My husband and I started training with TJ 6 months ago and it was the best decision weve made in our fitness journey! As a couple, weve both tried various gym memberships, boot camps, dieting challenges, and fitness plans. You name it! and while it worked for a short while, the sustainability of working out never stuck and we couldnt seem to find a program we loved. Since working with TJ, weve been so happy and satisfied with the personal training plan hes created for us and we appreciate his philosophy on fitness and nutrition. Not only are we both excited about working out now, but weve both seen results and feel stronger than ever thanks to TJ! A personal touch that we enjoy is that at the beginning of each training session, TJ will ask us to recall a high from our week and think about what went well. I appreciate this positive approach since it keeps me motivated and doesnt make me feel bad if I didnt hit a certain target. He reminds me that progress over perfection is what matters most and its helped me more than ever. TJ is professional, supportive, fun and caring! All aspects youd want in a personal trainer.

Ive been working with TJ the last 3 years and its been such and amazing experience! Hes super knowledgeable, motivating and listens to your goals. I first started working with TJ when I wanted to take my fitness to a new level and try powerlifting. Not only did he teach me proper form, he helped me realize levels of strength that I never knew I had! I recently completed his online coaching program, and it was a game changer. In 14 weeks, I cut 22lbs and Ive never been happier about how I look and feel in my own skin. TJ provides the perfect amount of motivation and accountability to see results, its almost like having a person following you around a slapping a pizza out of your hand each time you were tempted. Hes amazing support and Im excited to continue working with him and get leaner and stronger.

TJ is amazing trainer, has a good amount of knowledge in nutrition, strength training and fun to work with. He keeps track of how much you lift and constantly pushes boundary to get more out of you. He is very attentive and great at following up, I work with TJ twice a week and look forward to my workouts. From the beginning TJ very was responsive and easy going. If you are looking for personal trainer, look no further and hire him. I highly recommend him.

TJ has been fantastic. Hes very responsive to my needs for program modification due to injury and age, and hes always adding new exercises and accessory lifts to keep the program interesting.With a personal service like fitness training, I think its important to understand that different trainers have different specialties and interests, and each client has their own interests and goals. Personally Im looking to build strength in classic power lifting, while staying as injury free as possible. (Anyone whos weightlifted or done other sports for multiple years knows that injuries will happen eventually, but with proper rest and rehab almost all injuries are recoverable and we can eventually be stronger than before.)TJ works me as hard as Im willing to work, but also understands the importance of rest and occasional cheat days. Not all trainers work for all clients, but TJ works great for me, and so far TJ meets and exceeds my expectations.

Having worked with multiple trainers in the past, I understand how difficult it is to find a trainer who understands a VEGETARIAN body well. Im glad to have found a trainer like TJ, who agreed to “educate” me through this fitness journey over just “training” me towards the goals that I wanted to achieve. TJ is a super practical trainer who believes that no one continues to train forever. His approach to training is based on the fact that his clients SHOULD know WHY they are doing a certain exercise, HOW important nutrition and supplementation are adjacent to the training we do at the gym while helping you manage YOUR OWN nutrition to achieve your goals while he tracks your progress - helping you make modifications as needed. In doing so, he believes in his clients LONG TERM success and the fact that they should eventually LEARN how to maintain their own fitness goals. Throughout this “fitness journey” I have taken on with TJ, his approach to training has made me completely trust the “process” and make sure I don’t freak out over having cheat meal once in a while. While putting me through this test, he has made me believe that CONSISTENCY OVER PERFECTION is key. In addition, its hard to find a trainer who is super busy, yet cares 24 * 7 for his clients success and at the same time always AVAILABLE and RESPONSIVE even outside of the time spent with him at the gym. For TJ, his clients are his family and I am glad to have found a trainer and more importantly a friend in TJ over the time I’ve spent training with him at the gym. I would definitely recommend TJ to anyone looking to find an awesome trainer! :)

It is very rare to come across someone who has both a tremendous understanding of science-based methods, as well as a strong practical approach that can only be taken by learning an individual’s needs.TJ goes above and beyond as a trainer/coach. He has helped me countless times with my nutritional goals, helping me build muscle and lose fat, all while allowing me to get stronger in the gym. Even more importantly, TJ has helped me become a better coach to my clients by being a great teacher and breaking down complicated topics in an easy to understand manner.If you’re tired of spinning your wheels your with your weight loss or strength, and if you want to learn actual nutrition and strength science, you couldn’t ask for a better person than TJ.

TJ helped me through my initial weight loss beginning end of 2017. Ive fluctuated with my weight here and there but TJ was always there to set me back on track with attainable and achievable fitness/nutrition goals. He is a precision trainer with a huge wealth of knowledge pertaining to nutrition, body composition, overall fitness, strength training, and conditioning. He keeps up to date with all the scientific literature and thought leadership and can provide accurate insight into any of the programs hes working with you on. I can honestly say that TJ has basically transitioned into being my best fitness friend as well as a good friend in general! Im proud and extremely pleased with the level of strength Ive been able to achieve working with TJ.He is a thoughtful program manager and coach and hes motivated my interest in nutrition and fitness as well! Hes also just a great overall coach in general - intelligent, super friendly, motivating, and caring. Definitely go to TJ for any range of fitness guidance - from answering general questions to outlining very carefully calculated fitness/nutrition goals.

I love working with TJ. I started working with him in 2017, when I decided to finally start getting in shape after having my first baby. I wanted to build my strength and endurance back up. TJ introduced me to a workout that was not only something new and different, but fun and dynamic at the same time. I continued to train with him up until 32 weeks into my second pregnancy (felt great!), and now Im back again. I feel stronger, healthier, and cant wait until the next deadlifting session! Training with TJ has been a life changing experience! Over the past year training, my confidence working out on my own has risen. It is great knowing that I am performing workouts correctly and safely. I learned how to create a workout and nutrition program that fits me, and seeing results with every new PR was a confidence booster to keep training. He always kept my body aches and pain that would limit myself in consideration before each session which was reassuring that my workout was never wasted. For the last 14 weeks, I have completed his online nutritional program and things got serious. With my provided Macros and workouts specifically catered to myself, I was able to lose 33lbs and I have never been more comfortable wearing tank tops all day! All the hard work along with his guidance have already helped me reach half of my weight loss goal and Im ready to crush new goals and PRs!

I started working with TJ almost 2 months ago and I’ve never been more comfortable or motivated by a trainer. Every session he pushes me to work hard and I love seeing the results.My best friend and I decided to get in shape after a few years of not doing much and I love working out again. Mostly because TJ gets my personality and gets what I need to do. Every session is different. Example- he’s getting me to deadlift! Never in a million years did I think I would or could do that! He gets me out of my comfort zone and out of my own head of what I can and cannot do.I can not recommend him enough!
