How do I even begin to tell you how amazing Angie is. She was so amazing from start to finish and walked me through everything we needed to know and do step by step. Her photography talent is beyond amazing and I would recommend her and her husband 1000 times over again. We eloped at stunning Sand harbor in beautiful Lake Tahoe and she captured absolutely breathtaking and amazing memories for me and my wife and we are forever grateful. There are no words to describe just how incredible of an experience we had with Mindful Media. Angela’s kindness and helpfulness made our wedding day so much smoother and less stressful. She was so incredibly accommodating, doing photos and poses more our style that were not at all adventurous for an adventure photographer. Every photo is so special and the editing is absolute perfection (I had 5 coworkers cry when they went through them). If I could give them infinite stars I would. I could never thank Angela enough for everything she did on our day. I recommend everything about her and the business.

Angie is truly such a talented photographer. We hired her for our wedding in Lake Tahoe and we’re not super comfortable in front of a camera, but she made it so fun and easy and the pictures turned out incredible! If you want to make sure you hire a photographer who will capture the backdrop of your wedding perfectly while also making sure you look great on camera, this is definitely the photographer for you! Angie was truly incredible and the photos she took were better than we could’ve imagined. Her laid back and positive nature helped us feel comfortable and confident throughout the day, and she managed to take great photos despite my track record of closing my eyes. She was patient and flexible and was down with all the ridiculous and last minute requests we threw at her. The quality of the photos and editing was perfect and she captured every personality in the candids better than I could’ve hoped. The album we purchased afterward is incredible quality and she was prompt with sending over sneak peeks despite it being the height of wedding season. I couldn’t recommend Angie and mindful media enough. Thank you for giving us beautiful, lasting memories our special day!

Im so glad we went with Angie for our wedding photos! It can be nerve wracking to choose the right photographer. Biggest day of your life and you want everything to be perfect and be able to look back on all the special moments. Well, Angie literally captured it all. Everyone in our party was so impressed with how on point she was and in the right place at the right time at every moment. Shes definitely a professional and absolute joy to work with, and worked really well with our videographer too. Angie helped keep the day moving along seamlessly and was so easy and fun to be around. Prior to wedding day too she helped us run through the scheduling and gave us her recommendations of when to start / break away for sunset photos, etc. Plus she will also send you ALL of the photos following final edits to your gallery. 10/10 recommend. You made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Were not usually big on having our photos taken, but you made it all feel so natural. And just having you around on the day itself was awesome. Wow Angie and Lee, where do I even start with this dynamic duo?? I seriously cannot rave enough about them in every way! They made our special day 1,000 times better than we ever could have dreamed of, and we can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond what we expected when booking…From the start, Angie was beyond helpful in providing a plethora of recommendations, elopement advice, activity ideas- you name it! She had everything laid out as an option before my wedding-planning brain could even start to think of it..and we were absolutely blown away with how the day turned out! We had the best time and really did feel like we were hanging out with a couple of friends :) everything was so easy and comfortable!Seriously, look no further if you’re wanting the most memorable wedding day experience (their work alone could clearly speak for itself- my jaw is still on the floor from how our photos turned out) but you really get so much more when you have Angie and Lee make it happen! I posted before when I got to see the sneak peeks for my best friends wedding(I was her maid of honor). I just got to see the whole