I only went to get a second opinion for implant but the experience i had when i was at the office made me want to get the treatment there. Dr. Jasmine and the staff they are very friendly and the treatment went so well. Thank you Dr. Jasmine and the whole staff for being professional, caring, and patient. Posting the details of my experiences a bit late. Didnt realize it didnt go through. I will always recommend mission Dental to anyone I know! Although I have been through three different dentist owners of the location every single one has been absolutely amazing and the staff and dental hygienist/ text have been above standards by far! Im in a wheelchair and transferring me to and from the dental chairs is quite a difficult process. I have a chair that is able to raise and recline and I thought to ask them if I could show the adjustments I could make with my chair position if they could do it from my chair instead. The the dental hygienist, Hannah, said that she would definitely be able to clean my teeth from my chair if it made me more comfortable and able to relax more. I have muscle spasms and tenseness and it definitely has made cleaning my teeth so much easier! She also is super nice/ friendly and patient! The last time I was there I was having a extremely tough time driving my chair due to having to go through a drug detox from one of my medicines to eliminate the tolerance Ive built up before going back on it. Not only did she offer to drive my chair into the back room but then drove my chair all the way back out to my van when we were done.I also have a stutter and the office staff has been extremely kind and patient with me and have even allowed me to communicate via text as far as rescheduling an appointment or anything with the billing afterwards.All of the dentists themselves have been superbly better than any other office Ive been to. From Dr Anthony Ruscitto (before selling his practice to Dr Justin Nichols to continue the Christian faith based practice) to Dr Justin Nichols (who renamed it Mission Dental) and now to Dr. Jesmine Boghawala have shown to be extremely patient, understanding, knowledgeable,transparent and have Incorporated new technology into the office to make testing, cavity filling and teeth cleaning a lot more efficient.

Hands down the best in town. My experiences with Dr. Nichols and the staff over the years have been incredible. The staff is very personable, attentive, and accommodating. Scheduling appointments is a breeze.Dr. Nichols is friendly and proficient. Always thoroughly explaining what needs to be done and why during exams. My hygienist, Hannah, has been nothing but pleasant. She makes cleanings bearable…shocker, right? I had my first visit with Mission Dental last week and it was a wonderful experience! The Front Office staff greeted you immediately upon arrival and made the check-in process seamless. The wait was not long before I was called back to be seen by Dr. Nichols and he was very informative, thorough, patient, and friendly! I have suffered from dental anxiety since childhood, but this office definitely helped relieve some anxiety and made me feel very comfortable. Additionally, the office was very clean and organized which is a bonus! Overall, excellent service! I would definitely recommend this dental office and plan on returning for future care! Dr. Nichols and his staff have been incredibly helpful in helping me with the dental work that I have needed. The technology that he uses is first class and really helps to zero in on my dental issues! He is accessible and answers any and all questions with patience. All of his staff have shown understanding and kindness over the last almost 2 years. They provide a comfortable and safe environment. Sometimes, its the small things that can make a difference, such as a warm, weighted blanket, lip gloss, or just a gentle welcome back.I highly recommend Dr. Nichols and believe that you will get the care that you deserve and need!

I was having a lot of problems with my gums and teeth causing a lot of pain. I was referred to Dr. Justin Nichols by his father, Dr. Ron Nichols, who I have been seeing for over 30 years as my primary dentist. Dr. Justin recommended a total upper extraction and full implant restoration.I was understandably anxious about the whole thing but the staff at Mission Dental were so supportive. Joanna in the front office staff helped me with the paperwork and financing options. I always felt well informed about what was happening and what I needed to do. During the procedures, Inga made sure that I was comfortable and was always checking on how I was doing. She was always gentle, reassuring and calming.Dr. Nichols is skillful and experienced. He explained everything in detail and showed concern every step of the way. Overall, the whole process took about 8 months, but I know it was because of the extra attention to detail. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything.I am so happy with the results. I can now eat my favorite foods without discomfort. I like the way I look and the way I feel. Dr. Nichols and Mission Dental surely stand out from the rest because of the way they kept in constant contact with me and the fact that they were easy to get in contact with too. The appointment reminders were really helpful. The staff were very friendly and have a good relationship with each other.

