Excellent customer service! I can call or email with a question or issue and I get a response and a solution very quickly. As we have grown, they have been instrumental in getting our computers, printers, etc. all set up and ready for us. We are in the process of upgrading some of our software and their knowledge has been valuable.

2023-02-28 22:28:18If you arent a large company, good luck. Mitchell Technologies only cares about large clients. I was a client when Mitchell Technologies first got started, now they dont care about my account at all. I needed them to fix some IT infrastructure on my ranch that they installed. After they finally responded, the owner Charles got lost and wanted to charge me for the time he spent being lost (!!) to a ranch he has been to numerous times. Do other companies charge clients for getting lost??? Bad business practices and frankly insulting to an early trusted client. I called another company, and they fixed Mitchell Technologies issues FOR FREE. My suggestion - call a different company!

2020-01-24 19:41:21Mitchell Technologies is the way to go for your IT. Shane and his crew are fast to respond and fix whatever it is you need. They are able to do a lot remotely which is super fast as opposed to waiting for someone to come to your site. If they do need to come to your site, they are quick at that as well. They dont keep you waiting and they are very knowledable. Ive been extremely satisfied with everything they have done. Very friendly and professional and know what they are doing!

Im not the most tech savvy, so Im sure I was annoying with my requests, but they never let me know it. Im to have them a phone call away.

When you call them with an IT problem Shane is quick to respond and fix the issue. I really appreciate the customer service that his staff shows as well. I highly recommend them!

2021-03-11 15:18:27The team Mitchell has been great to work with. Theyre always friendly and have a solution for us. Charles and Shane are super responsive and keep our tech up well. They just did a large job for us, that involved bringing in fiberoptic internet service which was huge for us b/c we were on a satellite link before that was crippling our business. They did such a good job we contracted them for everything else tech related in our business. To date theyve done our state of the art security system, desktops, laptops, printers, phone systems, facility wifi network, and more. Definitely a two thumbs up for Mitchell Tech!