album and I just have to tell Angie thank you so much again!!! Her talent, temperament, and attention to detail were absolutely amazing and my wifey couldnt be happier with how these turned out! Her fun, outgoing personality made it feel like she was just a friend who happened to take pictures and made the whole process fun and stress free. It was a huge decision to choose who would be with us on the biggest day of our lives, and I am SO grateful we found Angie and Lee. They made everything so easy! From the beginning of planning, communication was open, clear, and frequent. Wedding planning could not have been easier. Approaching the actual wedding date, communication about weather/rain and changes to the schedule were sent in advance and multiple backup options were given.On the actual day, we were naturally a bit nervous and anxious, but they were so friendly and personable, made us feel so comfortable, and are true professionals. We hoped there would be no rain, but during the ceremony it started to come down. Angie and Lee adapted to provide us with umbrellas, and made the best out of the situation. They were quick to make changes to the timeline/location as needed and were well prepared for the entire day, from the weather, dress tears, and keeping us on schedule.We got our sneak peeks so quickly, and are so excited to see the rest of our photos! We know they’ll be fantastic, and we can’t recommend Mindful Media Photography more. There isn’t a single thing we would change about the day. I found Angie while looking for a photographer for my wedding on 03.17.23, and from the very first phone call, I absolutely loved her vibe. She was so easy to talk to, and seriously made all my nerves just melt away. As we got closer and closer to the wedding, Angie was always in communication, and was always quick to answer when I had questions. When she showed up on wedding day, her whole vibe was just amazing. She made me feel right at ease, and seriously made the whole day so incredibly easy! She captured all of the emotion and happiness that our night was about, and just felt like part of our family. Angie and her husband coordinated and captured our Elopement exactly 2 years ago on this day. Just absolutely amazing. From beginning to end. I would not change a thing about our elopement. Angie was such an essential part of our journey from day 1. We wanted a nontraditional and more intimate wedding and decided to do an elopement style/micro destination wedding. We wouldnt have it any other way! Everything about the day was so personable to me and my husband. She was there with us from start to end. She provided timelines, tons of location options, information on getting married out of state, tasks leading up to the big day, and even emotional support.From the start, she was instantly personable, open, and easy to work with! She goes above and beyond and you can tell she cares about her couples. Its easy to get caught up during the day of your wedding but she was there to remind me to eat and drink water. Haha!During the elopement she was so fun to work with. Her husband, Lee, Also officiated our ceremony and they were both awesome to work with and made this a day we will always remember. We will never forget getting married at the top of a mountain and these two just played such an essential part.The photos Angie delivered were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. When we decided to elope we knew we wanted to hike to a gorgeous spot to do it, but was concerned about finding a photographer willing/able to hike and document it. I did some internet searching and found Mindful Media Photography/Angie. She was more than willing to join us for our adventure elopement. Then the Dixie fire changed all our plans, the location of our wedding burned and the state closed all of the forests for our scheduled date. Angie worked with us to find a date that she was available before the likelihood of snow in the high country. When she showed up she felt like an old friend. She welcomed my six year old daughter to be right next to her taking photos with her kid camera like Angie while she photographed flowers/jewelrey/etc. We are not really people who love to be in front of the camera, but she made us feel comfortable and the photos show it in the relaxed look. The photos and the are stunning and the experience was wonderful! I cant speak highly enough of Angie.