Best dentist ever! Each and every staff member is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental. Doctor Nichols goes above and beyond. My daughter needed major dental work that we couldn’t afford for a long time and they have been nothing but kind and concerned for my daughter. They took extra time, even including time with specialists to make a great plan for her treatment. They are so helpful and work around our schedule with reminders and phone calls. I never need to worry about scheduling appointments because they will. I would recommend Dr. Nichols and his staff to anyone who needs dental care. So thankful we found them. Nichols when I had a bad cycling accident, and I needed major dental work including dental implants. Dr. J. Nichols showed me the greatest care and support as I recovered and went through the implant process which took a year. Dr. J. Highly recommend this office! After having some tooth pain this office was recommended to me by a family member. Joanna, one of the many kind and attentive staff was able to get me accommodated to be seen as soon as possible.Once I had arrived Joanna welcomed me and got me all checked in. Then I had some x-rays taken and had my teeth cleaned with the hygienist Hannah. Hannah was very patient with me answering every and all of my questions as she prodded around in my gums.After I had my teeth cleaned, Dr Nichols came to review my X-rays and examined my problem tooth. I felt reassured to know the pain I had wasn’t being caused any serious and we would go ahead and continue to monitor the tooth to be safe.I had a great experience at this office and would highly recommend my friends and family this office for their dental and oral health needs.

I have been under his care since he established his current practice in Yorba Linda. I have been very impressed with both his interpersonal and technical skills. It is really nice to have a dentist who is personable and easy to talk to and who is also very technically skilled. This coupled with his state of the art equipment and an extremely talented and helpful staff makes this dental practice truly outstanding. I have been receiving dental care on a regular basis from Dr. Nichols and his staff and could not be happier with the care which I have received and with the excellent dental outcomes I have experienced. In my opinion you could not receive better care nor have a better dental experience than that which is provided by Dr. Nichols practice.

They have all necessary health protocols in place for Covid. My appointments have always been on time and the hygienists are both friendly and thoroughly skilled at their jobs. Not sure where to start when it comes to Mission Dental. This is the first time I’ve been to a dental office that I truly love, which is not the collective feeling that most people associate with their dentist.Dr. Nichols truly cares for all of his patients, he makes sure you are comfortable, and he is genuinely kind. I’ve never been to an office that offers headphones, eye visors, weighted blankets, etc. This is what it must feel like to be a celebrity going to their fancy shamncy celebrity doctor. LOL. Also, I can tell their equipment is also up to date, which is a stark difference from my previous dental office. They got the latest & greatest, which is pretty cool.The wonderful staff is just as amazing (and I mean EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE), including the people up front to everyone in the back. Everyone is incredibly thoughtful/careful about their work and don’t rush you out right away to bring in the next client like some other places. Dr. Nichols is the truly the best. Among the great quality work, his customer service skills matches if not exceeds the patients expectations. Just recently I chipped my filling. Unfortunately Dr. Nichols was on his way out of town for the holidays. This didnt stop him from helping me out though. He completely went out of his way to do the research and find credible dentists within my area that were open on a Saturday. He and his office even followed up with me afterwards. Again, great customer service! It definitely goes a long way.

Today I had dental cleaning and dental x-rays. I had a wonderful experience with a new hygienist. She had great hands. Strong enough to give a good cleaning yet gentle enough to not hurt. I had my first visit with Dr. Nichols on Friday and from the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I was greeted by a happy, caring staff at the reception desk. In the treatment room, a smiling Anna prepared me for the procedure. Dr. Nichols explained my situation and provided me with a few options to consider. After taking the time to discuss the pros and cons, I selected a plan and we proceeded with the treatment. Dr. Nichols took his time with me, making sure I was comfortable and ok throughout the procedure. Absolutely no pain! At the end of the treatment, Dr. Nichols spent the extra time to make sure the tooth was right from both a bite and cosmetic perspective. Thank you Dr. Nichols and Staff!

I definitely recommend this office to take care of all your dental needs. The staff here always goes above and beyond to explain everything in detail so you know exactly what to expect. I was nervous at first because I do not have dental insurance and paid for everything out of pocket. That being said, I felt well taken care of and comfortable with every single procedure that they recommended. They also offer an in house dental insurance type plan that not only saved me money but covers my cleanings for a year! I went through gum therapy and had 2 cavities that were addressed. My mouth has never felt better! There is no more bleeding and you cant even tell where the cavities were at! Thanks again to everyone at Mission Dental :D

We had a really great experience with Mission Dental. In search of someone new, our kids needed to see a dentist on short notice due to pain and cavities. They were able to get us in quickly and did a really great job explaining every small detail! This was really important to me as a mom of small children and an early childhood educator. It is a good rule of thumb when working with small children to always “involve them in things that involve them.” They were very patient with my girls and took their time. They didn’t make us feel bad about the cavities, being painful, or being a little scared. They were very, very kind! I highly recommend this place 💛 Thank you!

