Best dealership, hands down !!I wanted to wait a lil while before I review so I could assure I’m confident with my review, but I’ve had my vehicle over a week, no problems at all !!I came in a little worried about if I would even be leaving with a ride but Liam & Erik worked very hard to get me and my mother approved with everything we needed to leave comfortable !!Great customer service skills, nice reliable vehicles, honestly the dealership went above & beyond .. I don’t know where to start…my experience at this dealership exceeded my expectations and then some. Infinity Mission Viejo saved my life. I was down and out with no answers, and somehow, I found the Facebook ad and answered it. I was skeptical at first, but they got me to interact and before I knew it I was driving to the dealer. The vehicle was even nicer in person and Im so glad I spoke to Arde, Erik, and Alex. The GSM Jamie and Finance manager Lyle worked in the background to get me the deal of a lifetime. Im truly impressed with the amazing customer service. Sean spent DAYS trying to get me into a new car but my credit proved very difficult for me and the whole time Sean with his great customer service skills was right there every day trying for me. Stopped by Mission Viejo Infinity today to look at 4 jeep wranglers they had on the lot. The dealership is clean, and the sales staff are very low pressure and professional. Deiter and Renee were both on site and helpful in answering questions and explaining the overall vehicle. We did not have time to drive the vehicle, but I may go back during the week when they are not so busy. What a difference in overall professionalism, product knowledge, and transparency in relation to the horrible visit at Huntington Beach Jeep, which was less than desirable and below standard.This dealership is upfront, professional, and transparent. Orange Coast Infiniti answered immediately and offered to take me in the same day with a loaner car to diagnose and repair my car! Not a bad drive for great customer service. Horrible experience, the most dishonest staff. I was sold a car with many mechanical issues were never disclosed, and I was assured there were no issues what so ever. Their sales staff and the General Manager lied about every issue. Its going to cost me over $7,000. It turned to be I was sold a project car not a car I can drive. My personal opinion avoid them, you are much better off not dealing with this dealership.

I just leased a QX 50 and am so pleased with that vehicle. I got a very fair price for my trade in and also a fair price for the new lease. This is the first SUV I have ever owned and I am so happy with the ride and performance. Worst customer service. I bought a car almost 2 months ago and they still haven’t sent my title to the DMV. I called yesterday and they told me to call today. ALL DAY, I’ve been trying to call. Now they said they’re going to call back tomorrow about my title. First of all, it should have already been sent to the DMV a week or two after purchasing my vehicle. Yesterday some guy told me on the phone “it’s my job to send the title just in case the DMV needs proof I’m the one who purchased??” No sir it’s your guys job to do it and not wait almost 2 months to send the title over to DMV.

Called for service on our G37 last week and made an appointment for today at 10:00 am. We asked for an oil change, tire rotation and to run a diagnostic on the front brakes. We arrived at 9:45 to check in and began processing right away. Told them at the time of check in that the car needed to be ready today as I had commitments on Tuesday which could not be changed. The service person said car would be ready about 4 but they would call us as soon as the diagnostic was done on the brakes, to see what needed to be done. At 3:30 pm I got a call from Eric in service to tell me that the car was not done and they couldnt make a commitment to have it done by Tuesday either. At that point I said Id come pick the car up and we would deal with the brakes another time and then was told that they hadnt even done the oil change. WHAT!. They said they were short staffed and had a backlog from the weekend, to which I said, But you knew that this morning before you took my car how does that work? We picked up our car at 4pm in the same condition I dropped it off in, this morning, still needing service. All we got was Sorry, we are short handed again I said But you knew that this morning but you took my car anyway.We wont be back, we will find someone who truly wants our business, and someone who wants to be in business. Good people.NOW: I sold my vehicle to the Mission Viejo Infiniti on 10/12/23 and was told they were expediting my check for Saturday delivery, but they did not contact me and I didn’t receive my check. I showed up at the dealership on Sunday and spoke to the owner who said they could have wired my money to me on Friday. I had asked for a wire on 10/12 and was told they are not able to do that. LIE #1The owner said the check cutter had not cut my check and was not in on Sunday but they would wire my $7K this morning, first thing. I called and spoke to Alex Estay at 9:15 AM and he said the wire was initiated and I should have the funds by 11:00am… at 11:30 I called Alex again and asked for a reference number because Chase Bank has no record of any wire or funds transfer in the process. He said he would check and hung up on me. Now it is more than an hour later and he has not called me and his phone goes to voicemail every time. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.Jamie Sinhbandith told me Friday that the owner would sign the check Saturday, but he didnt show up. Allow me to be honest about this here dealer. If you purchase a vehicle here that is pre owned you will absolutely regret it because of mechanical issues, 9 times out of 10. If you purchase a new car they will be late with your registration, title, or even your trades payoff, Your paperwork in general. You will notice most times the building is practically abandoned most of the staff is sleep at their desk or not even on the grounds. They make promises and dont keep them. The cars are on the lot dirty and most times already damaged. This store is run poorly and honestly the leadership does not care. I came in to purchase my lease that’s ending soon. Coming from Inland Empire so over an hour drive. This is my second lease with them, and I traded in the last time. Today, I told them I wanted to purchase my lease, and they refused to honor their contract and told me that their systems were down. Eventually they admitted privately that it’s because the contract price is lower than what they can sell a used 2019 QX60 now with inflation and supply issues. A contract is a contract, and it should be honored. Infiniti corporate/Infiniti Finance needs to step in and correct this. This appears to be a widespread issue for those trying to buy out their lease.

