I had my wedding invitations printed at Minuteman. They required a custom cut with specialty folds. After my venue canceled, I had to have the invitations reprinted. The first time, they had them to me in two days. The next time, they had them completed the same day. Both times, they were friendly, efficient, and priced fairly. The quality was beautiful.

Blown away by the customer service!Weve been looking everywhere for a printing place that could help us print out some pages for a journal prototype weve been working on. We went to Minuteman Press and were helped immediately by a friendly man named Steve at the counter. We discussed what we were looking for, he gave us several options, and started printing right then. We were in and out of there, with our project in hand in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! And that was not rushing! The cherry on top, because what we asked for was under $5 he didnt even charge us!! He smiles and said its community service have a great day we tried to insist but he wouldnt take it.We will definitely be coming back for all our printing needs and recommending them to everyone we know.Which btw, judging by their display, theres nothing they dont print.Thank you again Steve for a wonderful experience!

I can see why this business has so many 5 star reviews. I was in a pinch for some funeral card as another printer was terrible. They worked very quickly and have a very easy process to approve the order. I am so thankful for their help. They are a reasonable price, have ample parking and have a quality product at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

The owner of this location Mehmood Khan is a deceptive scammer. Ive worked with MMP in riverside ca and had no issues. He deliberately gave me an undetailed quote and overcharged me for the project. I requested 10.5pt Matte paper for funeral programs and he accepted the job. When I arrived to get the finished product it was printed on paper that was 16 pt which prevented the bifold funeral program from closing. He also charged be 100% upfront even though franchise policy is 50% and when brought to his attention he said That is what i charge you people He is very unprofessional and deceitful and I would never recommend this location for any project/printing needs.

Fantastic business with wonderful customer service! I had five pieces of digital art that I wanted to print; Minuteman Press was responsive to all my questions and was quick to supply me with a price quote. Katherine took the time to talk with me and together we worked out the best medium for my art prints. The art came out looking amazing, all within 1 hour of working with Katherine in-person. Minuteman Press is also taking steps to ensure customer safety with social distancing rules in place. Overall, excellent customer service and a definite recommend!

I have used Minutemen in a pinch at an out of state location and everything went great. When another need arose but in Sacramento, I gave this location a call. I needed same day turnaround. Unfortunately they were booked two weeks out and could not help with my project however, they referred me to a local printer that was able to take our project and executed it perfectly. I am grateful that they were professional in their referral and was focused on connecting me to the services I needed vs not getting my business.

Outstanding service and very reasonable prices. I needed a rush job done so that I could enter something in art auction and the first person I talk to you quoted me $25, and said it wouldnt be ready for a week. The second person said they would do it for $30 but it wouldnt be ready for a couple days.Third times a charm! Minuteman Press did everything for $16.00. And they even did extra work after that. They went above and beyond I highly recommend them!Katherine was very cordial, so I also had some double-sided business cards made that turned out very well with good price.

Minuteman Press-Midtown location has been my go to place for my printing needs. They have done some top notch service for me throughout the years and Ive meant to write a review every time but just never got around to it...until today. My most recent experience last week reminded me of my neglect. I was going to a really important event and realized that I was out of business cards. Frankly, I was pretty nervous that I had waited to the last minute and I was going to be out of luck. On Tuesday early morning I went online and used their website to download my logo, included my information, (it was super easy) and submitted it...with a prayer. Later that morning I called the store and talked to a very friendly Stephanie. I knew it was a long shot but I thought Id just plea my case for getting the cards printed for my event the on Wednesday, the following day. Much to my pleasant surprise she told me not to worry and assured me they would be done on time. She was great but I was still on edge because I really needed this supply of cards. Not only did I receive the cards on Wednesday morning but Kurt, the owner, delivered them to me. From the time I submitted the order to moment I received them in hand was within 26 hours! 26 hours! The cards looked beautiful. If you want customer service that is exemplary and a fine work product, Minuteman Press is the only place in Sacramento.

