Mission Viejo Heating and Air is great. They are super responsive and make themselves available during your time of need. My past two experiences with them, they have also had very fair pricing. Would definitely continue to use them in the future. I appreciate their quick response and fixing the couple issues Ive had in the last year.

These guys went above and beyond. Got a new unit installed. The quote was the best I got and they worked clean. The crew was very polite and patient.They even installed a softstart to protect my solar serup.

John, Leo and Jackson were great to work with. Excellent craftsmanship, product and service are our opinion of Mission Viejo Heating and Air.Our existing heating and AC were new to our house in 1991. We decided that the time was right for an upgrade and because of Mission Viejo Heating and Airs 5 star yelp rating started with them.John came out and estimated the job based on our requirements and quickly delivered a fair estimate. Scheduling of our installation was very efficient and fortunately for us, before the current heat wave arrived.Leo and Jackson were the technicians who performed the job. Extremely conscientious of our home, they completed the job with skilled precision.We are very satisfied with our experience with MVHA and recommend them to anyone considering Air or Heating work.Post script: Iman arrived to install a booster this morning. The compressor automatically shutdown due to hot weather causing an over heating condition. Very responsive to my call yesterday afternoon.Add: Had a service call today for just maintenance. Iman performed it quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

Sales and service personnel were great. I had a new heater installed. I was sold on the heating unit because it was a conventional design with 80% efficient heat exchanger and a single speed motor. The fan motor speed can be set by the technician upon installation. We had the fan speed set to a low-speed setting to reduce blower noise and to reduce electricity consumption. It works great!

Mission Viejo Heating and Air is what a service company should be. They stand by their products and take care of their customers. We have had the pleasure of having Martin G help us on multiple occasions and he is always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. If you are looking to repair or replace your AC or heating units, I would highly recommend Mission Viejo Heating and Air.

From the professionalism on the phone during the initial call to schedule, providing the name of the team member who would be doing the work, to calling the day of the appointment that they could come earlier! Brad explain each step that he was doing and the cost - super helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

Martin and John showed up to diagnose the issue I was having with my AC unit. They were very kind and professional. They were detail oriented in their inspection and made sure to explain everything that they were seeing. This was the first time I have used this company and would highly recommend using them based on my experience with these two gentleman.

Great first impression, very professional. They were the only hvac co I called that answered on a Sunday during the first heatwave of the year. Came out the next day and quickly fixed our aircon and gave a recommendation for an electrician since our breaker was the issue. Would def recommend and will also keep them in mind when we replace our 20 year old unit.

I had a 20 year old furnace and ac that was replaced. I chose Mission Viejo Heating and Air vs a plumbing company because of their 5 star reviews. They did an excellent job. They were punctual and efficient. Three workers showed up at 8.30am and they were done installing both the furnace and ac by 12.30pm. They spent the next half hour making sure everything was working well. The clean up was great. Thank you Mission Viejo Heating and Air and the crew that installed the furnace and ac for a job well done. You deserve your five star rating.