I have been a patient at this Yorba Linda office since 2012 under Dr. Antonio Ruscitto, until last year when Dr. Ruscitto retired and the practice was bought by Dr. Justin W. Nichols. As an older patient, and therefore resistant to change, I was a little skeptical of a new, younger dentist. However, I have come to trust in Dr. Nichols diagnosed treatment plans and understand any and all recommendations are to help sustain a healthy mouth, even though I may not want to hear that a crown, etc. needs to be replaced. Dr. Nichols is extremely personable, professionally thorough, detailed, and a perfectionist. Medical equipment is completely updated as are computer systems. Support staff is also professional and personable as well.

I wanted to stay just for that, but I likely wont be coming back as they are now doing this thing with payments where you have to pay full-price out of pocket (as if you didnt have insurance) and then your insurance will send you a check for what they cover which I think is really odd and I cant afford to put that much money out. Theyre a great team for anyone that can work around that! Theyre very thorough and even sent me a treatment plan with my cavities listed and the price for each tooth!

The atmosphere in Mr. Nichols office is above par according to my mom (his patient). She has insisted that I write a review on her behalf to recognize the excellence at this office. From the warm blanket offered by the front reception, to the attention to detail from Mr. Nichols, its definitely worth a visit.My mom also makes a big deal out of the Sprouts grocery market on the other side where she always makes a pit stop before going home.

I’ve had many dentists throughout my life in both New York and Los Angeles, and I can say without any doubt that Dr. Justin is the best. He fixed an old broken crown that I had previously had done and did another filling for me. He’s extremely thorough and a perfectionist by nature so you know you’re getting the most precise work. He’s also a joy to be around making the dentist visit like meeting an old friend. And most importantly, he’s an honest man. There’s no upselling or pressure to do work. Oh, and the staff is amazing! Super friendly, smart and great at explaining the craziness that is insurance! I highly highly recommend Dr. Justin!

I highly recommend Mission Dental. Walking through the door, the staff literally made me feel like we were family. If you happen to feel anxious about going to the dentist this is the place to go. I Excellent care starting with the receptionist to the hygienist and Doctor.

Friendly and professional staff, clean and inviting office, takes actual pictures of your teeth and display on screen in front of you showing you exactly the findings and what treatment is suggested. No one enjoys going to the dentist but Dr. Nichols and staff made it a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Dr Nichols. He takes the time to answer your questions while providing thorough explanations. He uses all the latest in dental technology so you know you’re getting quality service. The dental hygienists are friendly and efficient. Joanna and the front office staff are helpful in answering billing questions and keep all the paperwork to a minimum so you’re in and out quickly. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a new dentist.

I was so sad when Dr. Ruscitto retired but he left us in great hands with Dr. Nichols. Ive been for a few cleanings, a filling, and just started Invisalign. The front office team, the hygienists, and Dr. Nichols have all been warm, friendly, and attentive. They also educate you every step of the way during every visit!

I can honestly say I am a terrible patient when it comes to the dentist. Justin helped me overcome my anxiety by being kind, understanding and gentle. After two different, difficult, crowns and a couple of cleanings, I am much more relaxed about getting regular check ups. Dr. Nichols is new to me as I was Seeing Dr. Ruscitto for years as he retired and Dr. Nichols took over his business. He’s great and explains what is needed and listens to you and gives his best advice on treatment. I’m glad that dr Ruscitto picked someone to continue his work and I look forward to having him as my dental doctor.

Probably the most professional dental visit Ive had.Xrays and oral imaging provided by the team really lets you see what is going on...... Wow...and kinda eww! Awesome!A good amount of investment was put into the office and service area as well. How do i know? I was a patient of the previous provider, who i thought was great as well.There is only one negative out of my visit today; I now have to drive from Montclair, but quality is hard to find and worth the time.The jar of candy on the desk...... 👌🏻

When I lived in So Cal, Dr Ruscitto did all of my dental work. Since then, I have lived in Oklahoma and Georgia. Every time I open my mouth at a dentists office, the very first thing the dentist says isboy, thats some beautiful dental work. Seriously. I always appreciated how Dr Ruscitto did his work, but just took it for granted that it was ok. However, when his peers are impressed with his work, that speaks volumes.