These guys always help me get my service contracts and everything else printed up in a timely fashion. They always do a great job. Prices are good, always lots of pleasant people behind the counter. I came home from work the other day and they had delivered all my print work to my apt. They never even called for payment. They just delivered the stuff. I had to call them and get them paid. We used Minuteman Press for all our wedding needs (invitations, programs, name cards, itineraries, seating charts) and couldn’t have been happier. They had a huge selection of stationary to choose from at very reasonable prices. I chose to design everything myself to save on costs (but you can also pay for their design services). I was lucky enough to work with Alex Troyan, the lead designer, for the final touches. He was so detail oriented, took the time to grasp my vision, offered feedback on my designs, printed countless proofs, and was incredibly patient and kind. A huge storm came in a few days before our wedding and I had to redo a big chunk of the seating chart for the new indoor space, and he rushed to get the reprints done that day. It was a joy to work with Alex and the team at Minuteman Press. I’d recommend them to anyone in an instant.

EDIT: I had to change my review after the sad shell this location has become.Used to be the best in Sacramento and after being sold by the owners in the past couple years the quality has gone down the toilet. Our previous experiences prior to the buy out were nothing but positive. But the experience with the new owners was incredibly unprofessional. We had paid for our prints to be on glossy paper like I usual and they tried to pass off matte paper without telling us, thank god we checked the box before selling them to clients. And then when we took the prints back to complain the manager tried to tell us the matte paper was glossy as if we were that stupid. Ive been using this location for 5 years and unfortunately I will never be coming back. I recommend anyone to steer clear and give their business to the other competent Minuteman in Sacramento who actually care about their customers, especially long time ones.

It is my pleasure to recommend the MINUTE MAN PRESS. My business card has double borders, and thus requires precise trimming. Because of this, several other printers refused the job, but MINUTE MAN accepted it, then easily identified the paper stock I wanted (I no longer had a printed copy of my own card!) and finally, did a beautiful job (including accommodating a last minute change) with a short turn-around time. I previously used a small print shop to create postcards and posters for my gallery, very inexpensive but very time consuming to achieve the effect I wanted. Next I went to a very high quality full service facility...wonderful work but I couldnt afford them. When I discovered Minuteman Press it was heaven...slightly more expensive than the small shop but the work is equal to the big, full service shop. But the best part is the service and their ability to create my concept quickly and with a minimum of fuss. What used to take me several hours over a seek now takes me 20 minutes on the computer!

I had a print job - a booklet - that Ive been doing in house for 20 years. My printer wasnt working so I contacted Minuteman Press. They printed and assembled the booklet for less money than I would have spent in house and it was better quality. They not only saved me money, but also time and manpower. The turnaround time was less than a week. I had signs that needed to be made in a couple of days and they got the job done on those, as well, at a very competitive cost.

We have used them the past two years for our school fundraiser and having envelopes printed up. They are the most affordable in the area, produce quality work, and have fast turn around times.They are also very curteous and have great customer service.My only tip, don’t go pick up your order in a large truck/ lifted vehicle. Our lifted Jeep had a hard time turning around in the parking lot since we couldn’t fit under certain overhangs haha. That should definitely not stop you from using them though. They are worth the 3 point turn!

I came here to have my wedding invitations printed and they were very knowledgeable and patient with me, as I had no idea what I was doing. I had designed something I liked on my computer and we had some troubles being able to email it as a file that worked so they could print it, but somehow they figured out how to do it and resized it to the format I wanted. I was up against the clock and oon a tight budget to get obituaries printed for my nephews funeral. I encountered MinutemanPress through a YELP quote blast. Kathryn responded right away. She offered a quote almost half of what others had offered. The service was definately NOT a get what you pay for. When I arrived Kathryn was waiting for me. I was in complete shambles due to all of the stress and last minute preparations. Kathryn was vey kind, soft spoken and assured me everything will he ok; even offering to drop my order off to the church the next morning. Minuteman Press was able to help me out with a Large Custom Rubber Stamp that I needed for my work @ UC Davis Health in Midtown Sacramento. No one was able to do that locally or statewide. There were a very few places that could do it online but you never no what your end result is going to be and it was much more convenient to have someone local to work with you through all the little details that were so important. I would highly recommend them for all of your specialty and routine printing needs!

Amazing! The only place who would print my invitations in the Sacramento area. My paper was water colored and super thick. MMP printed a 200-count book order for me a while back. The book had 194 pages of text and lots of B/W and color images. I noticed a slight, uneven cut on the finished covers of half of the books, and brought it to MMPs attention. They were very courteous and promptly reprinted all the books with the uneven cuts. I was more than a little impressed. Outstanding service and the books were top quality printing. I highly recommend MMP for any and all printing needs.
