Mark and his team at Minuteman Press did a great job on promotional materials we needed for an event. Brianna with the design proof was kind and patient. Even when MY team dropped the ball, the team at minuteman lived up to their name. I signed off the final approvals with just a couple hours on a late Friday (when I thought I be picking up) and they still made it happen! It was completely MY team’s fault for the miscommunication, but they saved my event and came through for me within minutes!!! Thank you 🙏🏻

Minuteman Press was a breeze to work with. We called them with a 5,700 page print. We needed a rush on this job and we needed it the very same day. Not only were they professional, they had great customer service and were able to complete this job by EOD. THEY EVEN STAPLED THE 300 COPIES OF OUR 19 PAGE PACKETS!!!! When I became Director of the Bristol Hospice Foundation of CA 12 years ago one of my first tasks was contacting Minuteman Press - Bakersfield. For 7 1/2 years I had worked with them at my previous job and knew exactly what to expect. Not only does Minuteman Press Bakersfield produce high quality products their customer service is exceptional. As a local non-profit I work hard to make sure our donor dollars go as far as possible. Working with Mark at Minuteman I never have to worry that our organization is being taken advantage of. You know you will get exactly what you need nothing less nothing more, he never tries to sell you something you dont need. If you are looking for a printer that prides itself in top quality service and product I highly recommend Minuteman Press - Bakersfield. An added plus - they are locally owned.

Minuteman Press flier, this marketing effort got 12:1 payout for all costs including postage, It was a complete homerun!!! We are moving all our marketing over to Minuteman Press as a result, everyone in the information chain from Gabriel to the owner the relationship is terrific, We will be getting our company T-shirts, future fliers, feather sign marker for front yards as we do homes, and any other promotional company signage/literature done with them, they are the BOMB!!!

We love Bakersfield Minuteman Press. From the first day The Salvation Army began working with Mark Barnes and his crew there, for our local thrift store signs, the service and quality of product has been excellent. I do not post reviews often, I always tell myself that I will. Today I told myself I MUST follow through. These guys are great. I love minuteman press and have used them all over the state of California. I used to print a lot for my last job and they saved me a ton of money and streamlined everything for me. Minuteman Press is great.THAT SAID, More important than saving money and being convenient is the people. The employees here were SO nice and accommodated my strange request. The owner of the company even helped me out personally. I WILL BE BACK. Thank you to the three of you working in the office today.

Needed a course workbook that was over 400pages. They did an awesome job. The book is well done. With a quick call Gabriel had everything handled....even when their INTERNET was off for almost two days. I had been working with another printing company and at the last minute they informed me they were unable to print our school yearbooks. I called Minuteman Press in tears. Edgar told me not to worry that they could get it done. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that is looking for printing needs. I highly recommend Minuteman Press for all of your printing needs. Upon arriving, I was lost and did not know exactly what I needed or where to start, as I had just suffered a loss. I sat down with the proprietor and we started talking. The more we spoke, the clearer my needs became. I was sent several drafts and I was extremely pleased with the quality and final outcome of each and every piece ... the service handouts, the thank you notes and the maps to the family gathering. No detail was overlooked. The order was completed on time and I had many compliments on each and every piece.The staff was very friendly and professional, too! Minuteman takes personal responsibility when completing your job. I use them for mailings and it is very reasonably priced and efficient. The main ingredient that makes it all work is communication. You give them instructions for your order online on their website, and they call you with questions for clarification. Excellent work and highly recommended!

No matter the size of volume needed, how quickly the items are needed, or the creative need is, Minuteman Press is always there to provide us the absolute highest and an impressive customer care experience. Minuteman Press has always been extremely competitive against our other vendors. These people are awesome. I had some ideas of how I wanted my logo and embroidery done, and Minuteman Press came up with some extra touches that actually made the logo pop. I would consider them one stop shop. I ordered banners, hats, company signs, embroidered Polos, and safety labels. This company is definitely my go to for all my supply creation and ordering.

I worked with Rachel while trying to create yard signs For my daughter that just graduated and her friend during COVID so we were not able to go in and show her their vision for how they wanted their signs to look. So, it took about 5 or more emails back and forth not including the phone calls but she made sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted and was always so nice and helpful.
