Took my AirPods Pro for check as left piece was not working. Paid $19 for diagnostic. I was told I’ll hear in 2 hours. Followed up 4 times in person. On the fourth time (after 2 days) he checked for 1 min and told they need to be replaced. I asked what check he ran. He told he cannot reveal. Total fraudsters. Please stay away!

Maximum capacity on my iPhone 12 Pro fell below 80% (3 year old phone) so I came to Mobile Kangaroo to get the battery replaced and everything went very smooth and price was great (under $100). My phone feels fast again and holds a strong charge, definitely better than dropping $1,100+ on a new iPhone. Would recommend this place!

This facility is incredible! I had an apple laptop that needed a new battery, but as I use the computer for both work and home, I could not send it away for multiple days to get the battery replaced, which was the only way the Apple Store would do the repair/replacement. They ordered the computer battery for me, installed it quickly when it arrived, and even fixed my touchpad that had not been working in over a year! The Apple Store had told me my touchpad was broken beyond repair- clearly not the case. Mobile Kangaroo- Culver City employees are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and a phenomenal resource in Culver City! They now have a truly loyal customer!

Do NOT I repeat do NOT go here for any sort of service, repair and especially don’t waste your time with making an appointment. I made an appointment to service my computer/ take a look at what might be the issue. I was told AFTER arrival and check in that it would take 1-2 days to even LOOK at my computer and I had an APPOINTMENT. Guy working there said he is backed up with other computers and devices and he can’t even take the time I had booked to look at my device. Waste of my time and traveling to the destination. Said he was the only one working. Ridiculous

I went to mobile kangaroo because one morning, my MacBoon wouldn’t start. I had to wait several days and call multiple times to ask for a diagnosis. I finally received one, agreed to the price and the repair, heard nothing for about a week, finally heard that there was more extensive damage, so it hadn’t been properly diagnosed, and that the MacBook was not worth salvaging. At this point, I’d been without a computer for two weeks, waiting for it to be repaired. They said they would refund me the repair charges and perform data extraction. I agreed to this and bought a new MacBook, but it took another month before the charges were finally refunded. All through the holidays, they had over $500 of mine for a service that took weeks that ultimately ended in me having to buy another laptop. I will say that they were generally pleasant to interact with, but taking so long for something not to turn out well, and especially holding onto my money so long, I will not be returning.

Took my phone there because the speaker and battery were both not working correctly. Immer helped me out and was extremely friendly and got my phone completely fixed in 2 hours.

Wow! Super impressed. Needed a screen repair ASAP and couldn’t get an appointment at the Apple Store but Mobile Kangaroo took me instantly and had a new screen installed 24 hours later! Got stuck in traffic but Immer waited for me 5 minutes after closing to pick it up. That’s above and beyond! Thanks!

I had an incredible experience with Mobile Kangaroo. My laptop screen got cracked and I needed it fixed quickly. I brought in the laptop on Friday and got it returned, fixed, and cleaned with ALL my data in tact by Tuesday afternoon. The staff was extremely responsive and communicative and I am extremely happy with the turnaround time for the return of my Mac. Highly recommended!

If you’re debating between taking it to the Apple Store and saving time by taking it here, take it to the Apple Store. They charge you $19 to even look at your device, stating they will deduct the $19 from whatever the repair fee is. Then they up-charge you on the repair fee anyways. Brought my AirPod pros here, all they needed was a new case. Was trying to charge me $120 for a new case when I could get one directly from Apple for $89. Very disappointed

Avoid. Booked an appointment through Apple to get my screen repaired here. Big mistake! Per Apples policy, they must run diagnostics on your phone before repair. They did that and everything was fine, but when I picked it up, I had an error message regarding my camera. My camera worked fine before I brought it there. So, even though they were only supposed to replace my screen, they clearly did something for me to receive that message, but they denied culpability and stated only they could put the broken screen on and give a refund. That wouldnt fix my new probalem they created, however.So, I took it to an Apple store and they said clearly and without a doubt that Mobile Kangaroo had created the issue, and they were adamant about the diagnostic records backing that up. No doubt they said (a service member, their supervisor, and a high level Apple care member on the phone I spoke to).Naturally, I called Mobile Kangaroo back and told them what Apple told me, but they again denied any responsibility and left me hanging for the $350 screen replacement charge and my new camera issue they created. The conversation I had with them was insane and it just started and ended with there is no way we could be responsible for that, but again, Apple said it was 100% on them, no doubts.Do yourself a favor and take your products to the Apple store instead of these authorized dealers that Apple doesnt back in any way for warranty. I was told they just have an aggreement to use Apple parts, so I have no recourse with Apple either.

Best Computer Repair Ever! I recently took my MacBook Pro in for repairs. The problem was quickly diagnosed while I waited, and I took my laptop home while the parts were ordered. When they arrived several days later, I returned my computer and within a few hours, the computer was good as new! Kudos to Alex Le and his colleague for their knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. The shop has a very friendly vibe and I would definitely recommend it.

Friendly, competent, polite, efficient, fixed my battery and keyboard no problem (luckily I was still covered by Apples warranty, so it was free). They checked the laptop, ordered the parts, and when I brought it back in again, they fixed it in a matter of hours. Im glad I went here rather than hike out to the nearest Apple Store.

I’m sad to have to report I had a terrible experience with Mobile Kangaroo. I’m not looking to seek revenge but please be aware before using their services… I feel completely ripped off by them.Not only did they take my money but they also did not repair my device and they even made it worse than what it was when I originally brought it in.My laptop’s screen wasn’t working and Apple sent me to MK to get it repaired.They first said they needed to order s new display. Days later they told me the issue was not the screen but the logic board. They ordered a new one, I got my laptop back and a day later the screen had another malfunction, again.I was told by MK i was going to get a refund for the ~$700 I spent in a repair that was not well done (and that took about 2 weeks!).Long story short, it’s been 3 months and after countless of calls and messages they are now saying I won’t get my refund.The several people I’ve spoken with are nice and friendly but their customer service is terrible. I feel ignored, stepped on, ripped off, and extremely frustrated for the waste of time, energy and money this situation has caused.If you can take your devices directly to Apple please do, or find another place. Do yourself a favor and do not work with MK.

My space bar jammed, so I brought in my laptop to get it repaired. They diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a replacement part. They even stayed open late so I could pick up my laptop before the next morning when they opened. My MAC cable ribbon wore out and they were able to diagnose, order part and replace it within 5 days. There is only street parking FYI but I am happy to be reunited with my MAC again. Please check them out. For $20 they will clean laptop as well tho didn’t notice a difference. Will go again.
