OMG This place!! 🔥 I had to sign up for the rewards asap bcuz I knew I wud become a regular.. Their portions are 🙌🏽.. Everything tasted amazing I love love love their Mega Salad 🥗 (it literally lasts me 2days), love they have outside seating even tho the view aint great ik it will be after the construction.. Its not on the list but u hav2 try the chicken ranch pocket pie!!Yeah I mean ugh.. ❤️

The staff made the pizza better than what it was. Pizza was okay nothing out of the ordinary from the build your own chains. However, this one had a special staff they laugh have fun and ensure that the customer has all their needs. They even upsell professionally which is rare. The efficiency of the place was top notch they don’t mess around. Place was super clean. There is one big issue but it has nothing to do with the establishment itself but the Costco gas pump is right next door so it made it really hard to get into their place waiting for a couple minutes just to park.

I’m not a huge fan of pizza but this one was very tasty. This place is definitely better than pieology. I enjoyed their drinks as well, I mixed the unsweetened black tea and the lemonade and it was delicious. Their no name and pumpkin spice cakes were also very good.

Service wise they did a good job. They answered questions and were very informative about their topings.Pizza was so bad, it tasted like toast or chips. They didnt know how to cook it. This will he first and last time I go to this pizza spot.

Between last month and this month I have been to this location four times. Today was the worst experience of all! Omar or Amar the guy who put our 2 pizza together super rude and played me for a fool. I asked for extra cheese and said he couldnt and pointed at the menu saying it stated on the menu no extra cheese. After I paid I thought why would he refuse to add more cheese when I know Mod pizza is all about being unlimited. This is the 3rd time out of four times I come and Im refused extra cheese. I think this employee is promoting false advertisement. Omar/Amar shame on you for your bad customer service you should be thankful to have a job with that attitude. I need MOD Pizza to make this right! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Ps I read the menu Amar/Omar paoinyed and no where did the menu state no extra cheese or toppings. The small print just explains the calorie intake. When confronted her lied and said he never said that.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and ready to take your order. The line moves fairly quickly no matter how long it gets. All the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Their drinks range from draft beer to lemonades and soft drinks. They have plenty of tables and a patio area. They also have an app with rewards that you can earn. I really enjoyed my pizza and salad. Ill be back.

The workers here are fantastic. Even when its super busy and stressed, they always have a smile on their face. The pizza is quick and delicious. I love the variety of options. They also have a good selection of drinks.

Its rare that I give a food spot a 5 star rating but wow, what a spot! from the cleanliness, customer service, to the fresh ingredients, variety of toppings.. and those amazing lemonades...WHATS NOT TO LIKE? I am on a low carb diet prescribed by my doctor in preparation for gastric bypass surgery. I have found this as a fun option for eating a enjoyable meal that meets my dietary requirements right now and all I had to do was treat the crust as if it was the plate... Be sure to tell whoever help you whats your motivation is and it seems to loosen them on being more generous with the toppings. Have fun and enjoy. Cheers

If you order takeout make sure you order 10 minutes early on the expected time slot during the lunch / dinner rush!So I ordered takeout through the app & I put 6:30 in the selected time slot so I arrived 10 minutes early when I went in I just wanted to check to see if my pizza was ready. [because some places will have your food ready a little earlier just to make sure that its on time!] (which I understand I was 10 minutes early)When I asked is my food ready or is it in the oven.. The counterperson replied: oh your 10 minutes early its not ready yet.The thing that made me turn my head was the way he replied was not very customer service like friendly dont take me wrong he wasnt being a**hole about it it just the way he replied to my question! Like if he was shifting the blame like oh youre 10 minutes early you shouldnt be here is the impression I felt when I went to go check on my food.If he would have replied like this then I dont think I would question my visit..Hey, Im sorry your foods not ready yet if you would like to take a seat 🪑 it should only be couple more minutes. 🙂Then my visit would have been fine! not trying to make a big deal out of this Im just saying people need to be weary of what is said / words presented sometimes!Anyways the food was good 😋! place was clean 🫧!

They made my order wrong, and then they seemed bothered at the fact that THEY made my order wrong. When they remade my salad, they still added toppings that did not go with that salad. Cant believe I tipped them at the register. Lesson learned: Never tip at places that ask you to tip before you even get your food.

