Justin in particular has helped us greatly with our orthodontics practice in both of our locations. Hes always been very attentive and very responsive when we need him. His instructions are clear and he makes sure everything is understood, he goes to the very last detail to make sure that our IT issues are resolved!!! Hes an incredible asset for us.

We have been happy MME customers for over 17 years now. I met Steve and Ray at an AAO meeting (Steve was giving a lecture) and I immediately felt that their foundational knowledge and formal engineering background made a team that spoke to my inner techie. They are also humble gentlemen with an unparalleled Can Do attitude. (Ray is like Spiderman during an install). We have solved many complex problems together over the years and each time we are presented with a difficult circumstance, Steve, Ray, and Aaron create thoughtful solutions that work--while being mindful of cost and longevity of the hardware/software that they recommend. MME also created and manages my remote backup system and monitors our whole computer Universe remotely. The clever backup systems provide a comfort that allows me to sleep at night knowing that our data is secure. The remote support is prompt and thorough. The MME Team (Justin, Ray and Steve) just came out and did a full refresh of the computer systems at our Practice--2 offices in one visit! We have a mix of Macs and Windows systems running Dolphin software. Steve and the team thoroughly mapped out what computers needed to go where in the office and they re-purposed some of the newer units. The large touch-screen monitors in our New Patient Examination rooms serve as excellent teaching tools for our patients. The system works great, and the physical install looks fantastic. It takes a special strength of character to get a job done efficiently, gracefully and respectfully within the absolute hurricane of chaos that is (literally) rebuilding an orthodontic office in the Caribbean. Steve and Justin have it in spades.My dad, an orthodontist in Jamaica, recently moved his practice into a new office. Steve and Justin flew in to disassemble and reinstall the systems. They maintained steady, grounded, optimistic attitudes throughout the 2-week process.They rolled with the punches and laughed off the culture shock and mistranslations that come with working alongside Jamaican workmen. They braved the roads of Kingston and beyond. They diplomatically navigated matchmaking offers from electricians.At the end of the day, all I did was pick up lunch and bring coffee and pastries for morale. Im not a dental professional, nor do I officially work in this office, but Ive spent time with many people who have come to work alongside my dad. None have quite the same level of humility and integrity that this Canadian and Californian pair possess.I feel safe and relieved that my dads practice is being supported by Steve and Justin at MME. Ill be glad to see them again; theyve become our friends.Highly recommend MME if you want your family to feel like youre in good hands.

We have been working with MME since 2017! It was the smartest move we have ever made. It saved us time, money and headaches. Not only are they good at what they do and extremely easy to work with, they havent ever treated us like we are an inconvenience or made us feel dumb! Aaron, Corey and Tyler have honestly been amazing! Theyve helped us over many IT hurdles and office growth. There are many others who have helped us on their support line, as well.

If you wonder about changing to an IT group who may not work locally, or even in your state, please take a moment to consider the great work MME offers customers. I originally worked with a local, one-man IT service, and we failed to meet basic HIPAA requirements even after discussion with the individual. We moved to a dental IT group not in our region, but in the state of Kentucky. They offered managed IT services and significantly increased in cost within 2 years of working with them. Honestly, they were good, but never seemed to iron out some of the issues with our IT setup, particularly with Dolphin and some of the network issues we experienced. I took an opportunity to speak with Ryan McElvain (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM) on a few occasions. After gaining some comfort with the idea of not having our IT service within the same region, let alone state, I took the plunge. I have not regretted a moment! Overall, our IT setup at all offices works better than when I moved to Western Kentucky to purchase the first practice in 2012. While costly to INITIALLY bring these guys on-site, we are now saving money every month compared to the managed IT care, and closely approaching the minimalistic work and savings associated with it from the original IT service. The majority of the work can be managed remotely. I am pleased and satisfied with the efforts and care we receive. Take a look, ask questions, and see if this is the right fit. The monthly cost is not as high as before, and well-worth what we pay!