I also set up a meeting time where we would come and check out the car the very next day. This rating is for my recent lease buyout experience with Infiniti of Mission Viejo and their internet sales manager Ron Narodick. He was very straightforward with all fees and very helpful for stress-free buyout transaction. Before contacting this dealer, I went to Inifiniti Tustin to buyout my leased QX60. They tried to charge me buyout fee at $695 that is clearly set at $300 in the lease contract. When I requested to honor whats in the contract, they told me to go elsewhere to do the business. I just couldnt believe that they think store policy can override the power of contract in US. This didnt happened at the Inifiniti of Mission Viejo. I contacted Ron for the quote without telling him my experience at the other dealer. While honoring the contracted term, Ron even explained that I dont have to pay the registration fee that Infiniti Tustin charged me for $495 without explanation (they told me its a fee that I must pay). By doing business with Ron and Infiniti of Mission Viejo, I could saved $800 that I almost thrown away if I didnt read my lease contract. Now I know where to go for Infiniti business.

I had a horrible experience with the service department today. I made an appointment several days ago to have a recall repair done. I was told the repair would take about 2 hours, so I made an appointment for 1 pm today. They asked me which advisor I would like, and since I have known Tony Beheshti many years ago when he ran an European car repair shop (I had my Mercedes and BMW serviced there), I asked for Tony. They called me to confirm my appointment yesterday (which I did) and also sent me an email reminder.When I showed up for my appointment, Tony was not there. Another advisor told me that they were fully booked and couldnt take my car. In addition, since they are out of loaner cars, I was not able to leave my car there and get a loaner. So the bottom line was that although I made and confirmed my appointment, they were too busy to service my car!! I took off work this afternoon to get the repair done; instead, I had to do it another day. I tried to talk to the Manager there but so far has no success.I owned a G35 before and bought my M35 here at Infiniti of MV. I was thinking of trading my car in for another M, and my wife was thinking of getting a J. Before today, I would have naturally gone to them for the new cars, but after today, never again. I made an appointment with another dealership next week for the recall repair and will probably get my new cars from them. Great job in mistreating and thereby losing your customers! I will make sure I post my reviews elsewhere and file my complaint with Infiniti USA.

