Ray and the team did a complete overhaul of my 3 offices in 4 short days! The team worked tirelessly to get the job done within our timeframe and with no disruption to my practice. I have been using MME for 16 years and they have always been professional, knowledgeable and incredibly accessible when we have any issues. The Team updated our IT infrastructure seamlessly. I wouldnt use anyone else for my IT needs!!

I am blown away by the customer service of Nick H! He called to check on us today to see how we were doing since we had a lot of issues with the latest Dolphin update. He also was immediately able to help us with an issue we were having with the scanners on the TermServer (something that I have been struggling with the last couple of weeks).I had called a few other times to MME and Dolphin to try to get the issue resolved, but was not able to reach a resolution. It truly means so much to me that Nick took it upon himself to reach out and follow up. This is a huge relief to have our scanners working in the TermServer office! Nick is also very patient and knowledgeable. He has taught me a lot of things and has walked me through any step that I needed help with. Ive learned a lot of IT stuff over the last few phone calls, so I just really wanted to share my experience with you and give Nick the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much for all that you do.

I heard about MME from a colleague. I met with Ray and discussed the scope of our project. It was a bit more complicated than the typical dental office set-up, but Ray and Mike were up for the challenge. Mike spent countless hours with various IT vendors to make a smooth transition.Their work is thoughtful and clean. Weve been in our new location for a little over 3 months and I am happy to report weve had no IT issues. They take the extra steps to hide and conceal extra cables and wiring.Our team also wants to send a special shoutout to Nick. He helped throughout the install, but he was there the first few days when we opened and helped our team get adjusted to our new system.Thanks MME :)

We are a happy client of MME consulting for years. We work with Roy and Mike of South Bay division. We switched to MME based on our friends (local dentists) recommendation. We were with our previous IT support company for over 10 years and were anxious when we made the change. But Mike and Roy made the transition super smooth and easy.They specialize in supporting dental offices. They are very familiar with software that are used to support dental office operation. Hence, when you have a problem, they have the answer. Their support is streamlined and centralized. They are also very knowledgeable. Once they set up your office, really, we rarely calls them for support. BUT it is so nice to know that there is support when and if we need them.Mike would drop by occasionally when he is in the area just to check in, but he is also an email / phone call away always. We truly appreciate MME :)

Ive been working with MME for a few years now and have been extremely happy with their service. They always have someone available to assess the situation remotely if there is a problem or will send someone out to the office immediately if necessary. They helped us merge 3 offices into one and made it look easy. Highly recommend MME and their crew!

If you are looking for a great IT company, the folks at MME Consulting are the ones to enlist! Been a longtime client. They are responsive and get things done correctly. Ray, Mike and Nick out of the Santa Clara office are accessible and explain things well.