We had a great experience here today. As we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly manner. The place feels comfy.Our food was made with care. We were able to make our pizzas just the way we like it. Even when we asked for extra cheese, it was done so with a smile. Our pizzas were baked fast and tasted great. What I liked about my pizza was that it was a lot less salty than other fast-fire pizza places. I was able to taste the chicken and sausage that I put as my toppings. I didnt just get a mouthful of salt and dough.The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the line to the pick-up area, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working. Even when were done, we didnt even have to clean our own table. A staff member rushed over and did it for us. It was a very nice gesture and it wont be forgotten.This is an excellent restaurant and I have no problem telling people that this has become a new place to think of when my family wants a good meal and service.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The place is clean and relatively new. I liked the restrooms that has a foot tab to open the door and there is outdoor seating. Its a little noisy outside since its next to the freeway but you cant say that it doesnt have air moving!

Fantastic!!! Our pizza maker was Toni. She was exceptional! She hustled to refill things (since it was busy) and still managed to do it quickly while managing to make our pizzas perfect. Everything was spread out evenly & the baker baked it perfectly as well. After paying we walked over to the manager, (Tashanda I believe, forgive me if I didn’t remember her name correctly 🙏) she was a phenomenal employee as well. She gave her kudos to Toni & thanked us for taking the time to recognize her employee’s dedication. She made us feel appreciated as customers. As we sat & ate, we observed her being just as phenomenal with other customers, too! The three girls on staff that day, made us feel at home. That meant a lot to me because I grew up in Monterey Park, I went to Schurr High School. I remember when that store area was nothing but dirt from the local Montebello dump. It was nice to stop in & see the progress of my home town & be welcomed back! Please thank those 3 girls for me & my family! They made my day & as a 25+ customer service expert myself, I recognize “Above & Beyond” when I see it & feel that kind of service deserves to be appreciated!

Pizza was perfect. They have a great selection of toppings. I got jalapeños, pepperoni, mushrooms and Canadian bacon and the jalapeños were so spicy which was perfect. The pizza was so delicious because its fresh and less greasy than most pizza. Will definitely come back.

Mod Pizza is very good. The thin crust doesnt have the cosistency of a cracker (unlike some create your own pizza places). Choice of toppings is solid and the price is reasonable. Customer service is excellent. And the music they play is pretty good too, although not all of it is what would be considered part of the Mod Rock movement.

Today was the first time that I stopped at this new location for MOD Pizza. I have been to many others but I will have to say this one was by far the best. I had a 11” with marinara, basil, garlic, pep, and sausage . The pizza was cooked just right and the staff were exceptional . This was by far one of the most efficient MOD Pizzas I have been too . Try it out .

The pizzas are delicious!!! I had a chicken BBQ pizza w pineapples topping while my son had the meat lovers pizza. I highly recommend this pizza spot for quick bite because the pizzas were made pretty fast and made with fresh ingredients. Additionally, the salads are very testy. They even have beer and wine.

If I could put a zero I wouldn’t I would have put a negative number.Their food service is terrible!!!!!!!!!One time(the last) I went there and I asked for 2 mad dogs pizza and I asked for extra pepperoni and cheese with purple onions. And they gave a very vuege pizza 🍕 with poorly amount of toppings, barely any sauce as well. And I mentioned to add extra toppings 3 times but all that guy said was, “yeah sure” and he only grabbed like 3 thin slivers of onion! That was the worst costumer service ever!!!!!!!!!! 😡 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Really disappointed. They didnt have any pesto sauce and refused to acknowledge or compensate. I literally drove out of the way to eat here and how could they run out of a min stay sauce. I recommend avoiding this venue as they may run out of what you want and not even treat the customer right.

Person working the counter, younger kid about 18 or 19 years old, was very rude when I asked for more chicken in my salad. Mod pizza is supposed to have unlimited toppings in their $15.00 salad and this kid tried to basically shame me and refused to add extra chicken to my salad even though there was plenty in the container and no one else behind me in line. Very rude, I had to ask him repeatedly and he refused until I had to ask for a manager to get my salad made properly. What a joke, to blatantly go against your own store policy and not allow a customer to get their requested toppings on their salad. I almost walked out. If I could give less than 1 star for service I would. Who tries to shame a customer for wanting extra chicken when it’s the only meat in their made to order salad for $15?!?! My first and probably last time eating at this location, and maybe Mods in general if they’re going to fat shame customers for requesting protein on their salad.
