Discovered Mobile Janitorial while trying to locate bulk toilet paper during the early days of the pandemic. They had just what I wanted (96 roll case) in stock, and I have been going back ever since for various household supplies. Always fast and courteous service. And being open to the public is a BIG plus.My only disappointment is that they close so early, I have to try to crunch my visits into my lunch half-hour. Maybe they could stay open late a couple of days a week for folks like us who are not in the business. Other than that, two thumbs WAY up.

Mobile Janitorial has been nothing but absolutely amazing, their website is set up to be very clear on how much they have in stock, their newsletters are great and straight to the point and their customer service is awesome. I have to give these guys a lot of credit. They have found ways of finding things the rest of us couldnt. We used all of our resources to find masks and sanitizers, and couldnt find any of it at a time where we needing these items to stay in business. MJS found everything we needed, and even came up with solutions for us to re-open our showroom without us even asking them. They are proactive with their customer, and why we keep coming back. I had previously given 4 starts due to an issue with Sanitizer, but since then they have proved they are the best in this business, so i am bumping them up to 5 start, since they just helped me out again, since one of their venders left out an attachment. MJS stepped up, found the missing part and is sending it to me so i have it tomorrow. GREAT TEAM!!! Love doing business with them!!***UPDATE***Mobile Janitorial Supply continues to raise the bar. I had a special need for my factory staff. They had already closed for the day, but I emailed in hoping for a response the next morning. David proactively emailed me back the same night, after closing to clarify my needs, make suggestions on product, cancel the order I just placed, and even got their truck loaded with our new order before we even got into work the next day. I could not have stumbled across a more appropriate place at a more appropriate time. I came across a random jug of Lavender disinfectant that one of my residents had brought home from work right around the time COVID quarantines began happening. Ordering and picking up monthly cleaning supplies from Costco went from already aggravating to virtually impossible. Place a call to mobile janitorial supply young lady answer the phone I explain the reason for the call was that i place and order like a week ago and spend $322 and that I what to by more product and see if I could also get a discount price since I’m a potential new customer . The customer is asking to speak to you, should you ignore that request because you’re on the phone, is the better question. Management 101...The Answer should be NO. I could have waited, or you could have had one of your ‘competent’ employees attend the over-the-phone customer for you to speak with the in-store customer who actually requested to speak with you personally.I could point out more ways you failed your customer, but the smart readers will see for themselves what kind of manager you are. Everyone has had a negative experience with a store or manager like you at some point. I hope they save themselves the trouble of dealing with someone like you who can’t even step out onto the floor to speak with a customer. Don’t go there if you’re not spending “thousands” of dollars! You will be ignored and unvalued.
