots of white and grey leather options. Prices are very reasonable as well.Couldnt have asked for a better service. Edwin was incredibly helpful, courteous, and accommodating to our requests. We had to phone in and change orders, and they quickly took care of our request. We went in to purchase some more furnitures after the first lot, and they were kind enough to apply the same discounts. They were flexible with delivery dates and prices as well. 10/10 service, cannot recommend enough.

2024-06-07 23:08:10I recently purchased a couch from this store and was convinced to buy the insurance. Unfortunately, my experience with the insurance has been extremely disappointing. The sales representatives were not helpful and provided no useful information about what the insurance actually covered.When I needed to file a claim, I discovered that the insurance is practically worthless—it doesnt cover anything. To make matters worse, the reps didnt pay attention to detail when processing my order, misspelling my name. This error prevented my claim from going through.Overall, I would not recommend purchasing the insurance here, and the lack of thoroughness and support from the staff was very frustrating. Save your money and skip the insurance.

2022-10-13 20:12:27Ordered a glass table back in August, they ship us the legs but no table top, the table top box comes a month later, we unwrap the legs to put on the table and find a crack and scratches on them. We called customer service and they tell us they cannot ship the legs and will give 300 credit to keep the legs as is. How can we keep a cracked leg, we ask them to replace the legs, they say that they cannot ship new legs because we already had two deliveries. Bad because we did not ask for two deliveries, their mistake. We said we will pick up the legs so we had to go two hours to pick them up. Think twice before you buy from here. They would not issue any credit for all the delays and inconvenience. Bad Service!!!

2024-01-24 01:59:53I had purchased a sectional sofa from Modani, Los Angeles. I also purchased a warranty and it was a good thing I did, as my dog ripped the sofa within two weeks. I was fortunate to receive the assistance of Monaliza at the store who guided me through the claim provided, resulting in my entire sectional being replaced. She aided me in communicating with Modani customer service and in providing the necessary documents required by the insurance company. She called me texted me, sent documents, and was really my savior. I would recommend Modani Los Angeles and Monaliza specifically to anyone shopping for new furniture. Their future happens to be elegant, beautifully crafted of good quality and very reasonably priced. Their furniture compares favorably with that of stores charging two or three times as much.So visit Modani Los Angeles and ask for Monaliza.

2023-11-14 23:08:24Modani has great furniture. Modern and sleek. Their customer service is awesome. We had a little hiccup with up our delivered items and customer rep Gary was able to help us smooth out the issues. We were able to get help with return customer service support immediately.BTW, can we give a shoutout to Harry and Edwin from LA location store? They are super professional and very patient, and know their products very well. Thank you!

2023-10-20 18:51:26Terrible experience. Absolutely AWFUL company. Disgraceful CEO/NATHAN COHEN. I spent $4500 on a new couch and within a few months, the pillows completely lost their cushion and it feels like youre sitting directly on the frame. The insurance replaced the first couch w the same model, and again, the same thing happened. When I reached out, they said to make another claim and get a third new couch - in just over one year. Rather, I said that we would like a different couch that will hold up. I reached out via text and usps mail to the president, NATHAN COHEN. NO response. What sort of company completely ignores their customers who have real issues? Modani.In my letter, I asked if Mr. Cohen/Modani could help me find a solution. Clearly the couch we purchased (The Bloom) was not holding up to the amount of use we have, with four children. I did not ask for a refund or anything more than some assistance w this matter and was instead, totally ignored.If you run into a problem w your purchase, DO NOT EXPECT MODANI TO RESPOND or HELP YOU. They wont. I intend to file a claim in small claims court to get this handled since they cant ignore the court system. Sad its come to this. All I want is what I paid for. Nothing more. Nightmare experience!

2023-10-09 16:52:48Ordered a $1400 astro dining table that was assembled wrong (by Modani) as I paid for delivery as well. Contact Modani customer service (nightmare itself), then email multiple pictures of issue and have to schedule for their rep to come see office in person. They admit issue and will replace it (but no tables in stock) so wait a few months then the delivery debacle begins…. I am typing this as they have now missed the 3rd time they would deliver/replace table as the customer service doesn’t know what the delivery side does. They go to the wrong address or simply don’t show up as emailed and promised.Best advice RUN! There is zero about this company that is “premium” other than what they charge you for…. Waste of time as I have now stayed home for 4 business days to meet them and still no solution or action by Modani!
