I would like to express what a wonderful experience I had at the Miracle-Ear store on Foothill Blvd. in Pasadena. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with respect by the kindest and most personable Rene. She is efficient in getting you checked in, and even offered me coffee and water. Scheduling my follow up appointments was a breeze. Lora is truly fantastic with her knowledge, and ability to explain information in a manner that is easy to understand regarding ears, hearing and hearing aids. I felt totally at ease, not rushed and in great hands at this office. I am very pleased that I chose this office and plan on keeping them as my hearing aid provider.SincerelyKim S

Lora is a true professional, she and her team have been taking care of my mom for about 9 years now. Always positive & patient willing to go above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable & assure that the hearing aids are in their best configuration sound wise as well as fit. My mom has her appointments every 3 months (which Rene always kindly sets up for us and calls the day before with a friendly reminder) when Lora checks the aids, cleans them and also looks at my moms ears. Yesterday was my moms annual hearing test, which Lora preforms to ensure if any adjustments to hearing aids are required. I would absolutely recommend Lora and the team to anyone looking for a hearing aid specialist.

I was aware of my increasingly diminished hearing capacity and received a mailing to my Monrovia, CA home from Miracle-Ear on Foothill Blvd in Pasadena.I booked an appointment and went not knowing what to expect. My experience was beyond satisfying. The staff are cordial, competent, patient, helpful, not high pressure, and thorough ... Johnny, the audiologist and Rene, the store manager.I especially appreciated the amount of time willingly spent to assess and assist me with my auditory needs and understanding. All questions were welcomed and answers were candid and educational. I like to know, and they willingly and patiently told me!I will receive my hearing aids at the end of the week and begin a welcomed journey back to effective and thorough listening/hearing capability; confident these staff and this office will be with me every step of the way.I have every confidence these staff will be accommodating throughout this journey and eagerly recommend them to all who are curious or concerned about their hearing capacity.

Miracle-ear has always been there for me and my mother. My mother has been using their products and guided by the same office for more than 10yrs. Laura and her crew have become trusted friends explaining all the changes with the different designs and helping us with each device as my mothers hearing has deteriorated over the years. We have always found something up to date, comfortable and reliable. If there is ever a problem Laura has an answer or is there for advice and a second opinion. This office has built a line of trust that cant be broken and we enjoy her services and friendship and are always open to her gentle approach .

Right when I entered for my appointment Daniel at the front desk was very customer friendly. And Lora Lee was a personification of Patience ! Took her time explain everything in detail. I was very impressed with the way they handle their customers. They deserve a 10 star rating if there is such a thing.

The professionals at Miracle-Ear Pasadena are fabulous. I received a very thorough hearing examination, a thoughtful explanation of the results, some suggestions about whether hearing aids were appropriate for me at this time, and then a loner pair to try out for three days. The technician did not believe I needed them just yet, and she was correct. But, the ability to test them out revealed some weaknesses that were very noticeable. The technician set up a future appointment to monitor the situation. I know where I will go when I do indeed need hearing aids -- the good folks at Miracle-Ear Pasadena.

My experience with Lora Lee, was very productive. Lora Lee is very knowledgeable and she explained everthing to me before she started the test. This was important to me because this was my first in depth hearing exam. She answered all of my question in detail and that was really important to me. After the exam, she went over everything in detail. I would recommend Lora Lee and Miracle Ear to all of my friends.

I have been with Miracle Ear since 2016 and have had nothing but positive experiences. This location is no different. Rene has been such a great and welcoming face when you first walk in, and Lora is super helpful and willing to give you the best. Im so glad I found these lovely ladies, and I look forward to visiting with them soon. 🥰

This place is amazing! I Usually do not leave reviews But this place was so impressive, from the excellent service I received to the Condition of the store; my grandfather was so pleased, which made him even more happy to purchase a set of hearing aids ! Now he can hear my kids talking and he is so much more ALERT. Thank you to the office manager who was professional and courteous, and the consultant who took their time and explained everything! This made such a huge difference in all of our lives, When I need a hearing aid in a few years- I’ll be coming here absolutely. 5 stars ⭐️
