Carmen was amazing. She is so professional and communicated everything she was going to be doing. I felt very comfortable and confident that everything was being processed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to any one!

Carmen was amazing! I usually get very nervous getting my blood drawn and she made me feel extremely comfortable! She is very professional and kind! She is also so quick and I didn’t feel anything. I highly recommend!

Carmen was wonderful to work with. My aging mom with dementia lives in an assisted living facility and needed a morning blood test. I would have had to take time off work to go there and take her to a testing center. Carmen came to the rescue. She was great with my mom and very professional. I will definitely be using Bio-Cells again for this service. Thank you Carmen!

Carmen is the best! She did a mobile process to draw my blood and it’s the easiest most convenient way and no pain at all process. Wherever you are, Carmen will come to you and will do the process so fast. She is so nice, kind, helpful, caring and most of all her hands are paper light weight. Didn’t feel anything when she did the process. For me, that’s what I’m looking for from a phlebotomist, she has the most experience and she treats you very well. I will never go to any clinics anymore whenever I needed a lab process. I will always call Carmen because her service is more than 5 stars. You can tell that I am a very satisfied patient and you don’t get this kind of satisfaction from all the clinics. I highly recommend her.
