A car ran over my iPhone yesterday and destroyed the screen. I couldn’t access anything, and hadn’t backed it up in years (I know, I know). Everything I read online said I was out of luck: photos, contacts, all gone. I took it to Best Buy, and they quoted me more than $250 for a possible fix and recommended I go to M&M for price and speed. M&M fixed everything in 20 minutes for $65, all just before shutting down for Thanksgiving. I’m writing this review from the contact- and photo-filled phone now. They get all the stars. Fantastic, friendly, miracle-working service for a great price. Highly recommended!

Was not satisfied by the service at all. The front guy was just trying to get money from me and did not do a full service and charge me the same price for doing half of what I ask them to do and I still paid full price for it of $89. He did not charge me less for the service. I felt like he scammed me. I went in for a soldering service. I SPECIFICALLY ask for 2 new mic to be soldered on my phone. Told me it will be done the next day. Gave me the estimate. Next day I came back just for him to tell me they only did one. I ask for both to be soldered regardless. I paid for it so I expected the work Id paid for. I live 45 mins away from this place and it was a long drive so imagine how annoyed I was when hearing that. I ask if there was any policy if it did not work and he just said it will. Sounds like he was quick to brush me out the store while I had so much question. Probably going to be my first and last time there. Not honest business. Willing to give more stars if they can do something about this situation but until then if there was zero stars. I would give them that.

Took my laptop to get it checked out because it wasn’t charging. The charger was not the problem. Apparently had liquid damage and they told me they will get it cleaned up. Picked it up today and laptop is still not charging, after they told me everything should be working fine now and I paid for the service. They are nice people, but looks like they didn’t thoroughly check the issue out and only cleaned my laptop.

I took my phone in to have the screen repaired. Within ten minutes of leaving the store, my phone kept freezing. It worked fine with the cracked screen, but after the repair, it became unusable. I came back within an hour, and they changed the screen again.Honestly, I should have kept my cracked screen. The phone never worked well again. A few days later, I dropped my iPhone into my kitchen sink, with the water level being 3 inches deep. Newer iPhones are water-resistant. I have used my iPhone(s) before in pools, rivers, lakes, and other bodies of water. I never had any issues.After this shabby repair, the second my iPhone came into contact with water. The screen went black and white streaks appeared. There is no way they properly sealed the new screen in 15 minutes, something that Apple would have done. The phone is unusable, and I have to get a replacement phone after spending money on the faulty repair.Also, the owner never told me if the screen is an after-market part or an original apple screen. You should be honest with your customers when you use substandard parts.If you read the terms on their receipt, they go in-depth about various issues and support that they offer with their repairs.Nowhere did it say that use cheaper products for repairs and that the iPhone would not operate as it previously did. It would have been cheaper to go to Apple since now I need to buy a new phone because they dont know how to repair screens properly.

I wanted to thank mm computers for diagnosing and fixing my gaming pc. I had an issue where computer would work fine but crash as soon as I played a game, I could not figure out why. Turns out my power supply malfunctioned thus mm computers put a new power supply and fixed it in 3 days. I can play all my games now and I’m happy with their service. If you are looking for computer repair I would recommend them

These guys troubleshot our printer for free which was great. They told me what was wrong, offered to fix for a reasonable price. But I chose to attempt repair myself. I suspect if it doesnt go well, they will be happy to do it.

Their prices are very reasonable & the staff helpful.When have any questions about one of our laptops or need to have 1 repaired, M&M Computers is the 1st place I will call or take any of my laptops. And I am very thankfully that M&M take care of my device in the store.So many of the other places are no more than a middleman. They take-in your device then quickly send your device out to who knows where.

The service was pretty fast. The job was completed to my satisfaction. The price was a little high for me but, I asked for a lower price and we met in the middle. All around, a good experience for the work I needed done. It was a pretty simple job, though. I cant speak to their abilities when it comes to advanced repairs...but, I believe they would be honest enough to tell you if something was beyond their ability.

I would not recommend this business to anybody in my community. I dropped off my laptop with a broken screen and requested a diagnostic. They called back and stated the screen was the only issue. When I returned a week later to pick up my device, I pressed the power on and it wasn’t working. He said, “oh maybe your battery is bad.” You would think they would know this a week later but then proceeded to say “we can take care of that, but it will take 3 days.”I had to let the community know, it’s odvious they’re not fully knowledgeable on diagnostics and don’t make sure the customer is not given a curve ball upon returning when device is still not fully functionable.-JC916

I came here to get my daughters tablet looked at because it wasn’t charging. They told me that it was the charger port that wasn’t working and it needed to be changed. So I paid 70$ for them to change it. The next day I came to pick it up and when I sat in my car I looked at the port and it was still the old one that was messed up and dirty. When I tried to go back inside to confront them about not putting in a new port the guy argued with me for over 15 minutes saying,”We’ll it’s charged now so it’s fixed”. Even though he didn’t change the port like i PAID for. So he tried to basically get away with taking 70$ without fixing what he said he would. Just be careful coming here because they’ll try to rip you off. Or even better just find a different place to go.

