Ahmed is the man! Went here to get my screen fixed but inquired if they had any phones for sale as my phone was quite old. Ahmed sold me a great phone, gave a free screen protector, a cheap case, and offered to change the battery for free within the first 30 days. Very personable and kind, take your phone/any device here for problems. If there’s anything he can’t do at the store I’m sure he’ll point you in the right direction & answer any questions to get it taken care of!

My mother has used this business for various phone repairs for my siblings, and she recommended them immediately when I told her I was having a screen issue on my phone. Ahmed was polite, professional, and extremely efficient in diagnosing my iPhone 11 Pro technical issue. The repair took less than a day and I cannot be more satisfied with the service I received at this establishment. Phone shops can be hit or miss, and I cannot recommend this one as legit more highly. Six stars.

Took my phone here 3 times already. Broken screen the first time. They replaced the screen, great. Then about a few months later it started becoming less responsive to touch. Then stopped working all together. Took back to them, they wouldn’t warranty it because it was greater than 30 days. Paid for a second replacement. Again, 2 months later, screen stops working and I paid them again to replace it. NOW again, 2 months later, only half the screen works. Done with this place. DONT GO HERE.

Took my 9 year old samsung s7 in due to problems with microphone/speaker and Ahmed first tried a couple of easy fixes (at no charge!) which unfortunately did not work. He then advised that I should just buy a new phone since the cost of the repair would not make sense on such an old phone. I really appreciate the fact that he did not want to just take my money and do the repair anyway. He also offered advice on getting a new phone. Whenever my next phone has issues I will definitely be taking it back to Ahmed!

Im lazy I was very impressed with the outstanding Professional Service as well as the detailed information that the technician provided not only that I had taken my laptop to Best Buy on two separate occasions and they recommended it that I buy a whole new laptop and taking it to this shop it only cost me $99 and Best Buy wanted me to buy $700 laptop as well as replace the motherboard which would have probably cost me at least $1,200 or more outstanding.

Today I decided to get my computer fixed and did a quick search of places near me. I stumbled across Mobilecom and I am so glad I did! I needed to get the screen replaced on my 2013 MacBook and Ahmed was very informative of my options. I dropped off my computer and much to my surprise he called my just a few hours later to come take a look. I decided to go with the used screen option and the prices are fantastic! I was even able to get a new charger for my computer and keyboard cover. I also felt great supporting a local neighborhood business. Do not I repeat do not take your phone to this establishment. The guy in the store was not the owner was a friend who worked at budget cars but was fixing phones for the day. I was desperate to get my phone fixed while visiting home for vacay, I did not want to travel with a broken screen on a flight with my son. Needless to say we were there for 4 hrs while he tried to fix my phone but it kept turning off. My phone has issues it did not have before getting my screen fixed. I had to pay another repair place in GA to fix the screen again hoping it would fix my problems but it did not. I called the owner he said all he could do was refund 30 bucks because it was an easy fix, it was a sticker behind each screen that seems to got messed up when he removed the screen. But of course I am not located in California. I’ve had other friends say the same thing has happened to them since going. My phone just restarts during calls, making calls, accepting calls, anytime. Don’t take your phone unless you want to buy a new phone!!!!!! Beware

I have a habit of dropping devices and have been to multiple stores for repairs, but I have NEVER come across anywhere that is as honest and forthright as this store. Recently I brought in my iPad mini 4 for a broken screen and it turned out be in my best interest to replace the device. Ahmed had already replaced the screen but explained to me that he was going to get another screen due to the quality (I personally couldnt tell the difference but he did not like the quality and was adamant that he held himself to a higher quality of work). I was shocked, most locations just replace the screen and send it along without concern. He took the time to explain things to me and we discussed the device in detail which led to me purchasing another device (as I was having other problems). Even after all the time he spent working on my device he never changed the price and there was a nominal fee for the work he did (which I felt he deserved more as he did a lot of work and in the long run he saved me money)! Yesterday, I dropped off 3 completely broken phones for backups for my grandpa and he once again was honest and open about the conditions of the phones and reality of whether or not they were not just fixable but had a good quality to them once fixed. I appreciate everything he has done for me! Most people see a young girl and take advantage of them, Ahmed does the opposite and is so honest! I will continue to use his services (hopefully not consistently) as needed and will ONLY come to his shop! I would recommend others repair their devices at this location only and you will receive great customer service, honesty, fair pricing, and a quality repair.

I went in freaked out about my very slow laptop. Ahmed was not only willing to engage in conversation about its ills, what could be happening, and possible avenues, he explained & showed about putting my photos on the cloud as well as putting OneNote on the cloud. The computer starting running decently & he sent me home w/ instructions about next steps before returning for a possible wipe. Ahmed was great. I took in 2 of my wifes phones. One to get it unlocked. Its an ATT phone and wife is on Verizon. And 2nd phone the screen flickers. For unlocking the phone the cost is very reasonable. As i was about to walk out, meaning after agreeing to leave my phone to unlock and i would be back in a couple of days. Ahmed wanted to check one more thing to avoid charging me if it was already unluck. And guess what he took. Verizon sim card, tested it and bamn phone is good to go. Ahmed was very honest and you can see that i could have very well walked out and paid. But Ahmed honesty gained a new customer. I recommend this place.

My mother has an issue with her charging the phone. Me and the shop owner believed it was an issue with the charging port and it turned out to be something deeper.Because the issue wasnt solved, the owner just gave my mother a wireless charger for the mean time and didnt charge for anything else.Even though the problem didnt get fixed (yet) he was really solid about how he handled the situation.Edit: I am seeing a few people complaining about the screen breaking and such after repair. I wish some of you guys would watch Louis Rossman as he explains the issues with companies basically not providing replacement parts so they have to go through alot of companies and parts. Its not the fault of the repair technician(usually).
