2022-12-13 19:06:18Worst online scheduling company I have ever worked with. BE VERY CAREFUL with this company. They may offer you a “two year” contract, but BE WARNED, they ONLY work with Clover devices (EXPENSIVE) and they ONLY work with PayRoc (SUPER EXPENSIVE) merchant services and without your knowledge, you are signing a FOUR YEAR CONTRACT WITH PAYROC. Extremely deceptive practice. You are stuck with ALL OF THEM for FOUR years even though you only agreed to a TWO year contract. Plus, there are always software issues… clients have a hard time scheduling, you’re unable to view the appt history for your clients, you don’t receive notifications when a new appt is scheduled. What a waste of money and energy. This company is NOT worth the hassle.

2021-08-22 11:30:03They appear to outsource everything, hence they don’t even have a sales team to follow up on new business. I’m quite sure the owners are enjoying their wealth (nice work), but forgot to remind their management team how they made it big in the first place. I’ve reached out many times about a new account and they do not reply. Would be awesome if there was a good competitor that comes along and takes their clients! The time is now.

2016-03-03 17:37:04Before posting this, I read several of the other reviews. It appears people are really happy with the software or they are extremely dissatisfied. My experience has been one of pleasure. I own a small fitness studio and have been managing the software for less than a year. MindBody has been VERY helpful with the learning process, available for any and all questions, and supportive in every way possible. What I like best is that they have a human being available to speak with. I’m not much for the online help…I would rather have someone walk me through the process. I have logged several hours of phone time with customer service and every single time I speak with them I learn something new. In my opinion it is easy to use and very helpful for my business. I know there are many areas that I have not used or explored, but this is a process I intend to continue.

2015-11-22 13:47:27Mind & Body provided me with excellent customer service - timely and effective training. The tools provided on the website are easy to use. The instance when I could not complete a task to my liking, I reached out to their technical support team for assistance and they were able to assist me in a timely manner. I especially appreciate all of the services MINDBODY provide - marketing your business, accounting - record keeping, etc. Each MINDBODY representative worked with my schedule, were very professional and timely.

2015-12-01 01:23:18I really like how helpful and nice all the staff is. Whether I call in with a question or when I attended Bold a few months ago, I really feel like MindBody is here to help me succeed. I also really enjoyed Bold. I was impressed with the caliber of speakers and it felt like I was there with family both with the staff as well as all the attendees. I love that the software is specifically for my type of business.

2014-07-23 21:03:51If asked 5 years ago I would have stated that I loved our booking software and their customer service. However, with all of the continual changes that they have made/and are continuing to make on a DAILY basis, I would have to say that I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend them TO ANYONE for ANY BOOKING SOFTWARE. The appeal of not jumping to newer(less expensive) companies for booking software is that you become familiar with a software. Unfortunately, with all of their changes this is IMPOSSIBLE. Additionally to this, while I am still paying the same amount as 5 years ago I actually have LESS resources within their software for me, my business, and employees with all of these changes. Over a year ago a change made it so that my staff can no longer have a logins to view their schedule because it also granted them permissions to both the first and last name of our clientele, which is a total breach in both client privacy as well as beaks our NDA with staff. As a small business our client list is our bread and butter. When I complained they stated that they would open a ticket. They did not. We went on a year like this before all the changes had me mentioning this original complaint again where I was told that they had no open ticket from us regarding this issue and we opened another on 6/3/14. About a month later while calling in regards to yet another issue I was told that the 6/3/14 ticket that I was told was being opened was nonexistent. I asked to speak with a supervisor who stated that they have it on record, but are not calling it an Open Ticket because they considered it a preference and not a problem with their software. Instead of fixing issues they sent our an emailing notifying their clients loosely mentioning this breach in confidential information. I sent an email responding to this notification and received no response. Additionally, my receptionist can no longer create certain staff schedules without access to private employee information and they can no longer book certain staff because of this. We have had the links for specific products from our online store become inexplicably unavailable which for online marketing purposes is a nightmare. Their are constant blackouts and crashes. They have made changes to the software during business hours that affect both booking and ringing up our clients, which is completely inconsiderate to the businesses that rely on them to function. They have altered different functions to the point where as a manager I have had to constantly provide a retraining for staff just for them to be able to properly be able to perform their job duties. Overall, I would say that they are a complete HOT MESS of a company!!!

2014-12-12 19:08:26HORRIBLE!!!People in the company try to help but I had nothing but issues since day 1!! I spent hours on the phone trying to fix every glitch...finally I canceled and they wouldnt give me any money back even though I was unable to use their system from the start! I am an exclusive airbrush tanning salon and only offer about 5 -7 variations!!! Would NEVER suggest using this company.