I purchased a Honda CRZ EX from the used car side (GSM Auto Group) across the street in May 2018. I had searched for this particular car and they happened to have it on their lot. I made contact to double check specs, price, etc. They email me the Carfax. Everything looked good. So I made the drive from LA to purchase the car. Upon purchase/paperwork signing they provided me with a hard copy of the Carfax. It was the same as what they emailed me. The transaction went well.About a year later, I had decided to trade in the CRZ and lease a new car. During this process I was presented with a Carfax of the CRZ I had purchase from Infinity of Mission Viejo. Upon presentation and during the transaction with the dealer where I was doing the trade in had informed me that they could not offer me Blue Book value (or close to it), since the CRZ has been in an accident. Apparently the Carfax shared by Infinity of Mission Viejo had conveniently not included said accident. Therefore they sold me car under false pretenses of having been accident free.Buyer beware as this dealer is not honest in the used cars they present and/or are doctoring the Carfaxes. A complete lack of trust in this dealership and pretty sneaky of them to sell cars as accident free when in fact they arent.11/18/19 UPDATE: Although I appreciate Jennifer I.’s, Business Manager, response. It would play much better if the company/business manager took an opportunity to further discuss the matter, but with no mention of contact info or no reaching out to me, it seems that Infinity of Mission Viejo is not willing to do any due diligence. They are only willing to claim they no nothing of the matter and would never. Wow! I’m amazed that they can’t pull documentation to support or negate the issue at hand. I’m sure if I had missed a payment they would have all the information needed to track me down. A little suspect? I think. My wife and I have been in the hunt for QX60 especially with inventory so low. We wanted a SUV so we have the cargo space but also be able to put our bulldog Moose in the back. Now that we are older we want to visit every state in the US and this SUV has been through 11 states so far while providing a comfortable and luxurious ride plus Moose has his space rather than a crate!In these troubling times Infiniti was not only able to get us the car we wanted but the General Manager Vinnie was welcoming, inviting and funny. Warranty repair. I was told part would be in 3-4 days and I would be contacted. Its now 8 days later and I call to see if part is finally in. Yes it is. In fact it arrived 3 days ago! I set this up online, which had 20 min increment options and the option for waiting.I grabbed my keys and left.UPDATE TO MY UPDATE 6/13/19:After I had a moment to cool off I return to Infiniti and asked to speak to the GM. I was introduced to Chad GSM (hopefully he takes over service soon as well) and told him my story while his boss (a VP I cannot remember his name) walked in and listened. They told me theyd see if they could get my car to front of the line. As they did this I met Scott the owner and told him of my issues with the online scheduling and setting customer expectations. All three gentlemen ensured I would get the car repaired and they told me 45 mins. While it was great to have this white glove service with the GSM, VP and owner driving the service I hope they take the opportunity to make a few changes in their online reservation system and overall customer experience so each subsequent experience feels as if they are pushing it through. Just set proper customer expectations around realistic repair times, especially on a follow up visit. Im keeping with one star as that is the rating for this visit. Ill reevaluate if I have another opportunity to visit again. Warranty expires in August 2021 so Im sure therell be time....