I stumbled upon Mindful Media Photography (a.k.a Angie!) when I was looking for photographers for my Tahoe wedding, and Mindful Media popped up on my Instagram. I am so thankful it did! Angie is such a delight! My fiance and I are rather camera-shy, but Angie made sure we felt comfortable, she had tons of ideas ready for us and we ended up having such a wonderful time during our engagement shoot. We could not stop laughing and smiling (which made for beautiful, candid photos!). Angie sees art in all places and she showed us that truly anything, such as a random textured rock on the side of a mountain, being in the middle of the road, or looking out at a great landscape, can make for the perfect back drop. My husband and I had a Covid-19 wedding, so our grand wedding plans had to be drastically simplified. I was on the verge of not hiring a professional photographer and instead have a friend take photos. I’m so glad I didn’t. Angie was amazing. Not only did the photos turn out wonderful, but she put us at ease during the photoshoot (both my husband and I had been a little stressed with coordinating the ceremony logistics). We also had a lot of fun taking the photos. She had a lot of ideas for poses, but was also receptive to what we wanted. Overall, she just wanted us to act naturally, and be happy and calm in our photos, which I think really showed in the end result. I would highly recommend her for a small or large photo shoot.

But for us, it wasnt just the incredible quality of her work—its how she did it all. Her suggestions and directions were all so thoughtful and right on the money. In addition to all the pre-planned must-get shots, her artistic eye never stopped scanning for ways to get perfect shots we never wouldve thought to try.Shes also just fun! After the ceremony she spent time to take photos only of us. The photos that we received were beautiful, very nice edited and plenty to choose from. My husband and I couldnt have asked for a better photographer to capture our wedding! Angie is a truly gifted artist! We had multiple people come to us after the wedding with nothing but praise about her and her amazing ability to somehow be everywhere at once. I dont think a single moment wasnt captured. She kept in constant communication with us leading up to the event, so we never felt stressed or worried in that department of planning; she had us covered. On the day of the wedding, when I finally got to meet her in person, it felt like greeting an old friend! She has such a beautiful personality! But there’s not one picture Angie took that I do not like. She captured us as a couple and all the amazing backgrounds. Angie was professional yet established a relationship with my two little girls right away so that they may be comfortable around her when it was time to smile for the camera. I didn’t feel like we were rushed throughout the whole session. Angie took us to a great place that was best for our family and knew would be best for our wild girls. Angie is incredible. I had seen her photos pop up over time and when I had to get some fresh photos with the bomb lighting done I knew right away she was the one to do them. Angie was more than flexible when working with my timeline, she basically made a miracle happen and did it effortlessly. I was not even completely sure how the photos should end up, I only knew what I wanted to do with them after and she took it from there. I contacted Angie because of her photos on Instagram. I loved how unique her wedding photos looked and, being a nature lover, wanted some epic nature photos of our wedding.But I found out that not only does she take awesome pictures, she is also a blast to work with. She was basically my wedding coordinator for the day and kept us on schedule without being pushy. She worked so well with us and with all the guests and other vendors. My now husband and I loved working with her but we were not the only ones. All my guests commented on how friendly she was; they all really liked her. She also did a great job of balancing getting photos with letting the guests (and us!) enjoy the event.Our event was on Saturday and she sent us a sneak peak three days later (so quick!). We hired Angie to do our wedding photography for a COVID social distanced wedding. We had two picture sites, one in a forest setting and one by the shore where our actual wedding took place. Angie was great, we couldnt be happier with the pictures that turned out! The nicest thing about her was the pre-session pep talk that she gave us before starting the session, which was key because our nerves were frayed from some planning mishaps. Angie was awesome at coaching us to get good shots, and she came with a lot of great ideas, and she was really open to our ideas as well. Im the groom, so I dont really know a lot about this stuff but I came away thinking its really worth it to spend on a good photographer.

My fiance and I had a BLAST working with Angie last weekend in Grass Valley, CA!! I was nervous before we arrived but she made the shoot feel so normal, natural and FUN - I couldnt wipe the smile off my face! I didnt feel like I was just another appointment. We LOVED our experience with angie! We went to our favorite spot in Tahoe, to which she was familiar with and already had amazing spots for photo ops. Places I would have never ventured to if she didn’t take us on a easy walk for this pregnant mama. She was also fantastic with my boys! I have so many good things to say I don’t know where to start, we used Mindful media and photography for our family photo shoot back in April and the pictures were literally breathtaking. Angela It’s such a wonderful person to be around it just makes for such an easy and natural photo shoot! Her pictures are so wonderful, even after edits there’s still so much energy and depth to them... she captures more than the moment but the emotion in the moment. I’ve used other photographers and Angela is definitely my favorite.With that being said, we just moved our 2020 March wedding to November 2019. Angela was scheduled to do the March wedding, when I told her we were moving the wedding and could not find any photographers that are comparable, (also please note I live in Santa Rosa Beach Florida which is the wedding Destination hub of Florida so plenty of photographers to interview) she drove eight hours that morning and then drove home that night just to be able to shoot my wedding because she is my favorite photographer and I could not find anyone else like her in my search!!!! Our wedding pictures are absolutely unbelievable. They are next level. Every time I leave the house I have people stop me that have seen them on social media to tell me how breathtaking the pictures are. She truly how did her self, I cannot be happier with my wedding album! Everyone at the wedding agrees there is not a single picture we do not like. She also was very helpful in giving us poses and ideas but keeping it very natural and candid and she is so fast, I’ve used other photographers in the past and literally waited two months for a family photo shoot. She had my family photo shoot done in less than a day and my wedding done in less than two weeks! Could never recommend Mindful media. Had very poor communication from the beginning of our interactions. Very sorry I took the chance on this photographer. Never answered messages and then hours before the shoot cancelled for all kinds of reasons besides the obvious. Upon giving push back then the photographer wanted to be accommodating. Several messages later and hundreds of dollars lost I had to ask the photographer to please leave me alone was tired of her excuses. Ps: traveled 3,000 miles for this mess. While our family was on vacation in Lake Tahoe, I had decided to have my daughters Senior Pics done. I found Mindful Media/Angie completely by chance, and it turned out to be the perfect decision!
