Ray is truly the best of the best. He already beautifully resoled and waterproofed a pair of my Louboutins, but I really need to give him the most credit for my vintage suede Gucci backpack. I carried this poor thing through multiple countries and all kinds of weather, it was stained and battered to death. Ray gave it a wash and it looks even better than before! I’d trust him with all of my luxury items! :)

Drove past this spot for years! Spoke with Ray,the owner! Down to earth. Picked up a pair of shoes and folks at different spots I frequent; Noticed my shoes and the shine. Just took two more pair of shoes for repair. Will pick up, Saturday. Will know more on Saturday 7-12-2023... Enough said, Don

Met the owner, Ray, as I dropped my shoes off. I had completely worn down the heel of my boot. They gave me a couple of options to either grind the heels down to match and resole ($40) or the more expensive building up the broken heel with leather. Even though they had a large queue, he said theyd have it complete within the next week. He also threw in leather conditioning for free. So far, Im super happy with the service. Ill update once I pick up my shoes!

Ray is a super friendly guy. I thought I ruined my favorite pair of boots by over oiling them. Ray carefully explained what we could and couldn’t do for them, and exactly how it would work. I felt totally at ease leaving my expensive boots in the hands of someone who clearly is an expert in their craft. They were able to remove a lot of the oil and even out the rest, and my boots are back to looking great! And, while I would have paid a pretty penny to salvage a prized possession, I didn’t have to! His prices are very reasonable. I know where I’m going for all my future shoe repair needs.

This place has a five-star rating for a good reason. I took my eleven-year-old Red Wing boots in for a re-sole. Ray showed me several options and recommended a sole as the best replacement. I picked them up in just a week or maybe less and they looked like a new pair of boots. The soles they put on were better than the originals and I couldnt be happier. I did not catch the name of the guy who does the work in there but he is a true craftsman. If you have a good quality pair of shoes you like, dont toss them out until you see what Miracle can do with them. The cost of the re-sole was less than half of what Id have paid to buy a new pair and for all practical purposes, I do have a new pair and I like them better with these new soles than the originals. Red Wing told me it would take four to six weeks to get them done and for about the same price or less, I had them in a week with soles I like better than the originals. I am so excited to have found this place!

Okay! So : Ray is THE Magician. Period! So I checked this store on Instagram and I was impressed by the before and after results, took my favorite boots ( VERY messed) to resole them! Ray gave me the full explanation of what can and can’t be done, no BS! straight to the point, very confident in his work and very HONEST about what you can expect from his work! One week later I show up, didn’t recognize my boots! they were like BRAND NEW, you can’t even tell they were messed up! Ray is a solid guy, he’s not about the money, he’s about keeping his reputation impeccable as his work ! Definitely recommend him to everyone !

Ray was awesome to work with. He re-soled my Hugo dress shoes and gave me tedious insight on the process. He also conditioned the shoes. He is patient, it was my first trip there. Miracle Shoe Repair will def be my cobbler from now on. 🙌🏼