Purchased a used car 2.5 weeks ago. Was one of the worst car buying experiences I have had. The dealership as a whole was so disorganized. No one communicated with one another on what was next in the process . We came in the night before to look at the car and specifically told Roy ball that we want to do as much as possible so when we came in the next day all we needed to do was sign papers. We arrived when store opened following day. The car was not ready, the paperwork was not ready. We waited nearly 3 hours with two young kids. We waited for finance nearly an hour . It was after 10 am on a Friday and he was just getting in. I could see him just sitting there doing nothing. He then takes a guy ahead of us with no communication of why. ( probably because we are getting a used car and no survey). We didnt even sign our papers in the finance office. Our sales person brought them to us in the waiting area with no knowledge of what he was telling us to sign. It then had the wrong address and he said it was ok . I have been trying to get ahold of anyone that can tell me where to make my car payment and who we are financed through, and no one has the decency to call me back. The beginning of a long, painful, and arduous process purchasing a vehicle from Infiniti Mission Viejo started when I inputted my contact information online interested in a Certified 2012 Infiniti G37S sedan. Mike Gandoumani called me a handful of times, left me a voicemail and an unprofessional email within the span of 2 hours. Not wanting to deal with a sales person like that, Theresa Camilleri transferred me to Kristian Van Bibber. Trying to purchase the vehicle 435 miles away remotely, we exchanged 98 emails which was like pulling teeth to get all the necessary paperwork, proof of inspections(as it was a Certified vehicle) and trying to obtain the purchase paperwork. Had to call the dealership over 20 times just to speak to someone to figure out if and when my paperwork had been Fedexed to me. Slipped in the paperwork was the attempt to sell me the vehicle as-is and not with the warranty as advertised.Called over 10 times and left voicemails with managers listed on their website, such as Michael Somsen and Jim Trotter, no one ever called me back at that point.Eventually flew down to complete the transaction with the following key issues:* Was assured all the fluids were checked and normal levels: clutch fluid was below minimum and dark dark brown.* Wheel lock key was not included* Was told the navigation was latest version which was not* Key fobs batteries were critically low.* No car manual* Not sure to what advantage but the mileage on different paperworks and posted online and what the car actually had varied by a couple hundred miles, nothing was consistent.After the purchase with all of these issues, I reached out to Infiniti Consumer Affairs and Scott Gunderson, the owner of the dealership through Linkedin, as it was the only way to contact with him as all attempts through the dealership were thwarted by the staff. Scott was very patient and listened to all of my issues and helped facilitate the resolution of all of the issues. Jim Trotter, noted above for never returning my calls, called me and asked about the navigation and was very irate, questioning my integrity and stating he would fire his sales person, Kristian if what I was saying was true, which was definitely communicated to me that the navigation was to be the latest version. The navigation dvd updates were later mailed to me by Ray Picazo, the service manager who was the only other person besides Scott that courteous to me. Clutch issues were resolved by my local Infiniti dealership and reimbursed by Infiniti Consumer affairs along with a service credit to address the battery and wheel lock issues.The car did not have the license plates and was told by Michael Ruane and Kristian that it would be mailed to me. After a month of not receiving the plates, I called the DMV and they informed me the plates had not been issued/requested. I followed up with Scott, and Michael Somsen called me(another manager that never returned my calls before) telling me not to reach out to Scott and stated Straight off the DMV website that the car was registered. I told him it was the plates that were not issued, not the registration which I received. I asked him why this wasnt completed before through email, and it went ignored. I emailed him a second time, and his response was unapologetically People make mistakes, Raymond.In conclusion, would not recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle based on the experience with the staff, the way I was talked to and the lack of follow through and consistency.

I purchased a used vehicle and obviously buyer must pay the official DMV registration fees as part of the contract of sale. So, if I understand correctly that buyer paid the fees to the dealer then dealer is paying to California DMV on behalf of the buyer when they are processing DMV document whenever selling a vehicle. However, I received letter from DMV indicated that I must pay the registration fee because of the invalid or bounced check from the dealer. I came into the dealer talking to the finance manager with all documents handy. They said they would take care of it but it has been another month I left many phone calls and no response as I also received a send on demand payment from DMV. So, I wrote letter to DMV along with copy of all sale documents and explained. Hope that DMV would investigate and do the right thing about it! What is so funny that a big dealer of multi millions dollars business but got this silly matter! The vehicle is great and I got no complaint about anything else. Drove 30 miles to look at Q50 Sport certified pre owned vehicle. No customers at the dealership at all. I asked why this car had been at the dealership for 8 months and I was told, the previous used car manager priced everything too high. According to all accounts, the reduced price on this vehicle was still higher than comparable vehicles. When I asked how much room was in the asking price for negotiation, the salesperson said none. When I mentioned that there were a few lower mileage, newer Q50s available from other dealers at a lower price, the salesperson told me I should buy those instead. This dealership has no interest in turning its used car inventory into cash by making sales. Unless they are in the business of money laundering, I dont see this place being around for much longer.If you are in the market for an Infiniti in O.C., go elsewhere. This place was a complete 180-degree difference from Infiniti of Tustin which was a pleasure to visit. Wish they had the car we were looking for this time around. Infiniti of Orange County is a bit rundown but the salesperson there was helpful and respectful.

