I don’t usually write reviews but this time I have to make an exception and really recommend Mr Jack.I lived in USA for over 20 years without a legal status, I went to see other lawyers to ask about my situation and they gave me no hope due that I had some legal issues in the past. So finally I decided to try again and visit Mr Jack to explain my situation, he gave me hope and after few months of summiting my application I received my green card. Now I want to thank him again helping me get my citizenship.So today I can say that I’m grateful that I made that phone call and have Mr Jack as my lawyer so I strongly recommend him to get your legal status in this country because thanks to him I can proudly say that I’m a USA citizen now.Thanks again Mr Jack

Im very happy and grateful for all the help I received with my case. Finally I got my Green Card and my SSN!A few insights about the process of working with this law firm: even though they are located in San Jose they were happy to make a videocall to assess all my questions about how the process with the USCIS was going to be and what was expected from me, this is highly valuable because most attorneys want you to have an in person first visit (paid) and follow up visits that involve a lot of driving. This firm was able to do everything online and that involved singing up documents and scanning forms, answering emails and phone calls. I never felt like I was left unattended even though the process was entirely online. Second of all, the process with them was really fast, the lengthy part of this whole thing comes from 1) the clients gathering all the documents and 2) the USCIS processing the forms, which was notoriously slow. But at the end I was able to get my results in a reasonable time thanks to them.I would highly recommend them! Thank you!

We first went to Gabriel back in 2017/2018 when my wife and I got married. Gabriel was recommended to us from family. Right off the bat, Gabriel asked the right questions to determine the best path for my wife to petition for me.It was decided that consular process was the best option and we started the journey around 2019 when we submitted our documents. In the process we met Yessica, the BEST paralegal we have ever worked with. On top of consular process, I had to renew my work permit every two years, and Yessica was always there to help. I was trying to convert from H1B to F1 (to quit work and start at a prestigious school), but Ive seen many horror stories on the web saying that its mostly going to get rejected if I had an approved I-140. He is well known in the USCIS office which adds to the credibility of your case. There are a lot of legal rules that he is aware of because of being frequent to the USCIS office and interacting with the staff, that can help your application being processed in a timely manner. I wish that I had gone to him sooner in order to become naturalized. I had to wait a long time before my interview got scheduled(5 1/2 years instead of taking 3 years). I took his service to appear in an interview, if it wasnt for him my wait would have gotten extended because of some complications with the bureaucratic process during the interview. For the past 12 years we have met with many Immigration Lawyers to assist in finding a solution to our immigration dilemma. None were very positive in finding a solution. We visited the Law Office of Gabriel Jack to apply for Daca for my daughter. Being impressed with how Gabriel and his assistant Yessica succeeded in obtaining the approval, we decided to inquire about our status regarding our overstay, because of family medical issues. At an appointment with Mara and Yessica we discussed our situation, and they both suggested we apply for the I 601 A” Hardship” option, as they had great success in obtaining approval. With the assistance of Yessica, we prepared our case and submitted to the INS. In four months we had approval. Then Yessica prepared the application for the NVC. The documents were procured in record time for submission. Yessica has so much knowledge, it was a breeze for her. She understands the requirements and is a true professional. After 5 months the NVC advised of our Interview Appointment in our home country. Again Yessica was so helpful in informing us what to expect. Early December 2017 we were off to Johannesburg for the interview. After a successful interview, we were approved for our Green Card (Permanent Residence) On our return, Yessica again completed the Green Card Application on line, and are now green card holders. Without the professional assistance and compassion shown by Gabriel, Mara and the wonderful Yessica, we would still be out there living in fear of having to return to a violent South Africa.I can only highly recommend the Offices of MJLaw. We had a great experience at MJ Law! The staff in this office is AWESOME!!! Love the great customer service we received! My sister submitted a petition back in 2001( 245-I), and due to it being my sister (the order of our relationship importance did not make it fast), the process took quite long. Instead I had to wait for my son to turn 21, which is when the process became very fast and smooth. Yes, it was a very long wait but totally worth it! We found this office on Google and we do not regret it. They helped us on every step of the way. They know what theyre doing and every single question you might have, they answer it for you. They always assured us that everything was going well and on track, and informed us of the steps they were taking during the process.