Simply the best place to get repairs done on your electronic devices. Everyone is polite, professional, and personable. The people at M&M are so honest, if they find a part for cheaper than they quoted you, they will take the difference off of the bill. I have never had anyone do that for me before! So I am an M&M customer for life.

I have to commend the staff at M&M. They have been great everytime Ive used them for phone repair. Theyve never charged me to look at it and determine the issue, and the repair cost arent ridiculouslyoverpriced. On top of that, if the part is in stock the turnaround is very fast. I will continue to use and recommend them.

This place was the worst computer repair store Ive ever been too. Once I had to bring my computer there to fix it and the price was around $120. When it was done we went back to pick it up but they had lost our charger for it. So instead of looking for it they lied and said that I never brought the charger. They finally found it and just to add insult to injury the computer wasnt fix at all.Unfortunately I made the mistake of going there again to get my computer fix a couple of months later. Once again I was charged $120. They said I would have to buy a new motherboard because of a video card problem I had so I just had again waste money. Whats worst is that after they put the computer back together it wouldnt work. I will give them credit at least for working quick.These are dishonest people and I had an awful experience. Geek Squad may be expensive, but they at least know how to get it done.

This was the first time I ever went to a small business without researching their history and I was happily surprised! They were cordial, professional, and above all HONEST to a fault!!! If they couldnt fix it or did not have the part they would tell you at no charge. Because of their honesty ill will be their customer forever! I was at my wits end trying to adjust my Asus laptop to uninstall my bios passwords when I contacted M&M. The technician I spoke to knew immediately the problem I was facing!Without hesitation he explained the easy procedure that was too obvious to be true!He gave me the FREE advice and after hanging up I immediately did as instructed.IT WORKED!!!!!! I shouldnt give them any star, I brought in 2 cellphones and a tablet. All they had to do was in stall screen protectors that I purchased on Amazon on to the phones. First phone was fine, but the second one, was poorly done and its alreasy coming off the screen. The screen protector was a reliable brand, so its not the screen protector, its how poorly it was put on... I was charged 35$ for labor. As for the tablet, I brought in a new screen and digitizer to replace the broken screen. Over the phone he said $59, then I get there he says $69, but when I mentioned him quoting me $59 on the phone, I get some bs excuse. I only ended up paying $59 for the labor, but it too,was poorly done and the tablet looks like crap!Long story short, they are not professional work or business wise. I wish I never waisted money and gas on this place.

So when I took my phone in here my screen was shattered and they fixed that, but after, my home button stopped working and sometimes my phone wouldn’t turned on. So we took it back and they did fix it for free because of the warranty but before I had it fixed I had a screen protector on my phone and he had taken it off so we asked for them to put it back on and he told us to buy one so we had him go try and take the old one off the screen. He then proceeded to claim it “wouldn’t come off” so he gave us one for $5. When we saw the packaging for the screen protector we realized it was the exact same one you can get at the 99 cent store for a dollar. Plus even after being fixed a second time there is a weird orange mark on the top of my screen. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else. They don’t know what they are doing and are overcharging.

Took my Samsung Gs3 to T-Mobile. They told me the phone was broken and my only option was to buy a new one. Took it to Clem at M&M and he said he would diagnose and fix it for $65 and if he couldnt he wouldnt charge me. Phone was fixed after only an hour. Amazing.. Fantastic.. Kind! My neighbor recommend M&M computers for computer repair. Brought in my laptop that was dropped and also crashed a few minutes later. The guy over the counter (Jose) said its typical issue when a laptop gets dropped and most likey the hard drive is failing. He took it in and called me a hour later confirming that it is the hard drive and explained my options. He recovered my data from my damaged hard drive and also upgraded my hard drive to a bigger hard drive for additional fee. The next day jose called me that it was ready for pick up! My computer is alot faster and preserved all my data and settings like nothing ever happend! Very satisfied! Super fast service! Thank you Jose!

I took my computer in, as I was having some issues with black screen crashes on a new build, as well as a memory check error bsod. Both of these were mentioned on the WIP card/receipt I was given. 24 hours later I was called up and told my computer was working and I could come pick it up. I was told that they reset the Bios and stress tested the PC before calling me. Upon bringing it home and turning it on, I got another mem check bsod. This was 4 weeks ago. I have since fixed the issues myself with some help from reddit and google. $150 lesson I wont forget.

Awful! Took my laptop in for a new hard drive. They put the drive in, but could not transfer files. But they downloaded a Windows 7 system and they gave it back to me telling me that it should work fine. Must have been a hi-jacked copy, because NOTHING worked fine. I could not update Windows. I could not install an anti-virus program. I could not upgrade to Windows 10. When I called about getting a code, I was told there was none. Excuse me, but everyone knows you need to put in the product code, for everything to download and work right. When I called I was told it could be a bad hard drive. Will never take anything back to them for repairs. I just feel, they didnt have a clue as to what they were doing. We bought a new program and installed it ourselves and now I have a new (old) laptop.