Today I bought a 2015 Q70S from Infiniti MV. My salesperson was Bill Blaha the Internet Sales Manager. I normally buy and service from AutoNation Infiniti in Tustin but lately they have not had the car I wanted and did not really make a strong effort to find me one.I have looked at the other area Infiniti dealerships stock online and found the car exactly equipped that I wanted. E-mailed the dealership and Bill promptly replied.I asked him a lot of questions and asked for his best price. He quickly sent me a price and the answers regarding my questions.I compared the pricing to all of the Infiniti dealerships and found his to be by far the best. No haggling from me as every site i researched said the car should be a higher price. Told Bill i would come out today to look at it and when I arrived Bill was a very low key no pressure kind of guy. Got his price confirmed then negotiated my trade in which I probably could have gotten $2K more for from my home dealership in Tustin but Bills price was fair and not worth my time chasing the extra trade-in value.Agreed on all points in record time-it was the most relaxed car buying experience I ever experienced in 42 years of driving and buying cars. Normally I am prepared with facts and research to do battle with a salesperson but I never once raised an eyebrow during the process.Off to Tyler Sendelbach the Finance Manager . Young gentlemen who quickly went through the docs and was completely no pressure for any additional stuff. So much so I was asking him if he had certain things and he provided a discount off the pricing he showed me. Best Finance Experience I ever had any dealership ever. Newport Lexus and Tustin Infiniti need to have their people shadow Tyler.Overall best car buying experience i ever had! Qualifiers though: I have good credit, I knew exactly what I wanted, I have driven every model in the Infiniti line-up and had a 2011 M37S that I was trading in so Bill and Tyler did not have to work to hard to finalize my deal. My wife is now considering trading her 2009 Infiniti G37 Convertible in because of our experience at Infiniti MV today.My recommendation for buying - See Bill Blaha and get Tyler Sendelbach for pushing the paper out quickly.In and out in less then 2:45 minutes. Car was fresh off truck so it needed full detail and first inspection.I will post an updated review after they add my lojack, front license plate mount and paint protection. Amazing service. Arrived Saturday night, well past closing time, with car trouble. Manager was working late, opened the door, was extremely helpful. Suggested a safe place to park the car, took my keys, wrote a note for the service department representative who would help me on Monday when they reopen. He had to leave, but allowed me to stay untill my Uber arrived. Just had to exit through a back door that would automatically lock behind me. Starting from day one, when I tried to buy my car there, till today, a year later when I have service issues or questions. The employees are rude and disrespectful and do not take the time to speak to you. You can never get hold of anyone in service since they seem to always be understaffed.I have ended up calling Infiniti of Tustin to get my service related questions answered and I was immediately connected to a very knowledgeable service advisor, even though I did not buy the car from them.The management in Infinit of MV is sub par and you definitely do not get a quality of service youd expect from an Infinity dealer. Just got back visiting the dealership. I was looking for a Q60 Lux or Q50 RS. Today is the end of the month so I was expecting them to be a bit more aggressive selling cars but to my surprise the place wasnt too busy. Maybe they already met their monthly quota but either way, the price they quote me is pretty ridiculous. $719/mo for the Q60 LUX and $625 for Q50RS I already have much better quote somewhere else. While I didnt tell them, they didnt seems want to make a deal. Ron keep saying there arent too many Q60 on the road. I guess hes trying to tell me its a rare car and we arent willing to sell them cheap. Anyway, I did thank them for the time and I had to walk out. Feeling disappointed and a waste of time. After I got home they called me and said we can sell you the Q50RS for $525/mo if you come down right now. humm.... No. You missed your chance. Not coming back and will not recommend anyone to go.

I was told that they dont have space on the lot to take my car and to come back in a few days. Just took my 2017 Infiniti QX 60 in for 20,000 mile service. Was informed that my tires need to be replaced and I need rear brakes. I am a cautious driver in my 70s. Their service is a rip off. For the money you spend for an Infiniti there is no way tires should have to be replaced in 20,000 miles. I’ve had tires last for 40,000 miles and brakes for 60,000 miles. Your choice but I will never buy an infinity product again.

Took the car to a different dealer and found multiple items wrong with the car. We found out that this dealer it’s under new ownership, poor customer service!

We called this dealship in hopes of getting the brand new 2018 Infiniti QX30. The sales man who goes by the name of MATT (avoid at all cost) was a completely condescending liar, prior to leaving our home we called him numerous times confirming the deal we made over the phone, he confirmed and we were on our way from Covina. We get to the dealership and he gives a base model when he told us we would get the premium. NEVER TRUST ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. If Only I could give this a rating of 0 stars!

These guys tried to upsell me on some sensor they said would prevent me from getting a smog. Quote started at $2k, ended up at $4k by the end of the day.
