Took 1 day, he picked it up and dropped it back off, my Mac Pro, already had the part in stock. Came back looking like brand new. Good price and good service.

I left a message for, when my 5-year-old desktop wouldn’t start up. Got a text then a call the same day. Austin diagnosed the problem and shortly picked up my pc. Had it repaired and delivered it to me the next day. Stayed to make sure I could restore my files and worked with me the following day to resolve additional pc issues. He was knowledgeable, polite and extremely business friendly. the cost was very reasonable. I don’t want to have any more problems with my computer, but he is the first call I will make if I do and will recommend him to my friends and family.

I had an 11 year old IMac and I got the help I needed to wipe it clean and restore it into a condition that my children could use it again to practice typing and learn computer skills. If it was not for mobile PC medics I would be throwing up he computer away and never using it again. I even forgot the password I needed to login and a few months later Mobile PC was able to tell me what it was. Highly recommend to anyone for their computer repair needs. Reliable, trustworthy, and efficient.

I was having major issues with my computer recently, it was during a really busy time for work, and it was essential that I have a working and usable computer. Austin from Mobile PC Medics was a life saver, and was able to pick it up, fix and get it back to me within two days. I completely recommend him for all computer repair needs in Simi Valley. I was very impressed and will be referring him to friends, family and associates.

Austin had a pretty good idea of what the problem was just based on my description. He came out the next day, picked up my PC, and had a diagnostic and fix the same day. I had my PC back on the third day and the cost was VERY reasonable. I will definitely work with him again if needed.

Found Mobile PC Medics on line and I was super impressed by how easy it was to schedule an appointment online. Even got a pretty good discount and overall way less expensive than geek squad and the others. Service and support has been great, always there for me when I need computer help.I have referred them to my family in Simi and they have all been very happy with the experience.
