I talked with nurse practitioner Holly Hoffman. She was very kind and understanding. She listened to everything I had to say. it was a painless interaction that was very nice. Ive never talked with anybody in the psychiatric field before so I was a little nervous, I guess. Minepath got really good reviews online. That is why I chose them. And Im glad I did. it was easy to sign up and everything went well.

Being a patient for 5 years, I want to first acknowledge the front desk. Kelly and Drew, who have been consistently sweet, nice and patient every time I have called. These two ladies have excellent customer service skills and are the face of this office.N.P. Holli M. Hoffman- most amazing and empathetic nurse practitioner anyone could ask for. She was the first health care provider who actually listened to what I had to say and the struggles I was facing. She was the first person to see me and what I was going through.Thank you Mind Path Health for helping me find my way again.

My time with Mind Path has been very good; all the appointments have been on time, and their office personnel are very friendly and ready to answer my questions, if I have any, either concerning medical records or medication, etc. In addition, I feel comfortable talking to my psychiatrist and following his medical and mental health plan. I really recommend Mind Path as a very professional and attentive option to anyone.

I have been seeing this particular provider for close to 4 years. I have NEVER had any issues or unpleasant visits. Dr.De Hoyas is the best he has always been caring, understanding and very professional. I have never been this Satisfied with a provider. All the way to his amazing office staff.

A family member recently visited this office. The level of professionalism is very high here. When we left the office, we knew we were in the right hands by the questions that were asked and the clear explanation of our treatment plan. The very next day I picked up the prescription that was not attainable before. This was because we were using a telehealth doctor that was too great a distance to see in person. For a controlled substance medication, it is best to see a local doctor to avoid any delays. I highly recommend this office if you are a local resident.

I enjoy my sessions with Dr. Hoyos. I feel that he listens and cares and my wants and needs and together we come up with a plan of action. We’re in the the works of finding something that’s right for me, and I’m grateful to have found a caring provider.

I have been a patient for 3 months. Ive had three appointments all have been on timeThe doctor is very professional and filled my prescriptions with no problem. So far theyre pretty good place better than the last place I had used. Follow up sessions have been good I think my doctor and we are good fit to say the least theyre very professional on time and I really appreciate that.

I have a great experience with Dr DeHoys he is always on time for our zoom call. It is very helpful with any problems that I may have. I’m very thankful that he’s my doctor.

Consistent negative experiences with the staff here. The only thing keeping me there for so long was Dr. Hoffman. The staff is a mess and we had issues with miscommunication on THEIR end and they made it OUR fault.
