Great quality, great value! Jim helped us with a print job for memorial announcements after my mom passed away. In the midst of all the other things going on, I had botched the date on the cards. Jim received my revised master, and had new cards printed for me the next day! Additionally, the compassion and kindness he expressed to my dad 991 years old) regarding the death of his wife of 70 years was so far beyond what I would have expected. Jim earned all our print business from now on. Many thanks!

All of my jobs have been unique and needed someone who understands printing and quality - and still have a very fair price. And as for customer service, he and his team are the best! It did not take too long for me to have a very good idea on who I was dealing with. When I called Jim, I asked so many questions while trying to place my very first ever order, which I did. Jim was very patience and responded all my questions kindly and at the same time with all his experience, he gave some advise where in the end worked out perfectly. I am very pleased with the way my first ever order was handling from day one through out the day I received the finished product at my place via UPS.

Jim Blackburn at Minuteman Press has taken care of all my office printing needs for the past 10 years. He always does excellent work in a timely manner with very reasonable pricing. Recently, when I had to make the hard decision to close my office due to COVID-19, Jim worked at warp speed to produce everything I needed to pivot to a telehealth platform very quickly...and most importantly, he did it in such an empathic and generous way. He is a genuinely kind, supportive and character-driven person who values his relationships as much as his finished products. I wouldnt dream of using anyone but Jim for my printing needs. He is simply the best professionally and in terms of his interpersonal skills.
