Thought it was a good place to work for but after almost 5 years, I found out they had their hands in allowing undocumented workers work on their site in Pasadena, and from time to time in the refineries, and they had an inside embeslment gig going on between their top purchasing employee Ashley heuring,and their top employee esdras Ortega, their is a lot of scandal going on at that company, I would definitely stay clear of them or they will try and get you in trouble, I see now why they are selling out to another company ... Dont believe me,,, see who works their and who dont anymore 6-25-24,after I helped them see what was going on within their business, didnt get a thank you or anything. These people are definitely crooks.

Poor maintenance....if and when you can get ahold of someone. Front of our door was peeling away. After calling multiple times they replaced it. However the work was horrible. Door doesnt fit right and huge gaps at top or bottom wasps and other bugs fly in. Screw holes visible from multiple attempts at trying to place hardware. Fine once you have the building but plan on doing repairs and maintenance yourself.

I would give them ) start to this company. They do not communicate and avoid answering the phone. They were a month behind schedule and when they came they did not complete the job correctly and had to hired a different vendor to repair the HVAC, Ramps and Light as this guys were no responding to emails, calls or anything. Worst company ever. I would avoid this company or you will have to spend more money hiring a different vendor to repair their work or not able to have classes due to their time delivering a service you schedule 4 months in advance.

I wrote a review for Mobile Modular on 10/21 -Luis Sanchez was on time and very professional. He suggested a better location for the container that would allow the doors to open more freely without binding. He did a thourogh inspection and made sure doors operated and latched correctly.
